Final Power Hour with Niraj Naik 2025

Niraj Naik leads a live breathwork session combining guided exercises, trauma healing techniques, and a live demo with participant Lori from New Jersey. The session covers the YUDIN checklist for identifying impactful memories, Ujjayi breathing at a 4-in/8-out rhythm, and claims about intermittent hypoxia activating stem cells based on Dr. Shai Efrati's research.

Welcome. Welcome, everyone, to our power hour. If you can hear me loud and clear, just type in loud and clear in the chat and we'll be able to get started with today's presentation. By the way, this music was brought to you by the Soma Bread app on the dance music section.
I found.
All of these wonderful tracks and I don't know if you had a chance to log into the new app. It has a new beautiful design. You can see I was playing I Love My Life remix. And so for those of you who didn't notice, we did have an amazing individual who was rocking the right shirt. Barry, I'm going to spotlight you really quick so you can show everybody your shirt. As I Love My Life was very strong. And Barry, I'm going to join you with an opposite mirrored version of the shirt. I made sure to be rocking the right style for today's session. So, Barry, good to see you. I noticed you dancing your butt off and that is a good vibe from a good tribe. Welcome, everyone. I want to make this a little interactive, so I brought some cool tools along with me. Can you type into the chat where you guys are tuning in from? And let's have a look at our world of instructors, participants. Everyone, let's have a look where you guys are all coming from. I'm noticing the Philippines. I see someone I believe in Turkey. I see the east coast is getting filled up. Chile. I bet Claudia's coming in from Chile. That's my bet here. We have a lot of people in the uk, a few California there. I see your little bubbles popping up. And so very glad to see that we have some people from around the world. For those of you who are coming in from Australia, I see you. I acknowledge you. You are tuning in at probably one in the morning, maybe two. And so I just want to acknowledge our fellow Australians that are joining in for those out in Southeast Asia, myself as well in Bali. Let me just add a little Bali to the map so I can find myself. There we go. And here I am. So we have some people tuning in from around the world. Very glad to see you. I saw Kenya come in, so you should be popping onto the map as well. Love using these little interactive tools to make sure that we all get to connect and see that we truly are a global tribe. We're going to have. We're going to be having Niraj joining us in a moment. We're going to have a power hour which is actually going to be focused on break free from old wounds with the bliss based transformation of Soma Breath. I'm very excited to be able to bring Neeraj onto the call. But before I do, you might have noticed that we were mentioning something else that was happening throughout this session, which is a Christmas giveaway. Have you guys noticed that we were kind of hinting towards something around Christmas? Would you be all curious to know what we're going to be doing for this Christmas season? So you know what the cool info is? Even before we get started with the power Hour. Let me bring up my screen. I'm going to show you guys something really cool in a moment here. Give me one second.
Aha.
I gotta pull up my little tech. I'm having a little tech issue here, so let me just make sure that that is good to go. Yes, this is the right one. Okay, so we have two very special things that we want to do for the holidays. First off, Soma Breath, who here? Actually, let me first have a quick question. I want to know who you are and I'd love for you to give me an answer of 1, 2 or 3, which is, are you new to Soma Breath? Do you do Soma Breath regularly or are you an instructor? And I'd love to know just by typing 1, 2 or 3 will give me an answer to this question so I can see who is on. And for those of you who are new to Soma Breath, welcome to the power hour. We're glad to have you here. Dear instructors, you are always here to lead the pack and inspire the crowd. So when we ask you to dance, we know you're going to be on your feet. So thank you. And if you do Soma Breath regularly, I believe you. And we're glad that you're on the call as well. So you can see we have Some people from very different backgrounds that are going to be joining us. So I would assume that for those who do soma breath regularly know about how beneficial it is to do so. So one of the things we're very excited to announce the Christmas promotion is that we're going to be having six days of Breathing Together made available to all throughout the next week. So today is actually our kickoff webinar for an entire week of breathing. Claudia, I know, is on the call. She's going to be facilitating the next Breathe Together, which is actually a Move Together this Wednesday, which is going to be happening in about 24 hours from now. But that's not it. It for the holiday season, we wanted to make everyone get a chance to breathe together. Usually you have to be a member on the app to be able to do so, but every single session happening this week is going to be made free and available to all. So you can come together, build a habit of breathing. We have six days of Breathe Togethers made available for everyone. So Claudia is going to kick it off with a Move Together. I am going to be leading a session as a facilitator about the inner pharmacy breath. And we're going to be looking at the app and doing a track together to get into a few rhythms and hypoxia training. We're going to have Nigel coming in for a Breathe Together on Friday. Then we're again going to be doing an inner pharmacy health breath with me. Then, of course, our Breathe Together Sundays are always open where we're going to do it with some extra bang so we can all join together. And again, Claudia is going to be joining us for the Courage to Shine, which will be Monday's session. So all of these you can go onto this page. You'll be able to add to your calendar. We'll have a countdown of when the live session happens. We invite you all to join. By the way, the ones that I'm doing on day two and day four will be at a very different time zone, noon here in Southeast Asia. So if you are tuning in from Australia or another time zone that doesn't necessarily fit the regular time zones for these calls, we added those two sessions. So you get to come and breathe with us at a different time. Now, this is going to be one of the exciting things that we're going to be happening next week. By the way, who plans to attend one or more of these sessions after this? So if you are planning to attend, just let me know. And we just want to see if you guys are excited to do that. But that's not all. This is just the tip of the iceberg. See, what we want to be able to do is really inspire and get as many people as possible a chance to celebrate for Christmas. And I think the spirit of Christmas usually has to do with giving. And as such, we've been asking a lot, we get a lot of inquiries from people who've been asking for this. And I'm very, very excited to be able to announce that we're going to be having a scholarship and raffle giveaway happening during the Christmas season. So now this is going to be a chance for you to apply for the scholarship and become a somal breath instructor. If you've been wanting to become a somatic instructor and you want to share your story with us, we would love for you to share. As we're going through the week, we're going to have a first place prize which will allow you to enroll in the transformational coaching program. Second place prize will give you a chance to enroll in the advanced instructor program. And we will have 20 partial scholarships of a thousand dollars that will be made available. In the process, we're going to be reviewing your applications. We're going to make sure that see what is your story? What do you plan to do if you decide to become an instructor? And we will be awarding the winner on a special event that we'll be doing at the end of the week of breathing, which is a holiday healing webinar with Niraj, which will give us a chance to come and breathe together one more time before Christmas. And we'll be announcing the winners then. So if you've been wanting to become an instructor and you've been looking for a way to share your story, well, guys, this will be the perfect way to do it. It's our way of giving back to the tribe and doing something really special for the holidays. So we encourage you to go and apply. And one more thing, every single day that we are breathing together, we're going to be giving away prizes. So during the live sessions, if you're joining us live, we'll be giving away memberships, we'll be giving away 21 day awakening journeys and we'll be giving away breath fit all in the spirit of the holidays to make it a big giveaway and a great way for us to say thank you for the incredible year we had with all of you and a cool way of kicking off this power hour with a lot of giving and holiday spirit. Does that sound cool? Are you guys excited? Awesome. We'll be sharing more details. You'll see the link is going to be shared by Monica, our wonderful Monica in the chat. We'll make sure that you guys have the link. If you guys want to go in there, you can actually fill the entire application, but you'll probably do it after this session because it takes about five minutes. And we want you to take these applications seriously. We'll be reviewing each and every one of them and awarding the person that we think will be the most deserving for the scholarship. Okay, so with that being said, are you guys ready for the power hour? I did want to make sure we had some great announcements at the beginning, but nonetheless, I'm super excited to be able to welcome Neeraj to be taking the stage. If you are new to Soma Breath, which a lot of you are, Neeraj Naik, also known as the renegade pharmacist, is the founder of Soma Breath. And we've been one of the longest standing Soma Breath schools for almost a decade now. Bringing these inner pharmacy tools using the power of the breath to heal trauma, to be able to change your state at will and really have breakthroughs in ways that maybe modern medicine has let you down. You'll realize that Soma Breaths technique allow you to be able to apply the power of your breath for what you are looking to achieve. And you're going to hear more about how the power of bliss might be the key towards helping you through healing. I'm so excited that Neeraj is going to be taking the stage. Neeraj, the floor is yours. And let's give a big warm welcome to Niraj for last power hour of 2025. And we're going out with a bang.
Yes. Yes. All right, welcome everybody. It's great to be here again. Can't believe this year has gone so fast. It's unbelievable. I think you meant to say, Jason, the the longest standing breathwork schools, not so breath. We are the Soma Breath school.
I did stutter that. You know, I tried to get away. You know, I even realized I don't think I use my serious voice. I'm going to do this. I try to sound more serious when I get on these calls, but I forgot to activate the microphone so I stutter more. But now we fix that.
