Welcome Soma Breath community. Welcome to Soma Breath, the home of Summer Breath membership, where we gather together every other day of the week. And we breathe, we move, we talk, and we laugh together. And today we are here for Power Hour. And founder Neeraj and I is when we open the doors to the public for you all to come on in and see, get a taste of what it is to be a Somi. And. And whenever we breathe and dance together, you also get a little idea of what the Soma Breath effect is. So, Niraj, you asked me to let you share your music immediately, so here you go. I'm unmuting you.
Let's all welcome Neeraj into the room. The founder of Soma Breath, Neeraj.
Hello. Hello. Hello. Can you hear me right?
Can you hear me okay?
I can hear you loud and clear.
Yeah. All right. So thank you, Wilma. Good to see you again here after so long. Because it's been a while since we've done this.
Seems a while. That's right. Long overdue.
Way too long. So let's start the way we normally start. And I'm gonna play you one of my new tracks. So let's start from here. Ready?
Yes. We're all. Are we all ready? I invite you all to turn on your cameras, please. Let's see you. Let's start moving.

Beginning. What a cool beginning. I've got people telling me they're walking their dogs. They've just eaten. That's no excuse, okay. There no excuse to stand up and dance. So, Niraj, I see there's quite a few new people, new names in the room, so I just want to welcome everybody to our Zoom Room. This is the home of Summer Breath lives that we have. Like I said at the beginning, in case you missed it, quite a few people came in while we were dancing. We do this every other day of the week. We meet up with Regular. You know, if you're part of our summer Breath subscription, then we open the doors to the public. Whenever the founder of this amazing organization joins us, we invite you all in. So whilst I still have all of your attention, today is a live Q A. And on Sunday, Niraj is back to do a breathe together. So you will really understand what we're talking about when I say that magical Soma breath effect. If you all just look at Manuela White and that massive smile she has on her face and that energy that she has. If you want a piece of that, join us on Sunday. That's all I can say.
Tell us what you think of the new track in the comments. I love your feedback.
They want to know the name. What's the name of the track?
It's called Spirits. It's my new track, it's my new.
Creation and it will be going in big our, our music library for our instructors very soon before anybody floods us with messages asking when they can have that. So and today we are here with, with Niraj to, you know, take your questions and just talk about like the.
That.
What we think, how we value things, what, what we value in life, right? And do we really put that energy into ourselves? And so Neeraj will lead the discussion and then if you have any questions, please feel free to drop them in the chat box. I can gather them, but then we will open the space for you to actually ask Niraj directly and interact with us as well. And hello to everybody watching us on YouTube. You're all more than welcome to join us in here as well. Amber, my helper has already dropped the link link. So please do come on in. Don't be shy. Turn those cameras on. This is what brings us all closer together. Imagine if Manuela had hidden herself and we wouldn't see that amazing vibrant energy on the camera. You know, you can contribute to this as well and show up. All right, so Neeraj, without further ado, over to you.
Awesome. Yeah, so.
You know, the thing with so and breath is it's not just a one dimensional thing, it's. That's multi dimensional. And you know, we love to bring the whole body into everything with dance and breathing and dancing and you know, you can see that we don't just do one little technique.
That supposedly cures everything though. We have a whole, whole library of different techniques. I call it more like a pharmacy that you have to your fingertips. And it's all about having fun. We're all about putting fun into transformation. It doesn't have to be so Boring. You know, healing trauma, for example, doesn't have to be traumatic in my opinion. Like, I think, you know, a lot of people that go to these, these, you know, kind of workshops and classes and get even more traumatized from before they went in. And so my breath isn't about that. I feel like we can make great lasting changes in people without, you know, having to go through that punishment and, you know, but you can still have very blissful releases just by. By turning on bliss and knowing how that works. So going back to the theme of what today is all about. Well, I actually just did a TEDx yesterday for the first time ever. So that was a big achievement. I was like one of seven people who were selected, but they had over 500 applicants. So to be selected also in Germany, where I'm not even from that country, they picked me for some reason. So. So it was super cool and it got really well received. People minds were blown by the tips that I shared. So, you know, this is actually for a lot of people in the world, very new stuff, you know, but people getting more and more aware of what breathing is all about, because it's often been something we have not really taken much attention to. And we have. We've let it run on autopilot and we haven't. We've kind of taken it for granted. But actually, the breath is something I believe we should all value as much as possible, because really, it's the one thing you can only go without for a few minutes, right? You can go without food for weeks, water for days, but breathing just minutes. And that's what makes it so important, right? It makes it so important. So.
I would love to, with the theme of this, you know, get any questions you might have that can help, like, lead this discussion. So if anyone wants to ask any questions about anything, feel free. But I just want to tell you that, you know, I didn't, like, just start out suddenly having this amazing community and speaking on stages. This is something I had to really work towards. It's been many years in the making. Like over 12 years I've been doing this kind of work. And it started with a lot of suffering. Actually. I went through a period of incredible suffering, healing myself from a chronic autoimmune disease that left me housebound for almost a year. And that's where I discovered the real value of breath. I really understood, like, how powerful it can be, just simple breath control techniques to get you back to full health. And that has inspired, you know, what we're doing today. And the great Thing is, is that, you know, through all of this, years of trying to figure all this out, we've now made a system, the same breath that you can replicate. You know, we have instructors who are out there getting clients very quickly, just using what we've already created, this proven framework and making their investment back on the training pretty fast, too. So, you know, because this stuff is now in demand, and that's why we want to really spread the word. We want to spread the love we. And we need more instructors to join the community. So, you know, I'm going to talk a little bit in this.
Call about what we do, you know, with our instructor training, but I also want to take any questions that you might have and see if we can actually solve some problems or issues you might have in real time as we're on this call. So feel free to. To ask if anyone's ready, has anything they want to speak about. Go for it, because we just got an hour. So I want to make the most of the time.
I already see a hand up. Is it Asset Thakur? You have your hand up. Would you like to unmute, please?
Yeah. Welcome.
Hey, guys. Peace. Awesome. Hi. Awesome track. Thank you for jump starting our morning out here in the East Coast.
I just joined the 21 Day Awakening. I had my first week last week, and I've already connected with some people, like Esther. Thank you for all of your insight on soma breath. I'm really excited about this journey, but one thing that I've been really going down the rabbit hole on is pineal gland activation. And I could use your expertise on that so that I can truly feel the Somali you. So two part question. The first is I'm having trouble during the kambaka phase to feel that rush of energy that you say is starting to accumulate at the base of your spine. So that's first part, and then the second part is, what are your thoughts on pineal calcification? Perhaps, you know, it's calcified and we need to break through that.
So very good questions. So. So the 21 day IT protocol, which you're doing, I think, or the journey that we call it, is actually a complete step by step system for exactly that, for pineal gland activation. Right. So it's designed in that we just don't call it that because we wanted to cross over to more people. And when you start to talk or spiritual language, it can put people off. So it really is a journey and it is awakening, but it's awakening like. Like.
