Hello, darling, and always incredible to see everyone here as regular people. Okay, guys, first thing I need to tell everyone, because I don't want to forget. That we have a very special event coming next weekend from Thursday, actually, to Sunday. So it's the Breath Fest. What is a Breath Fest? It's just a party where we're going to be breathing together every day from, from Thursday, and you're going to be always meeting new instructors. So Stephen is going to be with us, Brooke, me, Lisa, David, and of course Niraj. So please join in the link that Monica already shared with you guys. So you will have all the information you need. You will get the Zoom link to connect with the different sessions again. They will— it will be in different time zones. So be aware of that. Some ones will be like at 8 PM Eastern time, always is in New York time. Otherwise will be at 10 AM. So please be aware about that. We have different time zones with different instructors. Every single instructor is super different. So I hope that you can join everyone. And of course, I hope that you can join me as well on Friday. We will have fun, guys. Okay? Okay. So today I'm so excited to introduce this beautiful soul. We were talking before that he remembers when I introduced him as a heart with legs. That is the way that I always like. I feel very like it's a huge heart. is just a person who, who vibrates love to everyone. And, um, always his sessions are very emotional and very deep. It really brings that state of relaxation and safety to, you know, be more vulnerable and get into your emotions. So I'm sure that you're going to have a lot of fun today. I hope that at the end of the session, I would love to have some feedback from— and testimonials, of course— from The new people who are here with us that I saw around 6 to 7 people that are new, we would love to hear you if you want to come into, you know, the mic at the end, or just maybe just write down something in the chat to hopefully see how you feel. See, no. Or actually write, or like read how you feel with this session. Okay, so this beautiful soul who's going to guide you today is going to be in charge of explaining you the session. Okay, we're going to have a lot of fun. I will be in the chat, so if you have any questions or if you get confused about anything, please write there and I will be happy to help you. And of course, we have also Monica who is in support, in the support team. Monica's always with us every single Sunday, is a rock star. She's the one who also can help you with any questions that you may have, because I'm sure that especially for the new people after the session, you are going to have that butterfly in your stomach or a voice in your head telling you, hmm, I think I should become an instructor. I think I, maybe I really want to get deeper. We have a very special program for that. So Monica is the one who's going to share with you all that information, guys. Don't just, you just, you know, sharing that in the chat, and we will take care of you. But for now, I want to stop talking and I want to introduce this amazing person to you. Barry West is here, so let me just, um, put him on the floor. Barry, the audience is yours. Thank you for being with us and welcome.
Hey everybody, welcome. It's, uh, it's so great to be here and it's, uh, it's such an honor and a privilege to be connected with Literally people all around the world. I mean, I listened to Monica read off the locations that we come in from, and it never, it never ceases to amaze me that the one thing that unites all of us beyond, you know, religious belief and culture and language is the fact that we all breathe the same way. And then when we focus that energy and we focus our attention and intention on the breath, powerful things can happen. So thank you, each and every one of you, for for joining. And I'd like to just I'd like to just go through real quickly. I like to kind of give an overview of what we're going to be doing. And for those of you that are new, I I do. I guess forgiveness, they say, is easier to get than permission. And I don't know that this experience has necessarily happened before, but I'm going to give a shout out to my son who's here for the first time, Brendan Stater West. And he just finished— he is a winemaker in the Loire Valley in France, and he just finished harvest. So he's, he's a bit burned out and tired. So Um, Brendan, glad that you're here with us today. So, all right, uh, that being said, so, um, what we are going to do is we're going to begin with a body activation that's going to be about 4 minutes. I'm going to invite everyone in the room to get up with your cameras on because that's part of the vibe and it's fun, and to get up and we're just going to move our bodies. Um, Soma Breath is all about The body. It's all about how the body functions, how it holds, how it expresses energy, how it withholds expressing energy, and the things that we can do to release that stored energy and emotion and release it and have it as a, as a, as a source for strength and power and vision and purpose. So after the body activation, I'll invite everybody to Take a seat and to sit with your— try and sit with your back straight, or to lie down with your arms comfortably at your side. Big part