Wow. That's a serious mic, man. I need to get one of those. Brilliant. Okay, so welcome everybody. And it's going to be Christmas time soon, so I'm sure a lot of you are all getting prepped and busy for that. And you know, statistically, Christmas Is the, the most stressful time of the year? 40% more than any other time of the year. So I mean, you know, a lot of statistics are just made up on the spot, but this one is like a legit study. Apparently they did. Who finds Christmas a really stressful time of the year? Let's do a little poll. Jason. Who thinks, who thinks this time of the year is the most stressful? Because if you think about it, it's like it's the time when people drink the most alcohol, they, they party the hardest, they sleep the least. They have to deal with all their in laws, right. Relatives, they have all their family over. And you know, not everyone likes their family, right. Sometimes it's not like their favorite thing to do, have all their in laws over. So who said thinks that Christmas is really stressful and who thinks it's fun?
I'll have the comments to be worse.
Okay, we see all rolling. Yeah, there's a few comments like the memories from the past make me sad. Okay, yes. But less and less every year and more and more fun. Okay, cool. So I actually have a lot of fun in Christmas now, now that I've actually. We always had a lot of fun. It was a time for our family to get together. You know, we didn't always see each other very much but it's got more and more fun as I've gone on. And now I'm going to be doing Christmas with my entire, pretty much my entire family with my wife, my wife's parents, my mum, my dad's unfortunately passed away, but my daughter. It's going to be great. It's going to be an amazing time and we're going to all be in Dubai and. But there was a time when I used to feel like worse after a Christmas holiday break. I felt like I'd need a holiday after it because my, my, my little, you know, couple of weeks off work I had would be the time where I'd be able to like just go and go crazy and wild, partying, drinking, not sleeping. And I'd often feel like I, you know, I needed another holiday to get over that one. So my habits have changed. Right. And what I've realized is that there's so many better ways to have fun and to celebrate life than getting off your head and getting drunk and eating loads of garbage food. Right. So for the last 15 years, now that we've been active as so well as the renegade pharmacist and now Soma Breath has been about eight or nine years coming up to nine years I, you know, I've completely changed my habits. So I can't remember last time I had a hangover in Christmas. And there's been a lot of Christmases where I've actually been in Thailand on the beach having like Massaman curry, right? And coconuts for Christmas dinner. So, you know, things have changed so much. But all of this happened because of a experience I went through myself where I got extremely sick, really sick with an autoimmune disease. And a lot of you probably know my story if you're new to it. I'm just going to give you a little synopsis. But imagine I went from kind of being on top of the world. I was like becoming the face of a major supermarket brands, healthcare department. I was, I'd created this amazing concept to get people off unhealthy foods, processed foods, just by shifting their diet into a more natural diet through healthy shopping lists. And I had this big project that was going to go out to the world and I got it all taken away from me, right? And boom, I felt so like such a kind of disconnection from God spirit. I lost my faith in humanity. I saw how corrupt these corporate head office could be and I felt like they were really doing a disservice to humanity by stopping this project from going live, which unfortunately they probably thought was going to impact their profits. I was telling people not to eat processed foods if that got too popular. It could have had a negative effect on their bottom line. So I felt really like disillusioned and it hit me hard. Really hit me hard. So hard I ended up with an autoimmune disease called ulcerative colitis that left me housebound for almost a year. Blood like 40 times a day and I lost a third of my body weight. I was a complete skeleton. And I couldn't believe what my life had become. And in the end, I got two choices. Either have my colon removed or be a guinea pig for a drug hasn't been tested before. This very unattractive, very overweight consultant who really did not look like an example of health. And do notice that a lot of doctors is there, they don't really represent healthcare, right? They don't seem like the kind of people you should trust for health advice. Well, she was telling me now that, you know, everything stopped working. So these are two options. And boom, I had a major, obviously existential crisis, dark night of soul moment, being 32 years old, being told you're going to wear a, you know, a bag around your waist which you poo into the rest of your life was not the best news, right? I was already wearing a nappy when I went out, so it was extremely embarrassing lifestyle I was leading. So I didn't think that life could get much worse. Think of the trauma of getting information, you know, told that at that age, right? And sometimes the most traumatic moments your life can become the most powerful breakthroughs, as it was for me. Because in this dark night of the soul, they say that God stands a gift of desperation. Well, I had a moment where I remember I was like, sweating buckets and crazy flashing lights, and I was praying, like, just instinctively, I didn't even know what was happening. I was, like, going through these waves of pain and shivering and, like, really horrible feelings. And boom. The next day, friend of our family got in touch who's a yoga teacher in the uk. We didn't know her that well yet, but she became a close friend over time called Swamiyamakananda. She said to me, actually, you have a gift. If you can turn this around, you could be an amazing role model to others and you could potentially change the world, right? If you can heal this without the medications. She said, look, I can't, like, guarantee anything, but you can try this. Practices from your own culture, which I'd actually been educated out of, like, in India, even in India, like, most of my generation have been educated out of their own culture. And in England, we look at that culture and we think it's not very cool. It's only in the last, like, 10 years, yoga has become really cool, where everyone's doing yoga. But back then, we're talking, like, 2010. Like, my generation did not look at yoga as something that you'd heal yourself from, from diseases, from. It was just something the grandmas did, right? Wasn't like, the kind of thing that I would do. So I never took it seriously. And she's. She was now telling me that to try these breathing techniques, right, from yoga. And I was just, like, in disbelief. I was like, are you serious? Like, where's the science? Right? Because I was very scientifically programmed. But actually, I had to do it. I had no other choice, so I went for it. And I had so much relief from the first few breathing techniques that that was it. I was hooked. And this took me down a rabbit hole to learn as much as I could about my own culture of yoga, pranayama, Ayurveda, and all these transcendental practices. Now, I got better within four months, right? I got better within four months and was back to full health. It was incredible. And I made a pact, right? The reason why I made this pact because around that same time, I got a letter from a cousin, right, from his mum, who also had ulcerative clients. And she was like, can you please help my son? He's just been diagnosed, he's very sick. Maybe you can help. I heard you healed yourself. So I was like, excited because now I could back as a pharmacist, I wouldn't have been able to help him at all, but now I could. So I wrote a whole essay, send it off to him, hoping he would get in touch. Few days later, nothing. We go past nothing, and then, boom, find out that he died of the side effects of the drug that I almost went on, right? And then that was it. After that, that was it. I was going to do everything I could to put science, evidence to getting these techniques out to the world, right? But in a fun, accessible way that people would actually do, like people like me who had been educated, out of my culture would want to do, because there's science to it and they're fun and engage in. The cool thing is I discovered that music, when combined with the breath, has the power to turn this modality into a transformational modality that has the ability to reprogram trauma from its root, right? But in a blissful way, right? Not in some kind of painful, cathartic way or some boring way where you spend years and years in therapy. No, a quick, efficient way. It gets right to the roots. And this actually came about a bit later on, all right, Because I had somewhat of a pretty powerful modality. It got me this far, but I knew that I had to go a bit deeper. And the reason why is because I had a relapse. Five years later, I went to a darkness retreat. My friend Shashi Saluna, one of the top tantra teachers in Thailand, she took me to the Osho Ashram in Go in in Delhi and India to do a darkness retreat where I spend seven days, seven nights in complete darkness, right? And I was like. I was like, kind of intrigued, but I didn't read anything about it. I didn't want to know too much about it, so I just threw myself in there. I used to be a bit crazy like that. Just go and do crazy stuff like this. So. But a day before I start getting symptoms of colitis, like, I started to poo blood again, like four or five times now in a row. I was like, wait a minute, am I myself? Because I'm about to spend seven days, seven nights in darkness, literally. Well, actually this turned into full blown ulcera colitis. And I said to Shashi, I don't think I can like, like do this. And she's like, this is a ghost manifestation of this disease. For you to cure it karmically in the dark once and for all, she said. It was so much conviction, right? As we're about to go into the darkness, like this was a moment where this was it. Like I had to make the choice either I leave or go. I just went for it. That was it. I was like doing it. Those words just hit me so hard. I was like, okay, well I trust her, let's do it. So I went in, spent the next seven days in complete darkness. But here's the thing, first two days are complete hell because you're shooting blood like 30, 40 times and you're trying to find the toilet and you're going around on ropes like this and you get lost and you end up somewhere over here and like you can't see anything. And then somebody has to find you and take you back to the toilet, right? And they, hopefully they know how to get there. But the person who kept finding me all the time in the dark, they say your souls meet in the dark, right? Because nobody can see you, right? Was a functional health doctor, expert in gut health from Arizona, Dr. Judy, amazing lady. And she kept taking me to the toilet, right? And we had this amazing bond in the, in the retreat. So two days go past hell, right? And she's doing this incredible tantric Buddhist meditations and breath practices and yoga, guiding us through this process of unraveling ourselves. And then after 3, 4, you