The entire nervous system, blood vessels and Also the third eye, right. It really is awakening in many different aspects. So let me explain to you how that works. Is that what you want, like the mechanism and then how to deal with the breath holds.
Oops, you muted.
Hold on. Yeah, that's definitely going to be useful. But specifically like feeling that, that liquid energy come up that what they call the cerebro spinal cord. And then I want to be able to see the colors, but I'm not there yet.
Okay, so.
How long have you. How what far you, you're into week one right now. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So, so, so, so wait, you just started week one. Okay. So it gets really. Week one is just preparation because the week one is a much shorter track and for some people it's the first time they've ever done any breath retention. Okay. In tantric yoga, the secret manifesting powers that come from and the magic powers that come from tantra. Okay. But I've spent time with actual babas in India, like some of the agori babas. I've even mingled with, with in some crazy ways. And actually to boil it down, the real benefits of tantra comes or these tantric yoga practices come from the extending your ability to hold your breath. Right. So the first week you're just starting off on learning how to hold your breath for longer than you felt you were able to. Okay. So, so most people on average can hold a breath between 20 and 40 seconds through these techniques. You're hacking that and you're going to hold your breath to a minute or more is when you get to around a 90 second hold after breath retention on the exhale is when the real magic starts to happen, right. So around 90 seconds you start to get into a lower hypoxic environment and your blood, blood. So this is called intermin hypoxia.
So what we're doing is we're training you over time safely to handle deeper and deeper retentions. So the first week is just an introduction. It's an induction to getting your body used to long breath holds. Week two, we go fully in and now we start to use energy locks where we're using the life force energy. This is where we do actual pineal gland activation. Because when we're breathing in, we're pulling up. It's almost like we're breathing through the sphincter. We're clenching up the sphincter. This is what moves us cerebral spinal fluid up and letting go on the exhale.
We call it the bliss pump. So you're breathing in.
Right? So you're Going to be doing faster rhythms like that. And this starts to circulate the cerebral spinal fluid. Let me explain to you what this is doing. So firstly this mechanism starts to activate or basically all breath, breath work techniques like what we do, somatic breath work, will work on the chakra system, which is just your endocrine system. So the root chakra, okay, and your sacral chakra is linked to your sexual glands, right, Your root and your sphincter, which is connected to the nervous system of your spine, the base of your spine. So when you contract up, you pull up and let go, release, you start to activate the hormones in that area. And here we start to produce more dopamine, oxytocin and, and this combination of like dmt, like molecules. Right now what we're doing is we're building this up to a point where you can hold your breath for long periods. And when you hold your breath to a certain point of like 90 seconds, you start to release in your blood like more DMT start like molecules and you get into this intermittent hypoxic state which produces a very large amount of nitric oxide.
Big dose. Nitric oxide is what dilates all the blood vessels in your body, right? So you get this big awakening effect. And then when we breathe in.
And.
We send the energy up, we send all of that, that kind of life force that we generate up in one rush up into the midbrain and we hold in our breath.
Squeeze and we're sending the energy up into that area. So we're sending a combination of stem cells, dopamine, oxytocin, tryptamine, like molecules and other kind of chemicals involved in this reaction, like nitric oxide, a big dose of it in one go, right after a very long extended breath of cold. Does that make sense? And this is what creates the activation. So a series of this over a period of three weeks will gradually get you to that point where this is more awoken. You're getting more blood flow now to your brain. In certain areas of the brain which haven't had blood flow before. Does that make sense? This is the process. So wait till you get to the, the later weeks, Esther will vouch for this, where it gets very, very potent, like this effect. And you'll notice it, it's. It's kind of like hard to describe. You can't put it into words. It's something you have to experience.
But what I've done is I've taken what is Tantric yoga practices for activating pineal gland and made it into a Step by step sequence. Right? And that's what we're doing every 21 days. Like nobody just throws you, you shouldn't, shouldn't throw someone into some. What you're going to experience on week three straight away, in my opinion, you want to build up and because I'll tell you why, and this is why third eye activation is you need to do it responsibly, is because it can shift you so strongly that if you haven't done the other work, the psychological work to support what we're doing, you may actually end up in an unsafe environment.
In terms of your worldview, your.
Interaction with people that you've known for a long time, you may start to see people in a different way. And unless you're properly prepared over three weeks to figure out who you truly are and what you really want, you can't manifest what you really want in a safe way unless you've gone through that process. That's why we encourage everybody to do the 21 day place. It's really, really important. There's too many people out there doing certification schools and breath work sessions and classes without understanding these principles. Like, you know, actually, you know what, in yoga, traditional yoga in the Himalayas, this stuff would be kept really secret. Like people wouldn't have access to this knowledge. Right?
Right.
So these techniques, the breath hold techniques, you'd have to get into the Agori Baba lineage or the Tantric lineage and really work hard for a long time to get to that level where they give you this insights. Right. But we live in a different world now. And Wim Hof tells a funny story. He, he basically said he, he one of the reasons why he climbed up the mountains in his shorts. Firstly because he couldn't afford clothes, he was broke. And second, because he was trying to find the, the secret techniques, what were the techniques? So he knew there was this ashram up in the Himalayas that, that would, could teach him this stuff. They knew what it was. So he went up there and he almost died doing it. And when he got there and he found that this was it, it's basically the bhaya Kumbaka or nishesricka, which is what we teach as well. He was like, what? This is so simple, right? So he was like, well, all of that struggle just to learn this, it seems so simple. But anyway, he then blew it up, right? So breath hold techniques were made very popular by Wim Hof method. Even though he doesn't really explain it that deeply, he doesn't focus so much on the breath hold But I studied with Himalayan yogis. One of the co creators of our curriculum, Prakash Marsh, is a medical doctor and a yogi. So he's very adept in this stuff. He taught me the real principles of how you do this. I also lived in Thailand with a whole load of Tantricas for several years. So we went really deep into this stuff and you know, there's a right way and a wrong way to do it. There's, there's an irresponsible way which unfortunately a lot of people are pushing out there, which is like get fast results, instant results. I want it, I want it right now. And that's not how it works. Like that's 21 days is a good time. And, and the, and the other thing is that we live in a world where actually.
Information is really easily accessible. So it's really easy to get this out there to everybody. But also we live in a world where.
We need people to be a bit more awake for the, for humanity to go in the right direction. So that's why this is the mission that we're on, is to try and do this in the right way. So I hope that kind of was a long way to answer your question. But yeah. And then the other question he asked about calcification.
So, so like this is also a gray area. We don't all know fully the science behind this. Okay. Whether calcification is something that can really affect things. Okay, so, so what we do know. Let me, let me tell you what the science that we do know about classification is that almost all human beings, over a period of our life, life, the calcium deposits will happen in this pineal gland, which is an amazing. It really is like an eye because it has the photoreceptors just like an eye has. So there is some ability for this eye to see, but it's not used. Okay, so if it's not exercised, then perhaps what happens over the years? Just like, like if you don't use your muscles, they waste away. This calcification happens as a wasting away of not exercising it. So there's many other ways to exercise final gland, which doesn't involve some magic third eye activation technique. There's. So think about this. This is your sixth sense, right? Let's say. So it's super sensory abilities. It gives you, it gives you the ability to see, see without seeing. It gives you another sense. And some animals have this as well. Reptiles have this part of their brain which allows them to sense danger from miles away. It gives them deep intuition. So.
