The video showcases a multi‑day transformational retreat called the "Crazy Magic" experience held in Saalbach, Austria, organized by Niraj Naik, founder of Soma Breath. Naik describes the retreat as a blend of ancient breathwork rituals, custom‑composed music technology, and modern bio‑hacking protocols designed to induce altered states of consciousness and facilitate deep personal breakthroughs. Participants engage in high‑altitude hikes that exploit mild hypoxia for cardiovascular and mood benefits, sauna and detox sessions using Soma’s proprietary spa technology, and trance‑dance/shaking practices. Throughout the narrative, several attendees share testimonials: a cancer survivor recounts releasing limiting beliefs about self‑worth; a mental‑health therapist highlights new tools for client work; other guests praise the venue, food, yoga, and the overall sense of safety and community. The video interweaves promotional narration with first‑person accounts to illustrate claimed health improvements, emotional releases, and lasting motivation derived from the retreat’s structured schedule.

And then we go through modern biohacking rituals in a first-class, state-of-the-art spa with our Soma sauna, breath, and detox protocols. Also, you're going to partake in our trance dance and shaking practices. Then we'll all go and celebrate life together with our signature breathwave experience inside this incredible music venue.
I've had a very magical and lovely experience at the SOMAI Retreat. Just to name a few things, we did the sauna therapy in the evenings, and also all the meditations that we've done, the breathing exercises. It was very, very magical, particularly also the profound experiences once you connect to yourself, that I feel like the breathing exercises actually work.
In November 2019, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, um, stage 3, and I knew after having lots of treatment that I needed to really improve my health. And I started the journey to become a Salma Breath Instructor. I realized that I had a limiting belief that other people have kind of alluded to that maybe came about after my surgery nearly 4 years ago now, where I had a double mastectomy that made me feel like not good enough, not good enough as a woman, not good enough as a person. I've not only realized that yesterday through the manifestation, but also through the breathwork that actually I am a good enough woman and I feel like I've released that. Thank you very much for that.
I just completed my Soma Breath Awakening experience in Austria and it's other level. The sessions were incredible. My favorite session was where we were on a mountain overlooking the mountain range in front of us. It was led by Niraj Naik Naik, and it basically just took us to a level, or it took me to a level where his guidance was more focused on our breathwork, just simply our beats and the breath holds. And everything that came to me was really like self, I would say self-guided or, um, really my inner story and my vision and a lot of clarity and answers for what I've been looking for.
So this is the breathtaking location where we do breathwork sessions and ceremonies during our retreats in Austria. Now you see, there's so many health benefits to coming up to an altitude like this where the oxygen levels are lower than sea level. In fact, the Austrian Medical Association did some studies that showed The benefits of hiking is because of mild hypoxia, training at high altitudes. The adaptation to low oxygen leads to improved heart health, improved immune system and mood, and also helps you let go of excess weight and get into shape and simply just have more energy and a better mood by just walking and doing exercises up in these mountains.
This was the best drug in the whole world. This is it.
I'm telling you.
We've stayed at the Salbacha Hotel here in Salbach, and it's been a very, very lovely experience. It's a high-quality venue. The food is incredibly yummy. There is a pool as well, a sauna, wellness area, and it's really in the heart of the mountains. I also really appreciated the yoga sessions in the morning. It really helped me kind of get started my day on the right foot.
I'm a mental health therapist and I've practiced the somatic breath in my practice already and it's— I've been already having phenomenal results with it. I got the reassurance too from Niraj as well that what I'm doing is right and now I got even more tools in my toolbox so I can actually get the better results with my clients and I'm just so excited to be part of this and Greatness is here.
I really recommend this retreat. I think especially for people who struggle to really get into it, I think coming and immersing yourself into it really allows you to make that transition into making it an everyday part of your life, which is needed for health and vitality.
I would definitely recommend this retreat Because Niraj and Brooke and all the other facilitators are very talented and very, very special in their way of holding the space and ensuring that everyone feels safe.
I definitely would recommend this retreat. This retreat was amazing. It was phenomenal. It was great. I'm just so happy this is— because I feel like I'm here at the very beginning, at the beginning, because people have to do it now, as soon as possible, because if not, Raj is going to get too big. You're not going to be able to get close to him like you're close to him now. I'd say get here, get here now, do it with him so you can say, "Yes, I was part of greatness with the master right there." [FOREIGN LANGUAGE]