start producing DMT, massive amounts of DMT, right? And I'm doing my early rendition of Son of Breath at the same time and I'm doing all these shaking rituals and practices which we're about to do in a moment together. And I had this incredible unraveling where I had a life review, right? I actually just spent some time in Poland with an amazing guy called Eben Alexander who's a world authority expert on near death experiences. And he talks about when you have a near death experience, you tend to have reports of these life review. People have these life reviews where they review their life and they go through every aspect of their life and, and that's how they karmically prepare themselves for actual death or returning back to earth. This is what happened. I'm not kidding. Like I had a total life review because you trick the brain in thinking you're going to die. Had this life review and Boom. I started to karmically cure all of the aspects of my life right then and there, all the forgiveness that I needed to do, all of the, you know, disruptions in things I'd done in my past, like where I felt guilty, shameful, all of that was healed at that moment. And then day seven, day eight, come out of the dark and boom, fully healed. Which just blew everyone's minds, right? Because I was really bad. And then that was it. Then I was like, wait a minute, what just happened? So I went back to coping and just to really think back on what just happened, right? And remember I was doing breath, breath work techniques where I'm holding my breath for minutes at a time in the dark, right? And I'm doing like this tantric shaking practice, I'm doing this creative visualization techniques and also at the same time producing large amounts of dmt. And my whole life is unraveling, right? And someone just said, out the darkness into light is exactly what happened. So then, boom, come out. And this is when I had the pin drop moment. I was like, I figured it out now I need to. What I need to do is put what I just did in the darkness in a way that actually works without the darkness, right? That is scalable. And this became then the origins of the Soma Awakening ceremonies. And then the 21 day awakening journey, which takes you on week three to the most powerful breathwork practice you've probably ever done in your life. But there's something that you can still do on your own at home, but takes you into the white light. You produce your own version of DMT 5 Meo naturally and you have all this like transformational experiences without needing to go into the darkness. It mimics the practice. But then the 21 day awakened journey also has various exercises that go with each week that helps you to reframe the past, to go into each session with an intention to rewire, reprogram past events. And what the 21 day waking journey does is it wakes you up to who you truly are, right? Really gives you this aha, moment of awareness, the supreme state of awareness. And I just spent time with this in Poland as well with a world tummo master called Tulko Rinpoche. Amazing guy. We really connected, really bonded because there's so many things that I've discovered through so. And breath is what these Tibetan Buddhists, Tantric Buddhists have been doing thousand years. But it's very much hard to understand because it's very mystified in their own language. And Tradition. But what I had done and what he said to me is that you've decoded what we do and made it accessible. And in Tummo Fire, it's called Tumor Fire practices. It's all about breath retention, holding your breath, draining in the fire, and to cultivate a state of bliss, right? That is a sustainable bliss. And they call it bliss without waves. It's like a stable state of bliss that just stays with you. Right? And my mission in Solar Breath is to make the world naturally high, happy and healthy. And that natural high is a high that just is with you all the time. It's this elevated state of consciousness. And this is what the mystics, the Tibetan Tantrics also do. They do these advanced practices to get into the state of inner fire where you glow inside. Right? And I'm going to show you how we can do that together. We're going to do a little bit of an exercise, all right? But what I want to do is also bring up first some participants who I'm going to just demonstrate how we can also use some exercises to. Because I think this is better to explain practically to start to see where moments in our life, events have created imprints or programs that's taken us away from our true nature, which is bliss. Because this is what the inner fire practice is about. This is what sort of breath is about. It's about stepping back into our default state, our state of bliss, which we were actually born with, right? But through life, we get programmed, we go through traumatic events, we get like conditioned, we learn bad habits and that all that can lead us away from our true nature, our true bliss. So everything we do in SO breath is to bring that alignment, to bring the bliss back. There's always been with you, but we just forgot it, right? So in order to do this, what I want to do is I want to. I'm going to bring up one participant first. I'm going to ask you some questions to identify maybe there's a high impact moment in your life where it could be the first moment or could be one of the moments that start to take you away from your true nature. So anyone want to volunteer to be a test participant? And first let me just check that you're all actually following along with. I'm saying, so I've just spoken a lot. Is this interesting for everybody? Are we on the right lines here? Yep. Oh, my God. Yes. 100. Yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay.
I'm going to say for anybody who would like to be picked as a volunteer, simply type into the chat Pick me. Such I've just typed now, so pick me. When I let you know when. Give me one moment, and then we'll be able to pick the winner. As soon as you get a chance to share that keyword, pick me. And you can start typing it now. So type in pick me. So then I'll get to see who are the people that would like to participate.
I love this.
And sounds like we have a lot of people that like to participate. Be sure you'll be able to turn on your camera and speak from a calm space. And let's have a little whirl on our wheel of pick me in 3, 2, 1. Let's give it a spin. Lori, you are going to be selected. So Laurie, please turn on your camera and we're going to ask you to unmute and you're going to jump on the stage. Hi.
Welcome.
Hey.
Where are you from, Lori?
New Jersey. America.
Amazing. Beautiful. Our lead singer of Breathing Beats, our band, Nicole Rochelle, is also from New Jersey, the birthplace of house music. It was, right? All right, cool. So, yeah, so what I want to do is I'm going to kind of be explaining stuff whilst also demonstrating stuff, right? And you've very bravely volunteered to do this. So. So as I was talking about, like, what I needed to do, my job as a renegade pharmacist was to see how can I take what I did in Seven Days in the darkness to make it something that is scalable, right? So the first point was, right, we get a life review. And that life review happens just before we die, right? Now we don't want to wait till we die to enter into the kingdom of heaven. I believe we can make the heaven right now on earth, right? We don't have to wait for it. We can make it right now. So we can do a life review at any moment. And what that means is that we can go back in time and just review moments in our life, okay. Which I call high impact moments. These are the ones that really shape our reality. You can all do this exercise right now or everyone in the group, you all do this. Laurie as well, right? What I want you to think of, okay, is five memories. It doesn't matter if it's good or bad. Any memories that come to your mind, the first five, right? Just write them down. First five strong memories in your mind that come to mind, right? All of you do this right now, this practice, It can be at any time in your life, the five first memories that come to your mind. And don't think too much about it. Just write it down. The first thing that come down highlights. Major life highlights. Doesn't matter either. Okay. You got some, Lori?
Yeah, I have.
Yeah. Okay, brilliant. All right, everybody. You, you following along with this? Yep. Okay, great. So because just because I brought Lori up doesn't mean that you guys watching this aren't practicing this as well. You can all do this as well. Why I said the first five memories. Okay. And this is a useful exercise anyway. These five memories are the ones that the most emotional charge right now in your life. They have significant. Like they're significant, right? For a reason. Okay. And you could actually look at those five memories. You could take one of them and you could hone in on one of them and you could actually. I bet you all of you have got story that's worth sharing. You could turn that memory into a story that you could share with others to inspire them. Right. That's a side exercise. But I'm just telling you that your memories in your life have a lot of meaning. And that meaning can also help others. They can inspire people, they can move people, they can educate people, you know, motivate people. There's so many things you can do by just sharing your own stories. Right? So each one of those memories has a story. Yeah, Lori, they want a story. Each one. Right. So what we want to do is we want to look at the stories. But I'm the way I'm going to do. I don't even need to know your stories. Okay? This is how cool this whole exercise is. I'm going to run you through a checklist, right? This checklist will help you identify a high impact traumatic event that may have shaped your life. Okay? Now if. If this none of those five matches this, we're gonna, I'm gonna ask you to think of some that do. Okay? So don't worry if none of them match this. But the checklist is like this. All of you should be doing this as well, right? This is. This is a checklist that helps you to go through a lot of self inquiry to pinpoint and hone in on exact moments that created the biggest impacts. All right? So instead of your whole life having to flash through you and have to look at every single aspect of it, this is a fine tuning checklist. So the checklist is like this. So it's the Yudin checklist. Yudin stands for you unexpected. D stands for dramatic. So an unexpected event that was dramatic. Right. That I stands for isolating only happened to you, right? Or it felt like it was only you that was involved and then stands for no strategy, no way out of it. It's like you're kind of stuck. It's like it's happened to you. Right. So with me, it was like, you know, the losing this amazing project that I built up for this corporate head office and then having it all taken away from me, and then, boom, having to go back to crappy job as a pharmacist. For me, that was a unexpected, dramatic, isolating event with no stretch to get out, there's nothing I could do. So any of those fit that bill?
Yeah, I would say so.
Okay.
Can I just say one thing? I think at the time of the age of the things I wouldn't know about no way out, if that made sense.
Yeah, That's. There was no way out at that time that you knew about. Yeah.
Okay.
Okay. So what I want you to do is pick the earliest one that fits that.
Now there's two. Okay.
The earliest one.