What you can activate through darkness techniques where you shut off sight. And I did this for seven days, seven nights. Complete darkness is. You activate this by messing up with a sleep wake cycle. Dope. Melatonin. Being produced in large amounts, melatonin is the precursor for dmt, right, Internal dmt. So basically darkness training. So Tantrix, the true Tibetan masters would raise their kids in the dark actually. And they're not see dark. The real shamans wouldn't say, see the daylight till they're 12 years old. And this would totally activate the third eye in a way that you can't even imagine. Like gives them psychic abilities. There's other ways to do it by. So I, I, I worked with these schools in India where we did this darkness training with children, where we activate their, their midbrain, which is where the pineal gland is, by using blindfolds and mindfolds and doing a lot of, of intuition exercises and brainwave entrainment. Music. They used to use my music in a lot of these workshops in India to wake up the third eye. And then the kids suddenly can see without seeing. So their eyes are sharp. They can, they can. The most insane trick I ever saw was this kid. We made him do it separated, completely blindfolded, a deck of cards. This is the hardest magic trick you can do, right into red and black, but face down.
Face down. So you couldn't, there's no way you could peek face down. You separate the cards into red and black. It was the most astonishing thing I ever seen. And that's just a little, that's just a side effect of what happens to these kids, like in terms of their creativity, performance, intuition, you know, intelligence. Now what we're doing in Soma Breath is based a lot on what I actually studied with all these people in India, these after school workshops, tantricas and all this. It's put into a more kind of accessible system that works if you do it over 21 days. And then if you want to go deeper, we have to what we call the transformational coaching course where it has all these other somatic techniques that keeps exercising his third eye keeps your intuition really high. But what it does is it wakes up creativity, like on a rate that you can't even imagine. Like you, you become extremely creative and in the flow, like you're being guided by some kind of light. So this is stuff I can talk about forever, but you kind of have to do the work to know what I mean. You know, it's hard to put into words. Does that make sense?
Cool. All right. Okay. I Think we took up half the call on this one, but it's a great subject. Thank you.
Yeah. I always worry about how great the question is because Neeraj can. Then all his information comes out to you and you're like, you can't stop him because it's so valuable. So you're like, no, that's a good point. That's a good point. That's a good point. So I hope it's also across the board. It generally answers a lot of other questions that you might have had had in. In mind. So thank you so much for that, Neeraj.
Oh, I will say that I think that Soma Breath is one of the few schools, there are others, but one of the few breathwork certifications that actually has all this in it. And more especially if you do the transformational coaching course which is available, which is the, the full complete system that I developed. So if you're into these esoteric subjects, if you're into.
The real control of the inner world, then this, this is, I think there is no other training that does it. Because breath work that we're commonly like, know about is conscious, connected breathing or holotropic things like that. That's what most people consider to be breath work. I consider breath work to be pranayama and the tantric yogic practices, which is a whole pharmacy and it involves the soma as well, the body. Soma also means body involves the whole aspect. It's holistic. So, you know, I don't know if there's any other systems like that we've created with, that brings all of it together. But if you want to go even deeper, you can go to, I can send you messages on where you can go in, in India, because you're from India, obviously, where you can also go even more deeper if you, you want. There we go.
I just want to add a little bit to what Naj said about how seriously he does take everything that he says and then he kind of actions it and this is what has created Soma Breath and where we are today. So even when he was saying about how you build up with the breath work and, and not to push people in too fast in the 21 days, you know, it's a build up to that third week. Even, even our.
Breathe togethers that we do on Sundays, we're very careful with it. We limit how, how many doses we we give because we're very careful and conscious of the public that are joining in. They're complete newcomers. You can't just suddenly do very heavy breathing with them long breath holds. So we're extremely careful with everything we do. And then when you see the wealth of knowledge that he has and he's just one man, this is why we keep saying we need more instructors, more that get to that higher level in our training so that you can take this information and take it out there. Because just one person can't do this, you know, and then if he's on his, the retreats or the TEDx and I need somebody for Power Hour, I need to be able to call on one of our instructors that knows this wealth of information and that can distribute it to all of you lot. So I can see lots of instructors in the room taking notes as well.
The other thing is like I'm not the expert or everything. So what I do is I bring in, in real masters in their field. So actually we do have a top tantra teacher is going to come in and create specialization courses. So that's the next thing that's coming. Stone Breath is these speciality courses. So that will go even deeper into all the tantric practices for sex, magic and all that stuff, which I'm sure you're going to be well into. That's it.
Yeah.
All right, so we do have. Thank you for that. Niraj. We do have another question from Beata. She's Beate, if you're in the room, do you want to come on and ask your question or give more details? I can't find you right now. I don't think you have cameras on. I'll just read out the question. I really want to heal from my TMJD or simply said clenching my jaw. I tried so many things, they helped some, but I need to heal. So tired of 20 plus years of pain and muscle tightness.
You know. What's your advice on that?
Yeah, this is a really good question because actually.
Let'S explain what causes the clenching of the jaw and, and grinding teeth. Basically right now I'm, I'm somebody who's had this before, right? And actually still sometimes gets it because it's almost impossible to switch off like, like all the time. Okay. Because you need to know what causes it. So every thought we have in our mind, in our thinking part of the brain, the, the verbal part of the brain that worries about the future and gets caught up in the past, that's always judging, criticizing, analyzing things. It's basically the voice in the head. It's your brain's version of the ego. Ego. This has a sympathetic reaction in the body. What does that mean?
Creates A stimulus. And that means it moves you into action, right? You want to do something, your body's trying to do something. But when it's like a thought that's going on your mind and you're sitting there instead, you don't go and take action. You may get tense instead. So it creates some tension in the body because your mind is constantly racing the thoughts. So one of the best remedies for this is to learn the art of single focus meditation, right? So when you just. We can do it right now. We're going to do it together right now, all right? When you can tune in to something that's other than the voice in your head, the speaking part of the mind. Mind, right. What will happen is that tension starts to drift away because you've turned down the voice. So this is actually the art of meditation. Meditation is a lot about this. And when you can do that and you really feel it, and you can, and you can master this, you'll let go of so much tension in the body that you may have had stored, that you start to get blood flow to areas of the body that may have never had blood flow flow before. And even spontaneous remission can happen from this. It's incredible, right? What can happen just from the ability to switch off this voice in the head, the speaking part of the mind. But it's actually easier than you think if you know how. So let me give you an example, right? So let's just do this exercise together and I'll. I'll guide us through it. So everybody just get a comfortable place.
And I'm just gonna get one of my nice tracks.
I'm gonna get the most.
Plain track I can find.
For this.
Okay?
Okay. Sharing the music.
Okay. Can you hear that?
All right, so to do this, I invite you close your eyes.