is try to find a place where you won't be disturbed. Somabreath sessions, really, there's, there's not really much that you have to remember. If there's anything I'd encourage you to try to remember, and you will be encouraged by by my guidance to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. The rest of everything is explained. I'll go through it really quickly here. We won't spend a lot of time. It's going to be really obvious because I'm going to be there with you through the entire experience. So we want to practice connected breathing. So we breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. And then no jerkiness, no broken breathing. It's going to be rhythmical. By breathing in through the nose, that actually— force is too strong of a word, but it actually encourages us to begin to breathe more diaphragmatically. That's where when we breathe in, our stomachs rise, and we take a deep breath all the way in that way through the nose and then exhale through the mouth. Uh, so in Soma Breath, uh, the, the sessions that we do, the journeys, are done in rounds. Today we will have 3 rounds, and in a moment I'm going to tell you what the 3 component parts of each round is. But we're going to do 3 rounds. Each round will have about a 5-minute section of rhythm, what we call rhythmic breathing. You'll hear my voice Guiding the breath. We're going to be breathing into a count of 4 and out to a count of 4. This is a very regulating breath, so for those of us that come anxious, angry, depressed, low in energy, this style of breathing in this format helps to regulate our nervous systems, bring us more into our body. Okay, so there'll be With each round that I said, the three rounds, the first part is is rhythmic breathing. At the end of that rhythmic breathing period, you'll hear me offer instructions to take a deep breath all the way in, and then release. Let all the air out. Hold at the base of the exhalation, and I will give you further instructions on what to do in that period of time.
The—
there's no real goal here. It's— if there's any goal, it's to relax, to try and relax into this breath hold. It's not about competition either with yourself and what you've done in the past or with other people in the room or with me. And every time you do a breathwork session, you can experience You may show up and for that given day your breath is just different, and that's okay. There's no right or wrong here to what we're doing. Okay, there's nothing that I'm going to ask you to change, to try and influence or make different. Okay, I just want to create an environment for you as the facilitator today to just show up comfortably as yourself, as you really are. And then let's see what kind of magic happens as a result of that. So we're holding our breath out. You will hear me occasionally offer the suggestion that if it's becoming too difficult to hold your breath, you can take a small sip of air. Some people call it a booster breath in and then out, and then return to the breath hold. You can do that as many times as you want. If at any time any part of the breathwork experience that we're sharing today doesn't feel comfortable, you are in the driver's seat. You have complete control. If it's a time when we're breathing rhythmically, if it's a time when you're holding your breath and it's just too much, you can just return to your normal breath, jump back in whenever you feel it feels right. So after that, after the end of that breath hold out, you'll hear me offer a countdown: five, four, three, two, one. Invite you to all take a deep breath fully in. At that point, just focus. You can focus if you like on the muscles at the base of your pelvic floor, what's known as the mula bandha, and to just squeeze those muscles as you imagine energy. Different traditions have different names for it— prana, chi, the life force— to squeeze that up your spine, up, up, up until it reaches the midbrain, and then hold your breath. We'll hold our breath for several seconds, and then again on my command with the countdown, have you release your breath and just allow your breath to return to normal, and then wait for the next round to begin. So that is In a heartbeat what we are up to today. All right, contraindications. You know, slow rhythmic breathing techniques are generally safe for most people. There's a few situations where it shouldn't be practiced in any of the following cases: if you've had a recent surgery, if you have epilepsy, if you're pregnant and in the third trimester, Congratulations. And if you have any serious heart conditions, like you have a pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a recent heart attack. In most cases, what we're doing, the practices are considered safe. But above all, just invite you to listen to your body. Reduce the intensity if needed, or skip breath holds. At any time. All right, I think that takes us to that magic moment when I'm going to invite all of you to get up out of your seats and we are going to dance. And if I could just get a thumbs up when I start this music, just to make sure That everybody's hearing it. That would be great. All right, let's get on our feet, everybody. Are we good?
Hello, Mary.
Yep. No, I think that you're not sharing the audio.
I think not hearing the audio.
