Niraj Naik leads a Bhastrika breathwork session, a rhythmic nose-in, mouth-out technique with no pause. He claims it moves your lymphatic system and cerebrospinal fluid, which bathes the brain. The practice starts with a straight back, left hand on belly, right on chest, breathing from your diaphragm.
Bastrica is rhythmic breathing. It helps move the lymphatic system and the cerebral spinal fluid.
Which is like.
The bath for your brain.
It helps clear.
The brain junk so it can give you a nice burst of clarity with your back straight in a comfortable position in through the nose, out through the mouth. And this is a continuous connected breath with no pause between your inhale and exhale.
Your left hand on your belly, right on your chest. Breathe into your diaphragm filling up your lungs which are actually in your back all the way up into your chest. Your belly rises first like this.
Then your chest and then you breathe out.
Slowly and when you do this to a perfect rhythm.
It actually creates this.
Further effect called coherence. Do that for around 20 to 30 reps until you start to feel a tingly charged up feeling in the body. You might start to feel a bit light headed doing this, so don't do more than 20 to 30 reps.