And just tune into the sound.
So the sound is all that is in this moment.
I invite you to also.
Any thoughts. Speaking part of the mind enters in. Imagine just for a moment, you can gently just push them away to one side. Or if you find that difficult, just become the observer. Those thoughts and just allow them to just move past.
No attachment as though they're just part of a stream of consciousness. You can just observe that stream if that's easier. The idea is to just. Just quiet in the mind by tuning into something other than that voice in your head. Just for this moment. Let's do it for one minute.
As you do so, you can notice your jaw relaxes.
Your tongue relaxes.
Face relaxes.
All the muscle. Your body start to relax.
Become more and more present with the sound.
After.
3, 2, 1.
Coming back into full awareness. Open your eyes. Becoming present.
So if you feel a little bit less stress in that moment.
Less tense.
Anyone want to report?
Do you find that easy? Difficult? Hard.
Hard.
It's challenging to switch off the thoughts. Might be harder than you even think.
Is there anyone who'd like to. To share either in the chat box?
Everyone's gone totally quietly quiet.
Also, I find that doing something like that makes me more aware of how I'm holding. Like if I'm tense whilst I'm actually doing that. I realize especially now because we brought up the jaw that you. I tend to clench my jaw and. And just the act of relaxing, it makes such a difference. Even your eyelids, right? Sometimes you just scrunch them for no reason. And yeah, Beata, I can't start video, but she says, thank you so much for that. She's the lady who gave the question. Rajika says, yes, a sense of ease and connecting to my breath was relaxing and be aware of my stress levels. Zili says, thoughts still jumping in the meditation. Ara says, my brain was totally relaxed. Hold on, all the messages are jumping here. Getting more. More comments. My brain was totally relaxed and I get a sense of calm and emotional release. And Natalie says, beautiful activated me right away.
So. So if you notice the start of all the breath meditations I do, I start with tune into the sound, right? And this starts the induction of this process I'm talking about. Then what I do is we, we bring your awareness to the breath. So bringing your awareness to the breath is another technique for doing the same thing. So when you're just breathing in and out to the rhythm, it takes your mind away from the voice in your head into the. The breath meditation. So that's another technique for doing the same.
Same.
Then the third technique is to hold your breath after exhale. This is the ultimate one, right? So when you hold your breath after full exhale, it's like pressing pause on life for a moment. Okay. Life is a series of inhales and exhales. Press pause in your breath. Press pause on life. And this is what the defrag switch is for the brain. Because what you're doing is you're then holding your breath for stillness and it's very difficult to have lots of frantic romantic thoughts in this moment. This is why it can be so relaxing and so releasing. And then when you hold your breath for three minutes with no thought at all. And this does happen to some people in our sessions, right? That's when the magic starts to wake up in the mind. The magical powers you need to be able to attain three minutes of pure single focus concentration for you to exercise the muscle of the brain that deals with concentration but also super sensory abilities. So around the three minute mark of breath holds is when the real magic happens. And this is what people tend to attain on the 21 days, on the third week and beyond. And what we teach you to do over a period of, you know, several weeks and months throughout courses in coaching.
So yeah, so that's three, three methods. Tune into sound. Tune into your breath is another method. One more method is you could just stare at a candle flickering or what we've created is these hypno fractal videos where you can stare at these trippy fractal visuals that also steals the mind. And we use like symbols like the Sri Yantra, which you can also tune into that has this amazing ability to steal the mind. Yep.
I have a question for you. When we do our breath work sessions on Sundays and people quite quickly have an amazing reaction and this is what even asset was, was like striving to achieve, you know, the colors that they see.
The visions that they see. So obviously we have a lot of people who've come back regularly, so they practice every day. And so this is why they can attain those breath holds and get to this bliss state. But then we have some newcomers who are like completely left like mouth open. How did this happen? You know, I've just done two rounds of breath work and this is how I feel. Is that. Because also they kind of, when you're in this kind of a setting, you lose some of your inhibitions or you don't think because you're, you're, you know, with a community, you're just breathing together and suddenly you just stop all those thoughts. You're, you're experiencing something different and then you're open, more open to actually receiving this bliss state. Could that also happen when, when you're not so uptight and coming in with expectations? That certainly helps a lot assets as well because you did say you're in your first week, so it will come.
But you know, all of these techniques relies on the switching off the analytical voice in the head because that's what creates attention, that brings you into this reality, this 3D reality. Right. So to go into all the states consciousness and to step beyond this kind of physical reality into the more spiritual, you need to really have control, mastery of this, the voice, that's the ego part of the brain. So that's why plant medicines work so well, because that's what they do. It's the default mode network is the part of the brain I'm talking about. So plant medicines work by quieting that part of the mind, the activity, and awakening other areas of the brain. You can see this on brain map studies. Cambridge University are doing this study on our technique as well.
Right.
Well, they've already done it. They're just doing the research now. And they showed already, you know, in certain studies that we make in just 22 minutes the same effects in the brain as a dose of psilocybin mdma by quietening the default mode network and awakening other areas of the brain. So I'm just scientifically explaining what ancient yogis were doing and practicing for.
For.
But I would say around three minutes of complete single focus is where you get into the real mastery. And it's so hard to do. Yeah. If you're really honest with yourself, it's really hard to do. And you may get a thought in your mind within five seconds. Right. The trick is to be able to quiet it for three minutes. If you can in one row. It's possible. But it's easier when you're doing the breath hold for long periods of time because that's when you completely dissolve. Yeah.
Thank you. I wanted to bring this back around to what we opened with, with why we should value our time, our energy, what we focus on with Sonia's comment with. With what we've just done with you now. Sonia says, I had the feeling to be lucky to have my bones to hold me stabilized as my muscles just relax so deeply in that short amount of time.
Time.
Okay. And some others have said about they recognized how many thoughts they had in that short amount of time. So in, like, the busy world that we live in, it's almost uncomfortable to sit still for 30 seconds and sit still with your thoughts. And we. We spend our time on those thoughts without necessarily, like, progressing in life because we're just stuck with those thoughts.
Right.
So how would you. How would you. You explain to us or help us to know how we can swap around where we dedicate our time and our thoughts and our energy to which will bring value to our lives. And in the end, goal is so much better than being stuck in what we think is important, like in the present tense, you know, how would you bring this full circle back to what we opened with and just, you know, letting the community know what they should be. Be how they should be working on themselves? And it's not in spending more money buying products or consuming goods. You know what's the right way around that?