No, no, no. You're not sharing. We can hear it, but it's not really high quality. Anything that you forgot to share? That's the only thing.
Yes.
Let's breathe together. Take a big inhale.
Just by that much. All right.
Let's see. Exhale. Yeah. Now I think it's going to be fine.
Breathing in, breathing out.
All right.
Here we go, folks. How about now?
Yes.
Yeah.
You can turn it up if you want.
Oh, don't invite me to do that. That's good.
That is good. Perfect.
Right.
There is a lot of magic that's defined in our breath.
I just invite you to, um, a lot of us sit a lot, and sitting, a lot of the energy in our body becomes just kind of stagnant.
I invite you to just imagine that you're on a vibrating plate beneath your feet. Just imagine that as you listen to the music, allow that—
welcome that energy to the body.
Start rising up your body from your ankles, your knees, up into your hips, your torso, chest.
And then up into your arms. Breathing in through your nose, breathing into your arms, head, and breathing out. All right, so that was like the first lap.
It's time to do what you feel like doing.
Just allow your body—
allow your body to move in space. And maybe thank your body.
When was the last time you thanked it?
I'm guessing for a lot of us, myself included, it's really easy to look in the mirror and find all sorts of things that you don't necessarily like or want to change.
This is a good moment to just say thank you. Thank you. Thank you, body, for carrying me through the day, for carrying me through space, giving me and allowing me the freedom to smile. Yeah, you got this. Looking good, guys. Breathing in through your nose, breathing out through your mouth. Oh yeah!
All my SoMe brothers and sisters.
Woo!
Good to feel joy.
Good to open our hearts, discover a lightness of being.
Bring it down now.
As the music fades, invite all of you to just find that comfortable place to either sit comfortably or to lie down with your arms at your side. Again, the important piece is to find a safe place. All right, just invite you to close your eyes. Just bring yourself here to this space right now. And if you have headphones, invite you to use those for a deeper, more immersive experience. But it's fine without them.
Okay. Breathing in and breathing out.
I invite you now to imagine finding yourself entering a dwelling, and as you walk through the door, You can tell that it's a home. It's somehow familiar, but you don't recall— you don't recall when the last time was that you were there. It feels safe and welcoming, so You begin exploring, and a long hallway catches your attention, and a gentle flickering light cast on the floor beneath the door. There is a very faint hint Of what sounds like voices. So slowly, you begin walking down the long hallway towards that door, and as you get closer, warm, inviting scents catch your nose. The sounds of gentle laughter caressing your ears. Something about this place that is— that is so familiar, so welcoming. Like the experience of a dream you've Had just on the edge of being remembered when you wake. You place your hand on the doorknob, pausing. A sense of wonderment is building until you gently turn the knob and open the door. The room is open.
Inviting.
A fire is crackling in a hearth, and around a large table are gathered many smiling faces. Some you may recognize, while others feel so familiar but without names. You catch yourself smiling back, as if they have been patiently waiting for some time for your arrival. And the faces of those you don't recognize, they're no different. Love radiating from their hearts as they look at you, and an unmistakable sense You realize that everyone present somehow knows you. Your hopes and dreams. Your sorrow.
Your longing.
Not the version of yourself you showed the world. Something so much richer, deeper.
A love for you.
That embraces the worst of your moments no differently than it invites and welcomes the best. Getting ready now for our first round of 4-4 breathing.
In, 2, 3, 4.
Out, 2, 3, 4.
In, 2, 3, 4.
And as you relax into this room, in, 2, 3, 4, your thoughts turn for a moment to how you have learned over time to protect yourself from From further hurt.
2, 3, 4.
And disappointment.
3, 4.
From that sense of longing at moments that doesn't leave you.
In, 2, 3, 4.
And so you've learned perhaps to brace. To allow the yourself to become fearful of someone's response.
Two, three, four, out. Two, three, four, in. Two, three, four, out. Two, three, four, in.
Or perhaps as a Means of anticipating failure or rejection. You have set the personal bar so high in life that you will never achieve it.
Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4.
There is safety here in this room amongst those around the table to find the courage to Pause.