Okay. All right. Got one?
Yeah. Someone asked a question. Do dreams count? No. It needs to be a real event. It has to be a real event. Unless your life is just a dream. Okay, so which, you know, arguably it is. Okay, so you've got one. Yes. One that stands out. Okay.
Yeah.
Now, if you were to just close your eyes for a moment. Laurie. And if you were to imagine there's a movie. Right. Playing in your mind's eye, and that movie is like an IMAX cinema. Right. It can go in all different directions. If you were to just change the channel in that movie so that you actually step into that moment again, that Oodin moment. Unexpected, dramatic, isolating. No strategy. Event. Right. How does it make you feel?
Duck, I guess.
Stuck.
Stuck.
Okay, so keep your eyes closed. Keep your eyes closed. I just want you to imagine you can turn up the brightness a little bit, and I want you to really see that memory right now. And if you can take your finger and point to where you see that movie in front of you or behind you or wherever it is located. Can you do that? If you can point to it, we can change it.
It.
Right. It's in here, like, literally there. But can you see it visually? Like, you know, like. Yeah. Where do you see it? Okay. Point to it right now and put a frame around it. Right now. Put a frame around it.
Okay.
Okay. The reason why I. I like to use a mind movie technique is because mind movies are how we see memories. We see movies playing out in different locations, and our mind is like a holographic projector that projects like An IMAX cinema, A whole movie in all different directions. It's like a virtual reality simulation, okay. And that's how we see our memories. And we store different memories in our nervous system, right? This unconscious supercuber in different areas. So just point to where you see it again.
I see it in front of me.
Yeah. Now, can you draw a line around it like it's a frame? Could you put a frame around it? Let's say you got black marker. You draw a frame. Okay? Brilliant. See, it's a big memory, right? It's quite a big movie. You just draw, right? So memories are very significant. Tend to. You tend to see a big movie, right? And when it's forward in front like this, right? It. How. How far is it far or close?
It's pretty much right here.
It's close, right? It's a very significant. Yeah, yeah, it's a very significant scene, right? Yeah. So I want to actually put that frame around it and hold it. Hold it. Okay. Hold it. Right. Okay. Now when you. When you start to see that movie, does it bring up any feelings?
Yeah, I feel like crying.
You feel like crying, right? Feel like crying a bit, Yep. I wanted. I wanted to try something, okay. Because remember, soma is the name of summer. Breath is soma for a reason, because we have a somatic intelligence. And we store memories, as in our muscle. You've heard that term, muscle memory? We store memories in our body. Are soma in every cell, Right. We store it. And when trauma hits us, okay, trauma hits us. Boom. Like a emotional, you know, gunshots almost. That's what it feels like. Boom. You get hit. Right. It has the same effects as physical trauma, right. Physiologically. And your nervous system shoots up, right? And we tend to go into either fight or flight or freeze again. Often very intense trauma can make us frozen. Freeze. Okay? And what happens is the reason why we freeze is because the. The body gets such a shock of adrenaline that it needs to store this information somewhere. Otherwise it could kill us. It could give us a heart attack. So your body freezes, you get into paralysis. The information has to go somewhere, and it tends to get stored somewhere in the body, all right? And. And then the reason for that is to give you some muscle memory to prevent you from getting into other situations like that again so you don't get traumatized again. Now, the problem with this is they can sometimes hold us back from doing what we really want because the body may unconsciously prevent us from doing things, taking action, going after stuff because it's scared of that Thing happening again, Right? See, do you see here? I don't even need to know your story. Okay, super cool. But the principle works for everybody. So what I want to try and do now, because our body has so much influence on how we feel, right. I want you to imagine what it feels like if you just shrink the movie down. What happens to the feeling if you shrink it right down to the size of a postage stamp. Shrink it right down.
Feel control. I guess that's what I feel.
Can you feel now what happens to the feeling in your body of that? Does it go down or up?
Going down. Yeah, it went down when you.
When you shrink it down. So shrink it right down to the size of a postage stamp. Write down, oh, yeah. See? Some resistance. Good job. How does that feel? Does that change the feeling a little bit?
Yeah, it does.
It does, right? It's really clever how this works. So I want to actually shrink it down. And I want you to ask the question. Answer the question. Are you ready to put this behind you? Yes, you are. So notice what happens when you put it behind you. Literally take it and put it behind you. Put it behind you right now with your hands. How does that feel?
Good.
Yep. Feels good. Imagine there's now like a. Infinite. You're on a mountaintop, and there's right at the bottom, there's a cliff. So if you throw it off, if it's gone down the cliff forever, you're never ever going to see ever again.
Okay.
Actually do that right now. Just let it go and notice what happens behind me.
Like the cliffs behind me.
Just let it go.
Yeah, that's what it feels. I see it already. So I see the wall.
Yeah.
Is it gone? It's gone, right? How's that feel? Good.
Just took a deep breath.
It was good. Right? So we just got. We're just getting going here. We're just getting going. We're just getting going. What I want you to try is one more technique. Okay. And now we're gonna. We're gonna work on the other memory. You said there were two, right?
Right.
Okay, So I need to. Now see, firstly, I want to test. Is it harder to see the movie that you just. We just created. Is it harder to see that memory?
Yeah, I don't see it now.
You don't see it now, right?
Yeah. No.
It's crazy, right? So now I want to try this. Another exercise with the. The other memory you had. Right? So. So now step into that movie again. Create that mind movie.
Okay.
You see it? Point to where you see it.
It's still in front of me. It's always in front of me.
Okay. It says. Yep. Draw. Draw a line. Draw a line around it. You got it? Yep. Okay, so what I want you to do now is imagine there's a dial, okay. On that movie screen. And if you turn that dial, the entire screen goes completely white. Right. Do it completely white? Yeah. Do you see just a white screen? Right. Did it work?
Yeah, it's. It's a little darkness in there.
There's some darkness.
Half brown. I'm trying. Okay.
Okay, so what are we. I'm going to try something a little bit different then. What if you turn it black? Completely black.
Actually just said that. And it went white. Okay, fine.
It's white. You can go white. You can go white. It's up to you.
Yeah. Just.
Okay, so what I need to do is take a pen, imaginary pen, and imagine you can write anything you want on this whiteboard. Right. And would you say you've learned everything you need to learn from that experience?
I don't know.
Okay, let me ask you another question. Are you ready to let go of this experience?
Yes, I'm ready to let go of it.
Does it hold you back in any way? Yes, it does. But you want to let go of it. All right. All right, what? Okay, what I want you to do is write down what you want to feel instead. Or what would you. What, like, instead.
Write it in the air or write it on paper, imaginary.
In front of you on that white screen. You just gray that white screen or a lesson you've learned? Anything. Just start writing. When we bring the body into it, that's when transformation really starts to work very powerfully. Because we forget that the body and mind are one. Right. They're not separate. So the more we bring body into transformation, more powerful things become.
Beautiful.
Okay.
Beautiful. So are you ready to let go of this one once and for all? Yeah. Okay, so what I want you to.
Do.
Is.
Again, shrink it down to size of, like, a posted stamp. Notice what happens to the feeling as you do. So shrink it right down. Right down. Yep. And I want you to, again, do exactly what you just did. Let it go. Chuck it off the cliff. It's never to be seen again. Notice how that feels. Notice a change.
Yeah.
Notice it's gone. Now let's test it. Just see if you can see that memory again that easily.
I see a little bit of it, but it's much smaller.
Much smaller now. Brilliant. We're making great progress. Okay, so let's stick with that. So now what I want you to do is change the channel on the movie, okay? This is the. Where we get into the fun part, right? I mean, it's all fun, but it's where it gets really fun. So what I want you to do now is creating a movie screen in your mind's eye, right? And this time we're going to change the channel to how your life is going to change, having let go of the attachment to this energy of this past Oodin moments. And what we're going to do is we're going to channel that, right? So what I want you to do, see what you'd see, feel you'd feel. He'll hear what you'd hear. If you live in and breathing a moment where you would. Your life is now unfolding exactly where you want an absolute alignment, right? And I want you to start thinking of some of the things that you'll be able to do, more of the things that give you the most joy, the most feeling of gratitude and love for life. And I want you to really start stepping into that movie and start noticing those feelings. Right. Coming through you right now. Can you do this?
Doing it.
Yeah. You're seeing it. Seeing it. All right, so turn up the lights, the colors, the sounds. See what you'd see, feel you feel, hear what you'd hear. If you're living and breathing that moment right now, make it bigger, brighter, stronger, more alive, more lucid, more vivid. Yeah. All right, now point to where you see that movie.
Like over there a little further away.
Yeah, further away. Put a. Put a frame around this. Amazing. Hold that frame. Hold it with your hands and. And see what happens when you pull the movie and stretch it out even bigger and brighter. See what happens.
It's lovely.