Well, it really comes down to first know thyself, like what is it that you really want? And then realize that your very best thinking has got you to where you are today. So if you want to go to a next level, you got to upgrade grade your thoughts. So the voice that's going on around your head is as good as you are. Like that's what's, that's what's is your product, right? So you are the product of that. So you become your environment. So remember, your thoughts are the product as well of your environment. Okay? All the books you've read, the courses you've studied, the school you went to, the teachers upbringing, all of that becomes your brain system. System, right? It's what forms it. Now if you want to go next level, you have to learn how to reprogram your operating system and also become the architect of this thoughts. So the more empowering and positive your thoughts are, more aligned they are with what it is you want to get in your life, the more likely you're going to get there. So this means, you know, really immersing yourself in, in an environment which supports your growth. It also means continuously studying and going deep on the subjects that's going to get you to where you want to be. Like learning the strategies, having mentors, all of this stuff, coaches. And remember that you know, if you just watch Netflix all day long or that's what you, let's say you work eight hours a day, you come home, home, and all you do is stick on Netflix, you're going to be as good as what Netflix wants you to be. And that's a consumer of Netflix products, right? And all the associated products that go with that and all the adverts and all that and product placements. So you, you will be programmed by everything you consume. So you've got to choose what you consume more. It's not easy to do. Some people need to be, be woken up, shaken up. You know, they have to go really low and lose everything before like I did to wake up enough to, to, to start going, okay, wait, I need to change my friends, I need to change my environment, I need to change my job. I need to focus on really what I want. And this takes sometimes a big awakening. But look, we're in a time right now where there isn't much like room for messing about. Like the world's getting a little bit crazy and we need to equip ourselves with what we can to, to carry on through what's about to come, right? It's going to get more challenging. So we need to surround ourselves with the right people. We need to find mentors. We need to study now harder on ourselves than ever before and do the work and spend more time ourselves and our job, jobs, if you want to go next level, you know, so this is why now. Private education is the best thing that's ever happened. The fact you can learn from Zoom and things like that is actually the savior of humanity, in my opinion. But not everyone's going to choose that. No one's. Not everyone's going to choose that savior. They're going to go and choose Netflix, they're going to go to the pub with their friends, they're going to go and get wasted. You know, they're. That not everyone's going to do it, which is okay, it's fine, fine. But some people are going to use what we've got right now at our fingertips, this amazing technology, so many amazing courses and tech and, you know, techniques out there. And they're going to choose what's right, they're going to follow that, they're going to trust they're doing the right thing and, and put in the effort and be motivated and they're going to see the results at the end of it if they do the work like I have. And so many of our instructors have some of them on the call right now. Now, some of them are more committed than others, I have to say, like someone like Esther, she's always on the calls that I do, but she's also doing really well, much better than a lot of the other instructors. It's because she's super committed and, and does it and does the work. And this is what makes people successful, is doing the work. It's like the law of attraction is nonsense without action. And you need to do the action part. A lot of people forget about that, you know, and there's a lot of brainwashing courses out there that tell you just, you know, this old thing of put up vision boards and pray and manifest and it's nonsense. Okay, so I'll give you one little tip right now. So, so the thoughts that you have in your head are a part of the picture, right? But the real dominant thoughts that drives your life is, actually comes from a somatic level. It's your. Your. It's what you feel like within. It's what stops you from taking action. It's the resistance. So let's say you do put up A vision board. You start to project and tune into what it is you really want. Inevitably, icky feelings come up. Limiting beliefs like, ah, I'm not good enough to do that. Or are they going to think I'm stupid if I do that? Or that's too risky. All of these thoughts are what really drives your life. That's your dominant thoughts. So when you do a manifesting experiment, what you most want to pay attention to is the dominant thoughts, the icky feelings, the limiting beliefs, the, the things that come from the somatic intelligence that you feel here in your heart, your gut, that holds you back, that resists you from taking action. You want to write that stuff down. Down, right? And then you want to say, okay, what's rational and what's irrational? What's really true? Okay, maybe you're not good at public speaking, but you need to be. And that's a true rational statement. But what do you do? You go and find a speaking coach and you learn how to speak on stage. Okay, look, I have a scared of speaking on stage. I totally admit it. Especially memorizing a speech for 18 minutes. I thought that was impossible. I really didn't think I could do it because I ramble on and go off on tangents and I'm used to speaking for like an hour on stage and sometimes it's guided meditations where I'm channeling. But a TED Talk, you can't do that. You can't sit there and channel for an hour. You've got 18 minutes and you've got to really knock people's socks off in just 18 minutes. And you're going to leave an impression and you know you're going to be filmed and it's going to go on YouTube and potentially millions of people are going to see this and if you fluff up your lines halfway through, like you're going to be judged and all that. So, so I, I had to do a lot of inner work. I had a lot of dominant thoughts that held me back from doing this. But luckily I had a speaking coach. I did the work, I studied. I used things like Chat DBT to help me write the script. I, I watch as many TED talks as possible. All I dissected the framework of what was a good speech and not a good speech. I even got Chat GBT to analyze the best speeches. And I came up with a system to write a speech that would blow people's minds and boom. And that's what happened. But I did the work. It didn't just land on me like One day I wasn't just great at speaking on stage, I never have been really. But now I've done the work. I've got a really cool 18 minute speech I can do at any time, time anywhere, which can now push me forward and sew my breath forward in many areas of life, you know, so, so just do the work, man. Like I, I just do the work. That's it. There's, there's nothing special about me. I was a drug addict, alcoholic, pissed off pharmacist, hated my life and was completely hopeless. I had no hope. Like my pharmacy.
The head of pharmacy at Cardiff University said, you are the worst student we've ever had. Like, said those words to me, right? And I really was, I was terrible student. And then when I had a pharmacy job, the pharmacist who employed me said, you're the worst pharmacist we've ever had. So I had all this, like, criticisms and I wasn't going anywhere. My parents had lost hope in me. I couldn't even get a girlfriend. There was many things wrong, wrong with me. And then, boom, wow. I had a breakdown and I did the work and it worked. So I believe everyone can do it. I think the reason why people don't do it is because they don't do the work. They don't put the effort in, they're not willing to do the. That's required to make the difference, you know, and it really, I think it's the educational system educates us out of hard work work because it burns us out at a young age. And we hate studying. We think studying, we get put off it and then we end up in jobs where we have little time. So, you know, that little bit of space we get, it's easy to just switch on Netflix and watch Game of Thrones for like the 20th time, you know.