1, 2, 3.
And just stand present to what it is in your life that's restricting you, that's holding you back from your deepest potential. From your aspirations and your dreams? What does it feel like when you feel like you have to leave yourself behind?
1, 2, 3.
When you've tried so hard to find love, To find acceptance, to find that sense of homecoming and rest. And the way, the only way that you've been able to do that is to live someone else's truth. And not your own. Where in your body right now do you carry this state of dis-ease? A lack of ease. We're not here, we're not here to change it. We're not here to add one more demand or expectation. We're simply here to stand on Honestly, before ourselves, and to acknowledge, simply to acknowledge, and to recognize where within our bodies we carry that pain. How does it show up?
You're doing so beautifully.
We get ready now.
1, 2, 3.
For that first round of rhythmic breathing. And now take a deep breath fully in through your nose, all the way up to the top, holding for just a moment, squeezing the muscles in your face, perhaps your hands, your body, and then releasing. All the way to the base of your exhalation, where you hold. Entering into the stillness. Entering into this one place that with certainty you can always turn to find peace, to find When you have that first urge to breathe, see if you can't go just beyond the comfort zone, continuing to hold. This is the place of the soul. The soul's desire and the soul's longing. The place where your dreams live, waiting to be heard. Taking that booster breath of air as needed.
Holding again.
The place where your beauty, the beauty of your soul, is unmasked and available to be seen. In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Let's all take a deep breath now together, fully in, squeezing those muscles at the base of the pelvic floor, squeezing that life force energy, that Prana, that chi, however you would like to envision it, up your spine, higher and higher to your midbrain, and holding. Feeling a release of that energy within your body. And in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, release that breath with a sigh of relaxation.
Ah.
All the way out and allowing your breath now to return to its natural rhythm. You're safe in this place. Getting ready for that 4-4 breath. 1, 2, 3, 4, out.
2, 3, 4, in. 2, 3, 4, out.
And here in this place, surrounded by those That you recognize. And perhaps those beings of light that radiate such a pristine and clear presence of love. You begin to unwind. The contractions of bracing against life. Rather than abandoning ourselves by wanting to be something or someone we are not in this moment. We pause and we just allow the feelings we guard ourselves against to be there.
2, 3, 4, out. 2, 3, 4, in.
2, 3, 4, out. And with each breath in, can we Imagine ourselves breathing into those feelings a sense of light, a color that might come to your mind, of love's presence, of love's forgiveness, of love's acceptance. 3, 4, 5.
Acceptance and homecoming.
With each breath in, drawing in that color deep into every cell within your body. Imagine the trillions and trillions of cells that comprise your body. And how they begin to light and to glow and to almost shimmer.
Breathing in.
Breathing out. Breathing in the light. And as you exhale, perhaps Perhaps imagining your exhalation, your breath, parting the shadows, the cloudy places of life where we fail to see ourselves as we truly are.
2, 3, 4. 1, 2, 3, 4.
And what if, like in the Hawaiian prayer, we can with each breath simply say to ourselves, I am sorry. Please forgive me.
Thank you. I love you. Getting ready.
For our next round of intermittent hypoxia. And now breathing fully in all the way up to the top, squeezing there for just a moment your muscles, and then releasing with a sigh of relaxation. Holding at the base of the exhalation.
Letting go.
Releasing.
Releasing the stories that you've told yourself for years that keep you bound. Going beyond the comfort zone, that first urge to breathe, using that Just a quick sip of air in and out as needed.
Letting go.
Around a fire, in the presence of love that asks nothing in return. Finally, finally coming home. And in 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Take a deep breath all the way in, squeezing the muscles at the base of the pelvic floor, Imagine that energy at the base of the root of your spine rising now. Strength, vision, power, purpose, all the way to the midbrain, and holding. And in 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Release that breath now with a sigh of relaxation.
Ah. Returning to your normal rhythm of breath, perhaps feeling right now.
How life holds you. How love, how love cradles you. Not for what you do, but simply for Who you are. Getting ready now for our final round of rhythmic breathing.
