Hi, my name is Neeraj, AKA the Renegade Pharmacist. Today I'm going to show you a very, very special technique. It's going to allow you to lower your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and generally feel relaxed so that you can get to sleep better. You can lower stress, you can digest your food better and go into rest and digest mode at will. Okay, so here's a demonstration. I just did a little bit of exercise, so my heart rate is a little bit higher now. 87 bpm. Okay, now watch this SA.
There you go. Just see me lower my heart rate right down, back to normal. If I keep doing this, it will go down to around 60 to even 50 beats per minute. So a few minutes a day, you can actually lower your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and reduce stress. And stress is the number one cause of most illnesses, chronic illnesses, and lack of being in your flow. So this is going to help you get back into flow, get more things done, and protect yourself against the harmful effects of stress. If you want to learn how to do this, then follow the instructions on this page and I'll see you on the other side.