It's nice, right? So now I imagine you. I want you to do is imagine you're now standing up, right, with your arms wide out, heart open, right? And you've got this movie in your hands. So stand up. Let's stand up. Now everyone's going to stand up, okay? And what I want you to do is, like, put this. This screen up and down through your body and notice how it feels to put it up and down through your body. Put it up and down through your body. How does that feel?
Okay.
Feels good. Nice.
Like a wave.
Waves of feelings, right? Some people get, like, goosebumps, some people get, like, little tingles.
Yeah.
So Soma is accepting this new energy, this new state. So now I want you to feel what you feel. If you're living and breathing this moment right now, that moment of pure joy, gratitude. If you. I want you to hone in on one of the. The results of the results of the things you're going to be able to manifest. See, really start to step into that. That. That celebratory moment, knowing that you've let go of the past and you're now in your flow, your divine flow. Like, really step into that right now. One of the moments, one of the scenes, like the peak moment. Yeah, yeah. And as you do so, as you do so know, some of the feelings start to come up in your body right now. You start to feel the feelings, the sensations in your body.
I'm only feeling positive things. I'm not feeling anything negative.
That's good. That's what I want. That's what I want. So notice where you feel the positive things in your body. Notice where you feel the positive sensations and point to where you feel them right now.
Feeling it from here up.
Yeah.
The feet feel really grounded and planted.
Okay. And where do you. Where do you feel the feeling of bliss and joy?
Up. It's like up and out.
Up and up. Is there any sensation in your body? Do you feel it? Some people feel in their heart. They got.
Sometimes I just feel like surrounded.
Surrounded by it.
Engulfed. Yeah. Engulfed in light. If that makes, like in light. Light. Yeah, yeah.
And is there a color that light has?
Yeah, it's orange and yellow and white. Golden.
Okay. All right. It's brilliant. So what you're going to do next, okay, what we're going to do is we're gonna. We're gonna do some shaking and we're gonna release any of the old energy. Okay. From the body, and you're going to be breathing in this color, this new color, the light that you want. So imagine every exhale, you're releasing old energy that doesn't serve you. With every inhale, you are breathing in that yellow, golden light color that you just described. Okay? I'm going to play some very powerful music that's going to drive us through this, all right? And you're going to shake. Okay. The way I tell you in a moment. Okay? So I'm just queuing up the music. Give me one second.
Okay, Let's do it.
So everybody can follow along with this. So everybody wants to stand up, put your feet hip width apart. Okay.
And.
All right, so when you. The feet hip width apart, just get the sound. Just imagine you're standing on a vibration plate. Okay. And you have a dial. And that dial you can turn up from 1 to 2. And start vibrating your ankles, your feet. Right. Start turning up to 3 to 4. Start breathing like this. Start to shake a bit more. Setting the shake up through your ankles into your hips. Imagine you're now surrounded by that light.
Bliss.
Gratitude. Love. That's right. Shake it up. Start turning up the dial. Going from a six to seven. You're shaking my brain. Shake, shake, shake. Yes. Shaking. You. Shaking deeper. Brain. That's right. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. Vibrate. Keep shaking. Elevating. That's right. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake.
That's right.
Shaking. Seven to an eight. The nine in the intensity. Keep shaking. Whole body shaking. Remember to keep breathing and exhaling. Extended exhales, Long exhales. Get rid of all that juju. All in the new energy, a new life force. I'm in the stillness. Feel the energy. Feel the tingles, the vibrations. Now rub your hands together, making a fire. Now breathe in. Hold your breath. Grab all your joints. All the way down, holding your breath. And now back into the shape. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. My brain. Release. Let it all go. Get rid of any of that old energy that doesn't serve you.
Let it all go, Sam.
Release, shake, release. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. Release. Yes. Let go of all those long exhales and the sounds as you're letting it all go out of system. That's right. Almost there. Couple minutes left.
Keep shaking.
Turn up the dial even more. 8 or 9 so that it all goes. Your last chance. Get it all out. Making a ha sound on every exhale. Come into stillness. Feel the energy. Feel the tingly. Sensations. Vibrations. Ken. Now rubbing your hands together, creating the fire.
Ah.
Now let's take it a seat. Sitting back down. Keep rubbing your hands. Sit down on your chair. Ah. Now breathe in. Hold your breath on the inhale and rub all your knees, your joints, your arms up and down, sweeping the energy around while holding your breath. And then let go. All right. Notice how that feels. Notice a change. Yeah. Beautiful. Feeling good. All right, let's go back to Lori. How's everyone feeling? Feeling good. Amazing exercise, right? If everyone just did that every morning, world would be a different place. Amazing. Lider. Great, great. Love shaking. Awesome. How are you feeling, Laurie?
It's going to do an invitation for everybody to rate how they're feeling from 1 to 10.
Yeah. Wow. Nice. 100%. Okay.
Sorry I disappeared.
There we go.
Wow.
Beautiful. Beautiful. How do you feel, Lori?
Very light. Very light. Tingly, Tingly. Alive. Nice.
Nice. So this is the first kind of warm up. And then what we'll do is a short breath journey to anchor the whole experience. I'm not sure if you got time. Jason, have you got that time for like, 10 minutes to do that or how are we doing for time?
You guys have all the time in the world. If people want to keep going, just type in keep going and we're good to go.
Okay. Keep going. Okay, everyone's. Keep going. So now you've got your color, right? You got your color, right? This is the color you need to anchor into your somatic intelligence. This is your bliss color, right? So we're going to do a short breath journey. We're just going to do a short one for time where I'm going to invite you to breathe in that color. Okay. The way we're going to do it is to some beautiful music I produced. Now, there's various ways that we do the breath work in soma breath, but the one that really. The method that works very well for this kind of anchoring process to really generate the bliss is we call it Ujjayi breathing, right? Where you constrict your throat slightly. Okay. So when you breathe in, you breathe in through your nose. You constrict your throat slightly. So you breathe in with a kind of a Darth Vader sort of sound, like an ocean.
Wait, you do that?
Can you practice that?
Is it in through the nose or in through the mouth?
Through your nose. Can you do that?
I think I'm doing it.
Beautiful. So you got it. So what you're going to do is like that, right? But we're going to do it to the bliss breath journey, okay. With the bliss breath music. So I'm gonna just. So that's the prac. The way we do it. We're gonna be doing it for four beats, out for eight. Okay. And I'm gonna play this, and what you're gonna do is you're gonna imagine breathing in that color, right? So you're breathing that in, and when you're exhaling, you're breathing out whatever is the color. And you don't even have to have this if you don't want, because it sometimes confuses. But you can imagine you're letting go of the color that represents the. The past that's been holding you back, right? So you're breathing in the new, letting go of the past. This is called color breathing. Okay? So we're gonna do it a few minutes together. So one minute, someone's got their. Somebody's on mutes.
Should end up Sorry about that.
Is it yours? Okay, okay. Okay. So bear with me one sec. Up. So just follow along with this. It's gonna be guided and it's going to take you a little journey. That 4, 8 rhythm.
Good.
Everybody ready? Let's do this.
Sit comfortably in an upright position with your back straight. Or lie down on your back with your arms by your side in a place we shall not be disturbed. With your eyes closed, bring your awareness to the sound. Any sound that draws your attention right now in this moment. That's right. Becoming more and more present with this sound. The sound of my voice should be your guide on this journey into bliss, bliss and relaxation. NASRA. And now bring your awareness to your breath. Become the observer of your breath. Don't try to control it, just allow it to be as it needs to be.
Sam.
Now becoming the observer of your own ability to control your breath. Consciously breathing in and breathing out with your own conscious control. Coming the observer with every breath you take. Breathing in and out, Noticing as you breathe in the turn of your inhale to your exhale and back again from your exhale to your inhale. Become the observer of that turn. That's right. Becoming the observer of your own breath. Imagining you are now breathing in a light from above through the crown of your head, running through your entire body. Scan your body in this moment, right now, as you breathe for any areas of tension, stress, pain that you want to let go of and release. And as you breathe, breathe this light of a higher power into the area you want to let go of. That's right. Noticing that area or your entire being filling up with this light. And now taking deep full breaths. Breathing in to count of four. Breathing out to the count of eight. Beats. Easily, effortlessly connected to the rhythm. The smooth and consistent inhale and exhale. Breathing in the light, breathing out the old. No longer serves you. That's right.
2, 3. 2, 3, 6, 7, 8. 2, 3, 4. 2, 3, 4. 5, 6, 7, 8.
That's right. Imagining your entire being is being filled up with this healing light. And any darkness is leaving your body.
Six, seven, eight. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. In 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, 6,7, 8.