2, 3, 4. Out. 2, 3, 4.
I invite you now to imagine that there's a large, large television screen before you, perhaps one like in a sports arena.
1, 2, 3.
And you look up and you see yourself on that screen. And as you breathe in and you breathe out, Breathe out.
1, 2, 3, 4.
You see a strength, an authenticity that begins stirring within that image of yourself you see.
1, 2, 3, 4.
How are you showing up right now when you've released the bracing, the satisfying others at the expense of yourself?
2, 3.
What color do you see yourself on that screen breathing in right now? A color of strength, of wisdom, of purpose. Breathe it in deeper now, deep into every cell of your being.
In, 2, 3.
And dare to imagine.
In, 2, 3.
Dare to imagine the greatness.
In, 2, 3.
That lies dormant within your heart. What do you see on that screen right now as you look at yourself?
What is it?
That has been waiting for so, so long to be finally given a place at the table. Welcome at home now. Who are you when you stand in your most authentic sense of self?
Uninhibited. Unshackled.
Sitting before a crackling fire and surrounded by so much love.
Breathe it in.
Breathe it in.
Breathe it in.
And now take a deep breath fully in, all the way into the very top. A little more, a little more, a little more. Holding and releasing.
Shh.
And holding at the base of this final exhalation, seeing if you can't go just a little bit deeper. Deeper into the place of dreams and of visions. Deeper into the place of knowing. Knowing that comes in the depths of your heart. Dropping into courage to be and to become. Using that sip of air as needed. And in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, taking a deep breath now all the way in. Squeezing those muscles one last time at the base of the pelvic floor, raising that energy up your spine to the midbrain and holding a new light of consciousness rising now within you.
Making room for truth, for love, and for forgiveness.
And 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Release that breath now with a sigh or with a sound of relaxation.
Ah.
Allowing your breath to gently return. Now to its normal rhythm. And as you begin to prepare to leave this journey, Take one last moment now, as the fire crackles in the hearth, and as everyone gathered looks deep into your eyes, to welcome, to welcome what it is that you see. I'm When your eyes are clearly open and your heart is free of bracing and to say thank you. The winds of the spirit blow.
So listen.
Feel the gentle touch of the wind upon your skin, and know that just as the wind, when it blows, you have no idea where it's come from, and no idea where it's It's going, but that it comes as a messenger, as a reminder. You are never alone. And love has never left you. Each of us lives in a place called the present. Forever locked in time between what we know as the past and what we envision as the future. And the freedom that can be found From all the stories and narratives of the past and all the expectations of the future. Is the power and the presence of love in this moment. Of each moment. And of every moment. Love will set us free. And home is where the heart will forever be. Not in the future.
Right now.
Namaste. I invite all of you to just rest in the stillness and quiet of this moment. There's no rush to return. To just be present.

So I'm going to put, of course, our amazing Diana here so we can hear her voice. Hello, darling. Diana is every Sunday with us. She's a regular, and we always are so happy to see you, darling. Thank you for being with us. We cannot hear your voice, but we can feel your love and energy. So Sending love to you. Thank you for being with us, Diana. And we have Jules here that I think wants to say something. Jules?
Hi, can you hear me?
Sure can.
Oh my God, I don't want to go on camera, but I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. That was amazing. I have to say, when we got to the fire, I, I felt such unconditional love that I've never felt in any breathwork before. And, and then it's like what you were saying was speaking directly to me. It was so therapeutic. And at the end, when even before you said, see the light, I saw light, almost like a lighthouse coming on and off. And at the very end, after we did the last breath, I felt was like I was falling into the darkness. And then it was like there was a balloon or a cloud or something under me pushing me up. And there was unbelievable light, like there was hope and I just wanted to say thank you so much because honestly, I've lost faith in, um, men in general. And after today, I realized that you have such an amazing soul. I can feel it through the healing, through the breathwork. And you gave me hope again that there are decent men out there. So I just wanted to say thank you because this has been life-changing for me, because I really— from some experiences I've been going through, I've kind of lost faith in all men who have been very abusive. And to see your beautiful soul And feel your beautiful soul. You've given me hope that I can't even begin to explain. So anyway, I just needed to come on and share that with you because thank you so very, very much. Thank you so much.
