This YouTube interview (published Dec 12, 2021) features Rhianne describing her healing journey using SOMA Breath (taught by Niraj Naik). She reports a 2016 diagnosis of fibromyalgia, multiple subsequent health problems and heavy medication (36 tablets daily), a near-death experience at the end of 2019, then rapid improvements after beginning SOMA Breath practices: sweating and toxin release, return of bowel function, progressive reduction and eventual cessation of medication by mid-2020, and substantial weight loss (about 3.5 stone in the first year and five stone total). She now walks, exercises, and plans to become a breathwork instructor.

Hi, Neera. She did. Rhian almost cried when I told her that I was trying to get you on.
And no need to cry. No need to cry.
Oh, there's every need to cry. I told her what happened when I first met you that I couldn't speak. So, Rhian, say hello. And do you want to tell Neeraj when you've told me?
Hello, Neeraj. Wow.
Hello.
Overwhelmed. You are beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Everything that you were doing.
So are you.
It's absolutely phenomenal. And I just want to thank you.
Thank you. So tell me more of your story. I'm intrigued, Neeraj.
Just while Rianne just settles herself, because I can see she's really overwhelmed, basically. She took part in the Manifestation Challenge. She'd heard of Soma before, and she healed herself through Soma before taking part in the challenge. But the first time I'd heard of Rianne was because you announced her as a winner. And she wrote in on the comments, and she wrote it down. She wrote, soma changed my life. It healed me from so many chronic illnesses. Rhianne made a post with what she went through, and she went from 36 pills to nothing on Soma. I mean, she went from 36 to 0 on Soma. Yeah, I told her. I summarize it as she took Soma as Soma medication for her. No, she took Soma meditation for her medication. Yes, is what she did. So tell Neeraj.
Yeah, go for it. I'm super, super excited to hear your story.
Well, in 2015, I had to give up work as a carer. I was diagnosed in 2016 with fibromyalgia. And over the course of four years after that, I ended up having other illnesses that seemed to sort of like, want to attach themselves to me. I was constantly bleeding. I diagnosed with menorah. I was losing the use of my legs. I put on four and a half stone. I couldn't go to the toilet. And in the end, I was vomiting my own feces. I was completely bad bound. I was on 36 tablets. And in the end of 2019, I had a profound experience near death. But the universe stepped in and saved me and showed me that I needed to learn how to heal myself. I'd already been doing some meditation because I hadn't been sleeping. So I was trying to get my sleep patterns back on track. And that was when I seen you on YouTube. You and Soma. From there, I started learning from you how to do so much. And within a matter of weeks, I started to sweat. I was waking up soaking wet in bed and the smell was absolutely rancid. It smelled horrendous. And it was for about two weeks solid that I was sweating all these poison toxins out of my body. I was starting to open my bowels.
Within a matter of months, I was able to come off half of my medication and I set myself a target that by the summer of 2020 I would be off all of my medication. So I was. I'd lost three and a half stone in the first year and weight. And by May last year, I was waiting for a wheelchair and because I had lost the use of my legs by the time it came and didn't need it any longer. And that's all down to incorporating the SOMA into my life. And obviously within a year I was hitting milestones. I was walking, I was being able to implement exercise into my life. I weren't on any medication anymore. This year I have lost five stone in total. I've been hitting more milestones again and I intend to become a breath work instructor as well.