Breathing in through your nose. Take a deep breath in. Holding that breath in for a moment and then let go of all the air. And after full exhalation, holding your breath and allowing every muscle muscles in your body to just completely relax. Letting go of any tension in your body, becoming completely still and relaxed. Now imagine this healing white light. The higher power is starting to enter into every single cell of your being, restoring that inner harmony and balance, energizing, activating your healing potential at a cellular level. That's right. And when you feel a strong urge to breathe, take a deep breath all.
The way in through your abdomen into.
Your chest and then expanding into the midbrain like an electric spiral of light up through your spine, illuminating you to this higher power. Witness this light. And then squeeze that area in your body. You want to send the healing energy straight to or contract every single muscle in your body tight.
And then release with a hum. Hum.
Again.
Ha.
Again, ha. That's right. Coming back to normal. Breathing in this heightened vibrational state. Repeat the following affirmation in your mind with conviction. I am whole, perfect, strong, loving, harmonious and happy. That's right. Seeing yourself whole and complete, how would you feel? What would you do? How would you be if you were healthy, happy, and the best version of yourself right now. Witness that. That's. Know that you shall leave this experience here today. The new sense of positive energy connected to the light. Trust in its guidance.
Much love.
Positive energy.
Peace. Slowly coming back around the present moment. So 3. Coming back into the body. 2. Open your eyes. 1. Fully alert. Present back into this space. Safe and ready. So how's everyone feeling? Feeling good. Yeah. It's a very relaxing, blissful session that one you can find on the app. It's called Bliss Breath. Amazing. Yeah. So going back to the subject of trauma, as we all been talking about. So a lot of people spend years and years in therapy trying to deal with trauma and get over traumatic experiences. And then they come and do the 21 day awakening journey, right? And boom. People suddenly with lifelong PTSD don't have it anymore. Give you one example of one of our amazing stories that happened earlier this year. Simona. She might even be on this call. She told me that she discovered certain breath. She had lifelong trauma like ptsd, and she tried everything, nothing was working. Discovered summer breath, did the 21 day awakening journey. Week three, PTSD gone right. Week four, becomes a summer breath instructor. Week six, she's already got fully booked Summer Breath classes in one of the top studios in Italy and she quit her job. That was stressing her out so much. Well, it wasn't a job. Her own business sold it and made a move into her bliss, her real passion, what she wants to do, which is share this with the world. One of the most incredible stories I heard this year. But she's not alone. Many people have had similar like experiences. Oh, there she is. Yes, all true. Simone is there. Thank you so much. How cool is that? She's amazing. And Brooke, similar story. Then became my personal assistant, runs our retreats. So many other stories like this, there's just too many to mention. Right. So the reason why and I've been trying to figure out why is it though works so well. So I. I actually uncovered this research by Dr. Shai Efrati. This is it. This answers everything. So Shai Efrati is from Israel and he. They lead the studies on using hyperbaric chambers to create a specific protocol called intermittent hyperoxic hypoxic therapy. So simulates what we do with sound breath actually high oxygen followed by very low oxygen. High oxygen, low oxygen. They do it actually with very high oxygen, normal oxygen. High oxygen, normal oxygen. That also works. They do machines and what they found was that emotional trauma leaves a physical wound in the brain. But when people go through the their 21 day protocol in the machines, using the machines, the trauma wound heals. The reason why is because intimid hypoxia. What we've just done with holding our breath there. Oh, you know Shai, amazing. I'm from Israel too. The stem cells wake up and the stem cells go and heal the the wound in the brain. That's it. So in sorrow breath we really understand that we are hardware and software. Hardware is our physical body. We have literally like a logic board, a motherboard, our nervous system with programs pre installed on it. Some of it comes ancestrally some of his program early on, especially in your early childhood development. And this can create lifelong trauma and PTSD and other negative beliefs and limit beliefs that hold people back from being who they truly want to be. And early life trauma can especially leave physical wounds in the brain, just like physical trauma does. Emotional trauma is the same power. But when you go through this protocol, which costs thousands of dollars by the way, right. If you do it in a machine with machines, with soma breath, 21 day awakening journey costs like what one session costs in this machine, which you have to do for 21 days. So it costs fraction of the cost, right. 20th of the cost. Right. 21 of the cost. Actually. This changes people's lives because we're waking up stem cells and we're healing physical trauma. Wounds in the brain caused by emotional trauma. It's why people who have lifelong therapy never fix trauma because they got physical wound. We're fixing the hardware and the software. To install better software, we need to have a better hardware. We take people from PCs full of thought viruses and outdated operating systems. And clunky software to full blown, finely tuned Macs free of viruses. So once you go Mac, you don't go back. That's the motto of so breath. That's what we're doing here. And it really works, right? It's magic. And look, we've also seen this with Cambridge University, the peer reviewed research on the 21 day awakened journey. Incredible transformations in people that they measured the brain waves of and they showed that we work in the same way as psychedelics do to heal severe depression. Same changes in the brain. Quiet in the default mode network, allowing new programs to be entered into the unconscious mind by stealing the monkey mind. The mind that worries about everything. Right? It calms it right down. It goes offline when you do Soma breath. How powerful is that? Right? So we can do this with a breath. And I believe that I achieved my goal of taking what I did in the seven days seven nights in darkness retreat and made it into our 21 day awakening journey system. And what we just did together today is a bit more advanced. This is what our transformational coaches are trained to facilitate. They do this one on one. Right? So what the 21 day awakened journey often brings up is a lot of the living beliefs, awareness of past, and sometimes it clears it, right? Sometimes there's some lingering stuff there. So our transformation coaches are fully equipped with what we just did today. They can bespoke, take you through the same process and heal you of. Well, I'm not going to say heal. You're healing it, you're doing it yourself. They're just guiding you, they're facilitating you. So we're not healers by any chance? By any means. You're the healer, all right? We're just facilitating it, the journey for you. We're just instructors instructing you. So they have the ability with their training to take you through powerful transformational journeys, experiences similar to what we just did today, but even more powerful because it's one on one with an instructor or a transformational coach. So that's, that's so my breath now. I just want to check in with Lori. How you feeling? You still with us?
Stand by, Laurie. I'll find your microphone and bring you back on.
Oh, there's a camera off. Maybe she went away for a bit.
I will ask you to start your video right back on there.
I am. Should I?
Yeah.
Hi.
Hi.
How you feeling now?
I feel great. Really feel great.
Feel good.
Lighter?
Yep. Amazing.
Was pretty amazing. Yeah. That's great.
Have you done the 21 day weekend journey before?
No. I have never even done any of your stuff before, so.
Amazing. And how was that for you? The fact that you. You just walked into this and were you expecting any of this?
No, not at all. I was not expecting it at all. But I'm very appreciative being picked, so I felt it very helpful for me.
Brilliant. So, Jason, let's give Laurie a little Christmas gift. She can have 21 day awakening journey to. To. To go away with. And I'd love to get your feedback with it and see how your life changes as a result of it. So let's hook up Laurie with a special Christmas gift for being such an amazing participant.
Lori, you will be the first recipient of the Christmas giveaway. I will message you in the chat here on Zoom to make sure I capture your email. We'll make sure that you gives gift is handed to you in the next 24 hours.
Okay, great. Thank you so much. Appreciate it very much. Thank you.
Yeah, thank you so much, Lori. So, you know, even Brooke. Brooke, maybe. Brooke, you want to come on and just share a bit of how it works with your clients? What we just did. There we go.
Hi, everyone. Yes. Oh, my God. Like, just want to give an example. I had a client that had suffered with episodes of yawning for years. Chronic yawning, it would appear, from nowhere. You know, she went to every psychiatrist, neuroscientist, she had brain scans, down everything, and she was told that there's something wrong in her brain chemistry and there's just something wrong with her brain. Right. And she came to me. She's been referred to me by another client. And after doing just four sessions, we reduced her yawning episodes from 10 a day. They're like minute long in the middle of a business meeting. Right. This was significantly reducing the quality of her life to two a day. And not just that, that's incredibly powerful, but she literally had a completely new connection with her husband, with her teenage daughters. So she actually promoted at work. You know, this is just for session.
That's.
That's the one thing when you're a summer brand instructor and you give like your month program to your client and then it's. That's it. They're. They're already sorted. They're all good to go. And you know, that's. That's one of the things I'm working on. But, but yeah, incredible results. Like people having really major sleep issues and major anxiety. Just liberates from all of this using our techniques. Niraj, thank you so much. Like, every day be impacting people's lives using these techniques, this color breathing. The neurosomatic programming is extremely powerful. And each time I try this with a client, they actually can't even see that painful event. That was in the past. I asked them like you do, you know, can you see it now? And they're like, no, it's gone. And boom, it's like it's completely liberated. It's lifted off from their shoulder and they can, you know, it's our birthright to live a happy, harmonious, beautiful, joyous life. And it's possible with the techniques for you. So I thank you.