And I've—
I, I see you and I hear you and the pain that you've borne. And the hope that's still there in your heart. And I hope you keep coming back here if it feels right to you as a place to heal.
This journey has been that of healing for me, and and. It's why I'm here today and doing what I'm doing.
And it really came about through the 21 Day Awakening journey and the recognition that the back of shame could be broken and that there was hope. for new life and love. So thank you so much for your, for your very, very heartfelt words. And they are—
Well, thank you, because your whole— just the whole experience went from understanding to feeling to hoping. I, I can't explain it.
It's—
it was phenomenal. Your voice, your heart, your soul.
It's— it's—
I don't know, nothing I've ever experienced before. So thank you.
You're welcome.
Thank you, Jules. Thank you for being vulnerable and for opening your heart. And so thank you for that beautiful words to Barry. And I told you guys that this is a heart with legs, didn't I tell you that? Barry's a heart with legs. It's just incredible what he can really make us feel. There's more people here saying, uh, Corinne says thank you. The people, the people at the table were from a book I remembered. the king of Ata, are waiting for you. A tribe that lives to dream together and create art and reach higher and deeper levels of consciousness. Beautiful, Corinne. That was so beautiful.
Thank you.
So, so many love. Barry, thank you so much. Uh, I saw all your layers of myself peeling off one by one. Love to Barry and everyone here. Love you too. And, um, this new— I think Miss Lizzy is a new A newbie, and he is— I want to be as amazing as Barry and help others. So you need to become an instructor, Miss Lizzie. You need to become an instructor. And for that reason, Monica, if you can share now the link for people who may have that, you know, butterflies in the stomach right now, like, oh my God, this is something that I want to do to help other people, to maybe, you know, inspire people like Barry inspires others. Please make sure that you can just book a call with one of our sales team, that they are going to be able to let you know if you're ready for this course. They will give you, you know, the path of what is this about, and it's just a conversation with someone who are really willing to understand your needs. And again, if this course is for you. So I'm sure that if you have that butterfly right now, please just go to the link that Monica shared right now and have that call. Who knows, right? If you don't make that call, if you give yourself a space to, to see, to feel that this is for you, to change your career, right? Or maybe to integrate this to, to the work that you already have done or you're doing. Yes, Barry.
I was just gonna say that for me, I think a good if you're uncertain, but something in your heart is really tugging at you. The 21-day awakening journey I I've found and continue to find is I think a really really great intermediate stepping stone in self-discovery. You if you like this session, you're you're gonna. You're gonna love, um, you know, by week 3, you're gonna experience things through the 21-Day Awakening journey that, um, honestly I had only experienced on plant medicine before. Um, it's— it is mind-opening and heart-expanding. And after you get done doing that, I think you'll have a real sense of what I think the, you know, the best instructors that there are, that we have, and I think will always be— and this is just my personal opinion— are those that have kind of gone through the fire themselves. They're, they're those who, who don't just intellectually know and understand the mechanics of breathwork. Anybody can do that, but it's another thing to be able to drop into the presence of spirit. That's something that you're trained to do, and to hold space, to create a container that's safe for people. And, um, yeah, if that, if that speaks to your heart, then you're in the right place. I can promise you that.