Well, anyway, whoever said that you were a bad student and all of that, okay, maybe, but not anymore. I think we will vouch for you that you, you share a lot of good with us now. But also what you said about putting in the work, it is so important. I really invite the whole community, especially you guys who have bought our courses, who are on the 21 day. What tends to happen is you could do the 21 day, you work on it for three weeks and then you think, hey, I've done the course, that's it. And, and you leave the community. Those instructors that have really made a name, who are the ones that I have regularly inside the membership, who I can call on, like if Neeraj says he cannot make, make a session. I need to have a pool of instructors who can stand in. Those instructors are the ones who show up, who show up inside the community, who answer community questions. 21 day students. When you become a part of this community and you join in every Sunday, if you become a part of the membership and you're with us during the week, the things that you're going through becomes part of our journey as well. We help each other out and that is so crucial to you going through your own 21 day journey. Of course, you all have your own personal rides, but afterwards there is always a common factor that will unify us. And if you don't show up and you don't talk and you don't join in the discussions, you're losing out, really, you know, and, and that adds value to your life as well. We've had so many people here who have been grieving, who have come out now because they've got to know us. We can have 100 people in the room and they will openly grieve in front of you, us, which then has a cascade effect on anyone else that is holding back on feelings to show you that it's okay to share, you know, and so what Nira just said, do the work instructors. If you're watching other instructors and saying, hey, why are they up and why aren't I? You need to show yourself. So we see you. We have over a thousand instructors and you know, it's difficult to keep tabs on every single one. But the ones that really are striving high and getting some somewhere are the ones that are very, very involved. Really, really involved. They immerse themselves. This is a way of life. It's not just a breathwork school. We want it to be fun. We don't want it to. We want it to be your Netflix. Basically, you know, people go to Netflix. Why? Because they want to switch off. We want to make this fun. This is your way of switching off. It's also your, your way of getting, getting your act together and moving forward. But, you know, know, we're there for all of it and, and really, really work at it. And you will, you will be something. You will be what you want to be. So that was my part of saying that to you. And it's also came off what you just said and Aura has written in the comments. I am on the path. I'm working through the 21 days and I'm participating in the main events. That in itself is already strengthening your entire journey. You know, Rather than just sitting there and doing that 21 day and not being part of this community, there are more questions that she has. Has. I recommend everybody to join our Facebook group. Amber, if you can please just drop that in, that is free to join, and that's where you can ask more, deeper questions. We have our own 21 day Facebook group. You can ask specific questions to your course there. We have an instructor's Facebook group, so we're there to help you. And a lot of people are asking me about Black Friday, and of course, we will have a special promotion on. So this is why I'm inviting you guys to. To join our Facebook group, because as soon as the promo is released, least you will hear about the discounts that we have on our various courses. All right? So join our Facebook group. Amber, if you put that in. And, you know, this whole thing has been about valuing yourself and valuing where you spend your money on, valuing where you invest your time on. And so, you know, think about what Neeraj has said, what you've learned as a community as well. What. What you told us about the jaw and the tension there. It comes across to a lot of stress that people hold in their body and how they can start to relax through doing our work. So do you want me to read out all the comments that have come in? You are such an inspiration. Niraj spent time.
Maybe someone has more questions.
James has just said. I'll just say he spent time with you and you are special, my friend. And thank you for my rebirth.
This magic works. So is there anybody else who's got. Well, this lady did have a question. Who. I was just reading out to you, Aura and anyone in the room. Let me just put this on gallery for you. If you want to put your hands up and you can ask Neeraj directly, your questions would be even better. So we can hear another voice.
Let's have someone live. Let's have someone.
Yeah, exactly. Dancing tree, you're waving. Would you like to ask a question? If you can unmute, please. And Aura, we'll come to you as well.
Oh, let me come to you now. All right. Okay. Can you unmute?
Can you hear me now?
Yeah, hold on a sec or I will come back to you. Yes, we can hear you.
I would just like some advice for Soma for seniors or soma for sitting.
Cool.
A lot of, you know, a lot of you are full of energy and life and very energetic. But some of us are. Are at that stage. We're beyond that stage. We're in another Stage of life. And we'd like a, a nice gentle approach to soma. Thank you very much.
Great. Yeah, yeah. As I said, summer breath is like a library, a pharmacy. Right. So.
Right.
There's a way you can use every technique for whatever situation you're in. So we have a lot of, of. I mean, all of our breath meditations can be done sitting down, lying down. And we also have these slow, rhythmic techniques called breath entrainment, which is slow, rhythmic breathing that trains you to have a very healthy breathing pattern which is perfect for people who are in your situation. And you don't have to stand up and dance and shake. That's just a, an added bonus. But you never know, Maybe you will get out of your chair one for sure.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I find that I try to do some of the stuff that you all do, but I can only bend so far, you know.
So anyway.
Well, thank you very much. It's safe. Is there any cautions for older folk?
The only real contraindications is for people who you are have very, very high blood pressure or have just had a heart attack. So high blood pressure, meaning that's not controlled by medications or anything or, you know, that's the only time or if you have epilepsy, I don't think pregnancy is something that you're gonna have to worry about. But yeah, so as long as you've got a pair of lungs and you can breathe, then you're good.
Well, I've been following you for seven years and I blame you for keeping me alive, so thank you very much.
Wow. All right, I'll take that, I'll take that. I'll take the blame for that.
I'm just adding Sonia here, she said you have something to contribute to Dancing Trees Question.
Yes, I'm specialized in holding retreats and I was just holding a retreat to you weeks ago and there was a woman with her mother.
Mother.
She was already 84 years old and she was participating in the yoga and breathwork retreat. And I was. Well, in the end, I was offering like a four row soma breath meditation and she was taking part in it and I only did it on a 4, 4 base. And she came back in the Andrew and because I was telling her, like everybody to feel like being a child again. And she came just back and told me she had seen pictures from her childhood that she had already forgotten. And she was so grateful for that. Just, just feeling and being like a child again in her 84 years old. So this was so very touching at that moment. So this is what I just wanted to share.
Thank you so much for sharing that, Sonia. That's made my day day. And actually we have instructors who are even in their 80s. We had one called Hilda from up north somewhere and she was doing sessions for people 70 plus and she was loving it. It gave a whole new lease of life. She actually had a incurable disease that doctor said she could never heal and she totally blew the doctors away and she's doing great. So there's something for everyone.
Yeah, amazing things happen. I just have a woman, she has for 20 years, she's having ear aids. I don't know the English word. And she came back from her doctor and she's not needing her ear aids anymore after just working with me for four weeks. This is so amazing. It's just. I don't know why, but it's happening. We didn't work on it especially, you.
Know, why, you know the science.
Yeah, yeah. It's just amazing.
Yeah, thank you. Cool, thank you. Awesome.
We're just adding aura. She is the lady on the 21 day course. Thank you. Thank you Dancing Tree for your question and Sonia for your contribution to this just now. Ara, would you like to speak now? You're unmuted. Go ahead.
It.
No, not yet. Unmute now.
That's it done.
It's working.
Rush with the science and you had great insights about all the experiences in Asia. Sometimes you think, you know, you travel half a lifetime to find answers and I like. Yeah, so much makes sense. So great, deep insights for today. Yeah, so fantastic.
So my question is related to.
The remission.
I have a friend who has a.
Pro cancer who just been recently diagnosed in the first stages and you know, sometimes you. You said to be well more likely to die of heart attack in 20, 30 years and of prostate cancer. That being said, what's the. How can, how can one actually rid of that is because it's not like an infection, you know, it's not. How can you actually completely read the body? I don't know exactly the science behind it. I tapped into a little bit of the mantakia stuff when he recommends like you know, black light around the area and sort of, sort of feeding in with like the light energy. But I would like to know the soma science behind it and what, what do you know in terms of full remission in cases like, like this and like, sorry. Taking it all out of the system somehow. Have you heard of anyone who's had like success stories in this way?