Yeah, thank you, Brooke. That's amazing feedback. So a little bit about repeat clients, right? So this is the funny thing about Stone Breath is like somebody could come in with trauma that they're trying to heal and then after a couple of sessions that's it done and then that's it, like no more client, right? Because they're fixed. But here's the thing, right? So, so this is the corruption of the, the psychiatry, the, the psychotherapy, even psychiatric industry, which is, they know that this is a bad business model, right? Where if you cure someone then you're out of business basically, right? Because they're not going to come back. So they don't ever cure anyone. And talk therapy for example, just for years, you have a client and they never really solve the problem. In fact, it usually just gets worse with so breath. Here's the thing, yes, we have magic bullet techniques like this. It's pretty powerful. Within one or two sessions, even one, sometimes you can heal some of trauma. But this is not all that sort of breath does. Remember sorrow breath is a pharmacy of techniques and we're actually a way of life. And just like you'd go to a yoga class regularly for your fitness and well being, which is so important, right? Because actually healing trauma isn't just like something you just do as a magic trick one day. Actually it's a lifelong way of life you need to adopt, which is a healthier way of life, which is where you go to a next level. You don't just fix trauma, you transform your life in a better way by adopting healthier habits. So in Soma Breath we also have the energized breath meditation routines, we have Soma breath yoga, we have the breath rave ecstatic dance classes. So that way instructors, what they do is they do regular classes which are for your day to day health, well being, fitness, stamina. And these are a lot of people drop in to our instructors classes for regular like check ins to maintain their level of fitness, just like they would if they went to a yoga class. Right? And remember, we also have our own version of yoga, so we have a lot of yoga teachers who do summer breath and they do summer breath yoga, which is a more traditional way of doing yoga, which is more like a meditation. It's much better for your actual strength and your physical body. So in cell breath, we have so many different types of classes to offer your clients that there is not this problem anymore of you've cured someone and that's it, right? We've made it into a way of life, which is what it should be. Sama Breath should be a way of life. So that's the thing about Soma Breath, right? It's a lifestyle. So Claudia just says this is brilliant. So for the last 20 minutes. So I'm going to take because we're here till six, any questions that you might have. And Jason, if you want to just talk about our various offers and we can like also stack up some questions where I can answer any questions people might be having.
Very cool. Well, first off, just sharing some big love for all the sessions. Everybody got a chance to experience some breath work right here on the call. And I'm going to take an opportunity here just to speak about our Christmas giveaway. Make sure that everybody knows what the next steps are going to be. Because as I mentioned at the beginning, we do have these six days of transformation that's going to be happening throughout this coming week. And now in just over 22 hours, we're going to have the first one, which is going to be a move together. So be sure to go and check this out. The zoom link is right on the page. You can see all the upcoming classes, the times they're happening, etc. And you'll be able to join the ones that make the most sense for you. And you'll also get to see the replay from today is going to be posted right here in every other session. Replay. We'll make sure that you get access to that right there. And as you keep scrolling down, you will see all the details from the scholarship. For those of you who are considering becoming a breathwork instructor with Soma Breath, we will be able to fill in an application by simply clicking the enter now. And as we have Laurie, the first, first winner of our raffle will be raffling out a few more tickets for the people that stay towards the end of today's call. And every single day, we'll be giving away some prizes again, first place, there'll be enrollment for free and do the Breath SOMA Breath Transformational Coaching. Second place will be the Invest Instructor program and we will have over 20 partial scholarship thousand dollars towards any of these two programs for those who want to join. So have a look. The link is being shared by the team right now and it costs nothing to enter and we look forward to having you be considered for the grand prizes. With that I am complete. Neeraj, if there are any questions that come in I can assist with some of the fancy technology and see.
Let's see.
Who is looking to ask some questions. I'll bring up some of the questions that you have posted already for people that are into the chat and anybody else. I see that some of the questions that have come in recently are about the replay. So I've just shown you that any new questions just post it into the chat with a question mark and we'll be able to bring that up very shortly.
Okay, so what shall I answer?
It sounds like we might not have any direct questions being posted from the session right now. I do see one from Gene coming in on how to lower blood pressure.
Okay, so the best way to lower your blood pressure, right is is to chill out. No, I mean, all seriousness, so there's many different causes of, of, of blood pressure like increasing. Now this is a, this is something that's going to blow your minds. Blood pressure is a bit of a funny subject, okay. And blood pressure has been kind of misused by, you know, the powers that be to manufacture disease. I'll tell you how they do it. Okay. So they say that average blood pressure or normal blood pressure is 120 over 80. Right. And I think it's been reduced even more now the way they worked out. Average, sorry, normal is based on average. So it took the whole population of a country and then they, and when you do that, you plot everyone's blood pressure, you get like a bell shaped curve and right in the middle around 120 over 80 is average. Now here's the thing. Human beings don't work like that, right? Because we are all different, unique and individuals. So if you do that, if you say that normal is average of the population, you get 25% of people on either side who are perfectly healthy but have lower or higher than normal average blood pressure, right? And so if they go for a checkup, they go, they get told, oh, your blood pressure is too low or your blood pressure is too high. So we need to correct it. And how they correct it with a drug. Now that's when they end up taking one drug and then go away with another drug and another drug, another drug to counter side effects, because the drugs are trying to fix something that's not even broken. So blood pressure is a very, very tricky situation. Like, you need to check if you also have symptoms of high blood pressure. So if you have high blood pressure, there are certain symptoms that come with it. So the best gauge of if you have problems with your health is the morning breath hold time. So what I highly recommend is to do the breathworks challenge on the Soma Breath app. If you go to the app and you go to the courses section, you'll see one called breathworks Challenge. It's the healthy breathing course. Go through that, watch all the videos. You'll become a breath master, and you'll learn how to do the morning breath hold time. And using that, you'll be able to tell if you're actually got problems with your health or not. If your breath hold time is less than 20 seconds or less, then you've got something to worry about. If it's in the 20 to 40 second range, you're probably okay. But if you want to go to 40 seconds and above, where your blood pressure is really not a problem anymore, right. Then it will teach you how to do that in that course. Okay? So do that course. All right? And it's very hard for me to tell you to lower your blood pressure without knowing enough about your health, your, your, your, your kind of history. What I can tell you is how to become healthy, right? Where blood pressure isn't problem. So let's not correct blood pressure. What we should do is focus on being healthy, right? And that means taking care of our mental health, taking care of our physical health, but also our spiritual health. All right? Just remember this. You are what you think, okay? Right. Equality of your thoughts, decisions will affect your life. You are what you consume. So all the food you put into your body, the fuel, right? And you are what you do. And what you do most of the day is your spiritual life. That's your true spiritual life. If you're working eight hours a day, doing a soulless, depressing job, right? That's your dharma. That's what's become your life. That's your meaning and purpose. And that means if you're miserable, you have gone off your spiritual dharma, your real true purpose and mission. And it's really hard to be healthy if eight hours a day, you hate your job and hate your life, you've got serious spiritual disconnection. So that's what you need to work on, right? So you are how you think. So think of all the things you feed your mind, the information, the people you surround with the books you read, the newspaper, the media. But also remember, the quality of thoughts depends on how you feel. So what you what do you put into your body? How do you take care of your body? What's the fuel you're putting into your system? And the third one is what are you doing most of the day? If you're doing spending most of your day doing something that you don't want to do, it's time to change again. Do the 21 day awakening journey, man. That's helps you answer all of those questions for yourself. Unique, customized to you to surround yourself with the right kind of people, information for your mind, the right fuel for your body and the right life path will open up for you when you do those two things. First, once you get your mind in check, you work on your body, get that into a finely tuned machine. Then suddenly you start to open up to new opportunities and you tell your old boss bugger off and you go and find something much more worthwhile to do. And you do it without fear because you got the strength and energy to do it. Okay, you can do it. There we go. That's your New Year's resolution.
Awesome. I'll be your narrator on the questions because I see a couple of them have come up and I think I'll pick one of the ones that I think will be really cool to speak about. Melissa Friselli or Frizzell Ask. I do pro bono work with addicts and people in jail. Any tips on specific breathwork modalities that center around freeing them?
All right, so this is such a good question. We actually are already doing our own pro bono work with a prison inmate who has trained as a slowing breath instructor. I'm privately mentoring him in America. Right. Could even get the name of the place in a minute. But they're having phenomenal results just using the training that we teach them in our first two levels of SOMA breath. So level one, level two, the techniques in there, which is like the daily dose or the energized breath, meditation, movement, dance and breath work. Two or three rounds of intermodal hypoxia, and then now they're moving into more advanced sessions. But even the shorter breath sessions that you'll find on the app is a good way to start to start the process. Just by doing that, getting people to silence their mind for a bit starts to set the chain reaction of People freeing their minds from this prison they've created for themselves. So, yeah, they're doing really well. If you want to get in touch with that prison yourself, I can just tell you which one it is once. One second. It's Idaho and it's one second. Yeah, it's. Idaho State Correctional Center. I'm gonna post it in there right now. So chat. All right. That's where it's at. And they're having amazing results. And that's also inspired someone in the UK to do the same. A prison in the UK is about to take this on.