So, yes, yes. And, um, for the people who are asking about the replay, this is important to know that we have a Soma Breath app that if you're not a member, we really invite you to be a member of the Summer Breath app where you can revisit this replay, but a lot of other replays with other instructors, or all the replays that Barry have, um, of sessions that Barry have done in the app. The Summer Breath app is the place where you will be in touch with other instructors, where you can every single day have a different exercise to breathe and feel that Summer Breath is not only breathwork, it's a lifestyle, guys. It's just something that we do We live through this. It's not that I, I do this because I feel something, or because this day is special. It's just we live through this movement that we call soma breath. It's just awareness of the breath and being able to understand and feel that the breath is the bridge to really transform and create the life that you want. So again, please be part of the app, and again, you can revisit various sessions. And also, I want to know the people who are still in the room. We have still 66 people. If you are already signed in for the Breath Fest, are you going to be with us in the Breath Fest coming from next Thursday? If you are not, Monica is going to share the link to be part of the Breath Fest. Maybe that is a little push that you need to become an instructor or to really understand the different ways that we can bring some breath to, to the world, because everyone, again, every single instructor is different doing this, this work. So we have— okay, Teresa already signed up. Amazing. We will see you there. And Barry, can you please share the link if anyone here wants to get in touch with you, maybe wants to have a one-on-one consultation, wants to have a more therapeutic journey with you? Because again, instructors can work with you on a one-on-one basis, guys, if you want to get deeper, right? So if you can please share a link where people can follow you, um, that would be great.
Breathe with Barry at, uh, Instagram. And I just also, as long as I've got the mic, she's— Claudia is probably going to invite me to do this anyway, but I'm going to jump the gun. Um, I just encourage all of you, if especially if this was a very, very deep, um, journey for you today, Really make today the rest of today. I mean, make every day, but make the rest of today at least a gentle fest toward yourself. Really be be loving toward yourself. I really one drink a lot of water. These journeys can release a lot of toxins, a lot of things in the body. Let's flush them out. That's really important to do. Secondly. What a metaphor. Secondly, I just encourage you to get out in nature, and even if it's for 5 minutes, and if you can have bare feet and be on the ground, all the better.
We—
all of creation breathes, and it's not just us as human beings that stand 5 to 6 feet above it. All of creation is breathing at every moment, from the smallest fungi to the largest creatures. And just that grounding and that sense of connection to the larger part of what we all are enjoying. And, and I just encourage you to do that. And, and, um, and journaling too. That'd be the third, would just—
Yes.
That opportunity to take some notes, write things down. It's always amazing in journaling that you can go back— I can go back 6 months or however long and read something. It's like it has a whole different meaning, and but it's really expansive. And or, um, realizing how far you've come from where you were when you read an entry, and it's like, gosh, a lot has happened. Claudia was— Claudia is my mentor, and she— I was at a retreat with she and Piotr Chapil in May in Nice, France. And I go back and I look at what I wrote back in May, and I'm astounded at where the distance I've traveled. In that amount of time, so be good to yourself today. And I just from the depths of my heart thank you to each and every one of you that are still here. Yeah, it's an amazing tribe of people that we belong to, and to to be part of it and to watch people grow, to see the transformation, see the growth in people that you get to know day in and day out. It's it's amazing. So, all right.
It is. It is. Thank you very much for that beautiful closure. And I always say this, like, you don't need to really believe us. Just go and breathe. Live yourself, your experience, right? And I believe that when you really feel it yourself, there's nothing else that we can do because you're already there, right? You are in the loop of the change. You are in the loop on on the awareness and on getting higher in their consciousness that I think the world really needs. So this tribe that we get together every Sunday, um, is what we love to really feel and embrace, because again, community is the cure. And I hope that all the new people who came today, I hope that I will see you in the breakfast or every— any other Sunday session. Maybe why not, um, becoming an instructor yourself? Again, Barry is sharing also, um, his email, breathewithbarry@gmail.com, if you want to send him a message or just follow him on Instagram. Believe me, guys, Soma Breath is a transformational technique. So thank you for being with us again this Sunday. Thank you, Barry. Thank you, Monica. Of course, always in the background, Monica's always sharing us and, and, um, bringing these possibilities as well with other technology and you know, all the operational stuff behind. Thank you, community, for breathing with us. And again, Barry, thank you for a beautiful session as always. And I will see you hopefully Friday, 7 PM East. That is my session on the Breath Fest. I will ignite your fire. That is why it's my theme. Okay, so I hope I will see you there. And let me just, um, see you all. I want to see all the community here. There you go. I can smell all the faces and the beautiful faces. Barry's going to take a picture. So put a face like, yeah, Barry. I'm going to take a picture too. Yes. Okay, community. Thank you again.
All right.
Blessings, everyone.