It's very difficult for me to give Any kind of advice on this? Because it's all case by case basis. Everyone's different. Okay. But so cancer can be caused by two different ways, like either physical or emotional. Okay. And again, your body has the ability to heal itself so you can go into remission if you put yourself in the right, you know, energy, vibration to do so. And so all of our courses are designed to get people in that right mind state, especially the 21 days. But I can't guarantee it can do anything like put anyone in remission. Right. Because that, that wouldn't be honest. But you can give it a go, like especially the 21 days, or work with a. Somebody who's well trained, like one of our transformational coaches to work with them. Because it's very much customized to the situation. You know, the emotions that are stored, maybe stuff from very long time ago that they haven't been able to let go of. Right. That's a big part of what causes cancer is emotions manifested that are not resolved. Right. But then it can also be diets, nutrition, it can be chemicals, it can be so many different factors, genetics. So cancer is a very, it's a tricky one.
Yeah, I'm aware that, you know, advice of the story just, you know, it's tricky in itself.
And there's people who do everything, you know, they do all of the holistic stuff, they go through expensive rehab centers, they clean everything out, they do all the purification process, they do all the SaaS and ice buffs, they use all these gadgets and machines and still nothing works. Right. So, you know, one of, one of the things, unfortunately I have to say it because it's, it's the only true thing is that but sometimes we have to come to terms with the fact that we're going to get sick and sometimes that sickness is going to be our transition to the next life. Right. And so what we sometimes get obsessed about is trying to live forever and to think that we can cure everything and we then stop enjoying what we've already got. And actually the people that I know who live the healthiest are the ones who least obsess about their health, actually the least health conscious people. And they tend to be carefree and don't get sick and, and have a good time. But so a lot of the mindset around health is around not being scared of things. The worry, internal worry is what makes people often sick. You know, from autoimmune to, to even food allergies. A lot of food allergies are people obsessed with certain foods. And the fact that they might trigger some inflammation. Like there was some lady on our retreat once who had some issues with that. And you can change the mindset to not being so scared of food and the allergies go away and then they can suddenly start eating normal food again. So, you know, a lot of this is psychological. So. So this is very holistic. You have to look at this. So our transformational coaching is all about that is going deep into this. We can't cure anyone. Cure, cure just means bring somebody back to who they were before they got sick. Now we're all about transformation. But transformation requires quite deep work. Not everyone's prepared to do that work. And there's no magic, magic trick for any of this. Like, you know, a therapist can help to a certain point. But true transformation requires some effort. And that's why you need a coach. Coaches are the ones who can keep pushing you through.
And, and you know, to tell you to keep going when you feel like you, you don't want to do it anymore. Yeah.
I hope that answers the question you don't.
Thank you.
Or we've dropped the link for you. If you want to talk to an instructor directly. And on that link that we've got, you can go and scroll through all of our instructors and they each tell you what their specialty is. So you might be able to just want to reach out because it costs nothing to reach out to them. And then you can strike a relationship and see if it's something that might help you.
One of the causes of cat cancer, okay, One of them is low body tissue oxygenation. Hypoxia. Right in the body tissue cells, not the bloodstream, but the body tissue cells. So all of our breath control techniques from breath fit and then following the 21 days. Breath Fit is a way of life which is based on the Buteyko method. And traditional yoga is all about having optimal minimum body tissue oxygenation. So I highly recommend anyway, everyone, whoever you are, whether you do have cancer or not, if you're perfectly healthy, whatever is to do our breath fit course because that teaches you how to always have adequate oxygen supply of your body tissue cells. And then the other factor that helps with cancer is nitric oxide. And intermittent hypoxia stimulates nitrogen, nitric oxide. Humming stimulates nitric oxide and nitric oxide. And this whole process of when you hold your breath for a certain length of time, it creates this cascade of effects that switches well brings under control P53, which is the guardian of the G mode. When it activate that cells don't Create cancer. I'll give you some other information. Like the naked mole rat is a rat that lives underground and it lives 30 times longer than normal rats. So rats that live underground, these naked mole rats, they have unusually low breathing rates. They hold their breath for 18 minutes at a time. And they.
When cat. When doctors try to give it cancer, it doesn't get cancer. So there's a link between how long you can hold your breath and living in a low oxygen environment and cancer. So you'll see that people who get more likely risks of things like cancer, they are very anxious and worried, which makes your breathing fast, heavy, and it means you get low oxygenation. So read breath, go through. The Breath Fit course teaches you all about this. I highly recommend it. And then you'll see how slow breathing and training yourself to hold your breath for longer gets more oxygen to your cells, not less. All right.
Cool.
Thank you, Ara, for your field questions. So we've also dropped the link in for Breath Fit that Niraj has spoken about. It's the foundation of, of, of everything, even for our instructors. And it's also part of our SOMA Breath membership. So you can choose either to buy the course as a standalone course or join the membership. There's a 30 day money back guarantee on it, so you can, you can have, you know, check it out and Breath Fit is included with that. Okay. All right, copy all the links before we close the room down. Otherwise they're going to disappear. Okay, that's to everybody in the Zoom Room Room. And I'm just dropping the link now as well. For everybody, this has been a Q and A and we invite you all to come along on Sunday where Niraj will actually show you our breath work in practice on Sunday at 12pm ET. That's two hours after we started today. And so.
You muted yourself.
Have I been muted this whole time?
Time. No, no.
Oh, thank goodness. To remember where I would have stopped. There's Niraj's Breathe Together Sunday registration link. It's about finding peace within and an example of what we've been talking about today. Okay. So you can experience it for yourself. And I'm just also Neeraj, as we close, I will just go and grab the link for. I've been told that it's a good idea for you, anybody who is considering becoming an instructor to book a call. Again, it costs absolutely nothing. So I will just drop the link to our instructor course and you can have the call but wait until a few more days, give it a few more days and we will drop our Black Friday promotion. And then, you know, you can, you can grab the promotional price for, for your instructor training. So let me just grab that for you whilst you, if you want to sign off Nirajan to the community.