Awesome. I have some other great questions that have come in and these have you posted? So you were saying any track from the. From the app. So one thing I wanted to check in with everyone is do you already have the Soma Breath app? It's a free app and you get to take all of these things that you've been listening to. There is a paid membership as well, but there's tons of resources for free as well. So if you don't already have the app, be sure to check that out. Now, here's a question from Candice Lambert. What's the best morning meditation to do? And should I be doing the shaking you did in this session before or after the meditation?
Meditation.
So do this. You can do it. Doesn't really matter. You can do it. I like to do is a warm up just to get into the state. Then you have a little bit of a breather break and then you go into the breath meditation at the end and then end in Shavasana. Beautiful space. Sometimes I just do the shaking ritual on its own. That's it. For like 20, 30 minutes. Sometimes in our retreats we do it for longer, like 40 minutes, 45 minutes. Even the shaking. And then at the end, just lying in Shavasana feels so good. And then we do a general breath meditation at the end just to ground. Yeah.
I had a technical question here from Brenda asking if you need a vibration plate for doing the shaking or what we did today was sufficient.
That was just an imaginary shaking. A vibration plate. It's just in your mind. Just imagine you're on a vibration plate. It's just a good way to visualize it. So no, you don't need a vibration plate. Although they do work very well too. The ones at the gym.
Ping Lin asked about what is the longest breath hold time you've ever witnessed. Me or anybody you've witnessed have a long breath retention.
So I've had personally like over 4 minutes, 4, 20. It was around 4:23 or something like that was what I recorded, but then I stopped recording it. That was a long time ago when I used to practice constantly every day. Now I have run a business, have a baby. I'm not as religious with my practice as I'd like to be, so I don't measure it so often. And it's very powerful when you get into those crazy states. But that was after about six rounds in a row, right, of intermittent hypoxia. But I've seen, you know, like Prakash Malsh do some really long breath hold times. That's the co. Creator of the curriculum for CERN Breath, the superhuman yogi doctor in India. I've also seen Wim go under the cold water for like seven minutes holding his breath. I thought he had drowned. And that was when I was with him at his house. When I first met him, he was just showing off. So I've seen some people do some crazy stuff. I have a friend called Stig Siverson who's done 24 minutes, you know, holding his breath, but he cheats because he uses oxygen supplementation and he breathes, you know, a lot beforehand to prepare. So. But he's still got an incredible breath hold time. It's phenomenal. So I've seen people like that. But look, it takes a lot. You have to hold your breath for a very long time to actually cause any harm to the brain. Like, you know, and the more adapted you are to oxygen, the longer you can hold it. So you can't actually. If the qu. If the fear is like dying or causing brain damage, there is nothing to worry about. You cannot. Unless you strangle yourself or physically get strangled. You cannot suffocate yourself by holding your breath. By just your unconscious mind will always trigger you to breathe again. Right. You can't cause any harm. And one to two minutes, three minutes is nothing.
Right.
I've seen people do consistently longer than that, double that length, so don't worry about that. But the deeper you go, the, the deeper you go, trust me. Yeah, when I. When I kind of. When I've, you know, got rid of a few my responsibilities, I'm going to go to Himalayas and go deep in like Babaji's cave or something one day.
We're getting close to on the hour and I do think I'd love to be able to give away another prize for the session today. But before I do that, I want to give you the opportunity to say some closing words before I get into the giving mood and closing off the session for Today.
Yeah. So this closing words is really for our incredible crew of Soma Breath instructors, our SOMIS coaches who supported us over this time. And the ones that are facilitating on this amazing event are the creme de la creme. You're going to be witnessing some of the best sessions that exist on this planet when it comes to transformation. Right? I'm not kidding. I've seen it all. I've lived in Thailand, in Tantra Town, I've. I've lived in India. I've been everywhere. I've been to America, I've been to California. I've been to all of the little hot spots, Bali. And I'm not kidding. And I, I don't want to blow everyone's trumpet, but these people are world, world class and these are everyday people, like, who came from like, corporate backgrounds, from like, you know, very humble beginnings, who become world class transformational masters. I'm not kidding, like, and not that long. It's taken like, like Brooke, I've known her for three years, right. It's ridiculous. And the growth has just been phenomenal. So the mat. This is magic. This stuff works like magic. And these, these instructors that you're going to be and these coaches that you're going to be working with on this event really are going to change your life. So really attend every single class if you can. Right? Even just one class is going to change your life. But try and do as many as you can because it will be unbelievable what will happen to you as a result. And it'll just make your 2026 so much better as a result. All right, so there you go.
Neeraj, thank you so much for your time, your energy for the power hour. I want to make sure we get to leave with a bang. And so I'm going to have a very surprise cue for anybody who would like to get a chance to become a Soma Breath member, which may you have access to the premium features of the app. All you need to do is type membership in the chat and we're going to give away our first membership for the Soma Breath app. And so as you guys take a moment to type in membership, this will be a we stayed for the long haul giveaway for these webinars and we'll be doing these types of giveaways throughout the entire week of breathing together. And so we look forward to seeing you guys join and build the habit of breath work. We're going to put a link after this poll so that you know where to go both to register for the scholarship program. As well as get to attend our week of breathing. And so with all the membership typed in, we're going to get started by spinning the wheel in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1. And let's give it a whirl. Sandra Zidane, you are the winner. So Sandra, do send me a direct message with your email so I can make sure to get that gift sent over to you. You're going to be just receiving the Soma Breath app. You've seen me use this app to play some of the music. There are some sessions that are available for free. Some of them are part of the membership only for this week. All of the live experiences are going to be available to everyone, but you'll continue to have access to all the wonderful breathe togethers that happen a lot of the extra track, all of the cool courses. And as we spoke a bit earlier, the breathworks Challenge for Healthy Breathing Challenge is right at the bottom of your homepage. So you'll be able to get started with that as well. Give anybody a little glimpse of what that looks like on the app. I'm on a desktop of the app. You'll see that your 5 day challenge details are all there. So send me a message and we'll make sure to get you started on that. With this being said, I will bring everyone back. See if I did my leaderboard work for today. I think I might not have the leaderboard, but I will go and review some of the questions that have came up. So yes, we will have replays I saw here about how do I find local practitioners. Well, if you go to somabreath.com you'll see that you can actually go and say I want to find a live class near me or I want to find an instructor or coach near me. There are both online and offline sessions, so if you look for instructor and coaches, you'll be able to see which are the ones that are in the city that you are looking for. For example, I did see that there were some people in Australia, so I'm going to use that as an example here to see who do we have in Australia. Although I feel like this might be something, I need to clear the filter first and run that search again. Australia search. My live demo is not working at the time, so. So I'm going to talk to the team, make sure that the filtering function does work as I need to go fix that. So I still have some overtime guys. But if it is working correctly, you will be able to find the instructor in your area. So I do apologize for my technical mishaps. And so with that, we are at the end of the session, we're going to put a link so you can see how you can join the next live session. Please go to the page where you're going to be able to add to your calendar every single day at the right time of when our Breathe Together week is happening, we'll be giving away more prizes for those of you who have won today. Sandra, I see you've already messaged me. Please don't leave the session yet because I want to make sure to capture your details and send that over. And we also had Lori, I still need to get your details so I can give away your gift. And for everybody else, we hope you take the time to fill up the scholarship for a chance to win and become one of the instructors of Sort of Breath. We're a community of over 3,500 instructors. We just had our annual convention and talk about all the exciting stuff that's going to be happening in 2026 in our instructor program. We'd love to have you come along for the journey. So if you've ever considered becoming an instructor, there's no better time than to do it. Throughout the scholarship program, you'll get a chance to fill up, share a little bit more about yourself, and we want to hear from you. So take the time to do that at the end of this session. And Lori, I just got your details. So congratulations on winning the 21 day awakening journey. And for everybody else, thank you for attending. I hope to see you on the other days where we're going to be breathing together. I will be participating as well, so I hope you are entertained as you're going to be getting more of me this week. Giveaway. Good stuff. Holiday. Love it. Merry Christmas, everyone. Happy holidays. Stay tuned for more breathing and I can't wait to see you guys on some future calls. Take care, everyone.
Peace, everyone. Much love.
Yeah. And while we close this off, I'm going to make sure to find one of my favorite tracks on the Soma Breath app to continue for the rest of today. I always like going to the music section and I think at this point it is the end of the day. So I'm going to go for my relaxation music and I will go for the Awakened mind. Since we had a great experience together today. Let's have a look and play the track.
Sam. Sa. Sam. Sa. Sa. It. Ram. It.