Yeah. There's this one really important question that Sarah just asked. How can you start Usoma to heal depression as an alternative to antidepressants? So this is a really poignant question because I'm someone who has suffered from depression. Okay. So what SOMA does at its core is a couple of things. It. By just simply going through our purification process, which we show you what to do in our transformation, coaches will, can lead you through this. We do these in our retreats using saunas in combination with cold plungers. And then the change of diet, eating a pure diet, just that purification process, what it does, it starts to change the consciousness of your cells to being more harmonious. And then all of our rhythmic breathing techniques and all of that along with that makes your inner world more harmonious. That can wake people out of depression because quite often depression is a result of inner toxicity. You've been toxic because of the things you've consumed because you're stressed. So you just consume whatever you can. You know, first things you can see in a hurry. And a lot of toxicity is also from just living in toxic environments. So when you cleanse this toxicity out out, you suddenly can like wake up to a whole new vibration. Okay. But that's like internal world right? Now our breathing techniques, what they do, these breath holds is they actually also wake up the hormonal system and start to make you feel more. Feel good. Hormones, it balances the endocannabinoid system, it balances the, the serotonin and oxytocin dopamine within. It wakes up these neurotransmitters, brings them more in control. So that can also wake you up, right? So if all you did was that over a period of time you can. Some people get relief from depression, but some people have a deeper reason for it because rationally, if you look at their world, right? And this would be honest for a lot of people, unfortunately, life has become really difficult. It's really challenging. It's really hard, right? From the lack of hope. Okay? Like, look, look at the people who are in charge right now. Look at the leaders around the world. They're all. It's like, what's going on? It's crazy, right? I mean, I get depressed sometimes thinking, is this really the best we can do for humanity? Right? So there's that. Then there's the media constantly talking and brainwashing, rushing everybody, that's another factor. Then it's going to do a shitty job that you don't want to do that. Like, you know, the product that you're selling or delivering doesn't have any value for the planet. So there's all of this soul disillusionment that's going on, right? So our 21 days is really designed to wake this up, shake this up and realize that you can create reality. Reality if you want. It's up to you. It's a choice. So we show you how to do that and all the techniques supercharge you the process of being able to do that. Big part of this is what we're talking about earlier, Third eye activation, right? So I highly recommend if you're somebody who's feeling depressed, first, start hanging out with people who are high vibe. That's the sermon breath community. Second, do the 21 days. Commit to it, right? Because. Because what else are you going to do? You can either stay in bed and be all like miserable, like I used to pee, right? Or you can just go, right, screw it, I'm going to try one thing and give it a go and do that. And breath work is the closest you've got to taking a pill, right? Because appeal you pop it and then you get this apparent change within and. And that's all you do, right? So it's a lazy way to be and to stop depression, but it doesn't really work. Most of the studies around antidepressants is that they don't work, right? So with breath work you can actually create very quick changes in the state, in your state, almost instantaneously. So it's as fast as taking a pill. It's free, it doesn't cost anything to breathe, you don't run out of it, you don't have to go and get prescription. And it's always with you and it can work very quick, especially if you do it. This sequence that we've created, you know, this special sequence that you find in the 21 days. But we also have loads of free content on YouTube and we have instructors. I really want to push our instructors because actually that's where you're going to get the best results is working with Soma breath instructor, in my opinion, especially ones who are very skilled with things like depression. And we have many of them on our website, you can check them out. So that's my simple system, right, Is do something for yourself. We haven't got time to be depressed anymore, right? We we, if you just look at the world with all the opportunities we've actually got, the, the actual facts is that we're at the most peaceful time in humanity. We're at the most abundant time in humanity, with the healthiest time in humanity. We have the least.
Conflicts actually, even though it doesn't seem like it. And we have the most diversity and cultures coming together more than ever before. And we have the most opportunity to create wealth, abundance and to connect with people that are like minded. Just think, just 50 years ago you were pretty much stuck with, with your street, the people on your street. That's it. We couldn't travel as freely as we can now. We couldn't like, you know, just go and press button and get stuff delivered to our door, you know, any tool we want, you know, to help us instantly, or information or courses like that. None of that now. So let's have some gratitude right now for the most epic time ever to be a human being, right? I believe it is. And here's the other thing, right, to give you some hope is that actually I do believe that we're moving towards the most awesome and epic time ever in humanity. And the pendulum is shifting from darkness to light. A transition's happening. We just have to stay open to that happening and survive this process. Because if we do and we do the work now and wake up out of this, you're going to throw thrive. And a lot of the depression is caused by lack of hope, like thinking that there's just doom and gloom. But let me tell you that actually there's so much amazing stuff about to happen for humanity. You just have to stay connected to that light, to stay connected and see the future as though it's already happened and make it happen right, by taking action. But it will happen like it's, it's really happening, right? You can see it. There's a big awakening going on. So I want to give you hope if you are feeling depressed right now. We have a lot of opportunity, right? And you just need to ask for help. If you need help, just ask, okay? You don't need to suffer. There's a lot of people like us out there, right? And just find the others and be a part of a community that serves you and helps you and supports you, nourishes you, wants to help you, you. And then you'll find that sense of belonging. Because a lot of like depression is also loneliness, not feeling like you fit in. So just find places that you fit in. Like one of the big cures for me was I met this 17 year old kid who was a meditation teacher. This was in 2010, he was 17 and he was a little bit of a YouTube celebrity making meditations. They were so powerful. I reached out to him and he had a Skype group and I joined the Skype group that he had. This was in the days of Skype and there was so many like minded people. Like some of them were like kids and some of them were my age and I was like, oh my God, I found the others. This is, this is it. This is my tribe. And I actually ended up making my first course with him and we really, that's a whole another story. But that little change, that step I made of tune into his channel, channel, finding his community, joining Skype and then being part of this group was what sparked my change. That's what woke me out of depression because through him I learned a lot of other cool stuff that put me on the path of getting into all this kind of stuff I'm doing now. So there we go. It's my little piece for you.
It's a big piece for us. And I think what sums up is commitment and support and you get that in at Soma Breath. So all of those of you who I know have taken 21 day, write in afterwards and tell us, do I have to do all of this in week one? You have to think about why you planted the seed in the first place and why you wanted to do that course because otherwise you're just giving in to what you have been doing in the past and not moving forward. So you wanted to do that course and therefore you need to be able to commit and find the time to follow it. Right? And then you can reap the results. Because it can't. Just buying the course doesn't mean, mean, hey, in 21 days you're just going to be this different person. So you really, really do need to do the work and you have all the support here. We have so many different platforms available for you to reach out to us. I've put the first step, which is to join our Facebook group again costs absolutely nothing. And then you are open to our network of instructors, community members, to Niraj, to the core team. And we're all there to, to offer you our support and answer your questions and put you in touch, touch with who you need to, to be put in touch with. All right, so all the links are there. I will leave the Zoom room open for about five minutes once we've ended so you can just quickly scroll through and copy all the links down. So the link is there for booking a call to become an instructor. If that has something's ignited in you and you want to do this, we're asking you to book the call already. Before we drop the promotion for Black Friday and our calendar gets booked up. We've also dropped the 21 day link which we've spoken a lot about out. We've also dropped the link to the membership. If you want to be doing this, you know, if you're finding it hard to be committed, the membership is a very good way to do it because like I said, we have lives every other week. If you're a Soma breath instructor and you belong to our big subscription, the membership is included. So you have access to so, so much material there, right? You learn from each other, you learn from the other instructors, how they're running the, their, their sessions as well. And what else you have our YouTube channel. There's just so much, you know. So like D said, just like you joined that 17 year old boy's Skype group and that, that then this cascade of stuff led to, to what it is today. It's that first seed that you plant and that first door you open and you keep moving forward and we're here to help you every step of the way. I think that's it. Neuroscience. So please join us on Sunday where we will put everything that Niraj has just said into practice. And you can really feel what it does to you inside and to us as a community. As I love to say, we raise our level of vibrational energy. So let's see all those hearts up. That's it, right? That's what we'll do on Sunday. Take care everyone. I'll leave the Zoom room open for a bit for you to copy all those links. Thank you so much, Niraj. Looking to forward, forward to seeing you on Sunday. Take care everybody. Thank you. Bye.
