Soma Awakening Testimonial - Andy Eleven Eleven Surfboards

This is a first-person testimonial by Andy describing a profound, life-changing experience after attending a Wim Hof-style breathing class led by Neeraj Naik. Andy begins as a self-described skeptic who set an intention to be open to spirituality; during the session he experienced intense physical sensations (cramps, temporary loss of motor control), passed out, and had prolonged, vivid dream-like visuals—geometric and mathematical imagery (notably the Fibonacci spiral in purple/black). Upon regaining awareness he perceived Neeraj with a glowing aura reassuring him. The experience converted Andy to a believer and left him emotionally elevated hours afterward; he expresses curiosity about physiological explanations but emphasizes the spiritual impact.

So I just finished a breathing class with Neeraj Naik and it was the single weirdest, most spiritual, most amazing moment of my life. Full stop.
I don't even have the terminology to explain what happened to me. The visuals that I saw and I don't even know how to start. So. Oh, what happened to me.
Will change my life. And I was not the type of person to. I was not a good candidate for a class like this. I was just last night talking with a friend of mine about how I am not spiritual at all. And I wish that I had a more spiritual side to me. I do not believe in the soul. I do not believe in any of the major world religions. And I was just talking about how I wished I could have some type of experience to feel what people are talking about.
Twelve hours later, by chance, someone invites me to a class. A Wim Hof breathing class and a special class taught by Neeraj Naik. I don't even know what class we took. All I do know is that I'm a believer. And I'm amazed that this skeptic me of 12 hours ago was wishing for this to happen and that here I am 12 hours later and I'm a full believer in whatever happened to me might be the single greatest moment of my life. Full stop.
I'm about four hours post class and the effects have not worn off. I'm still giddy. I'm still completely happy. I have been energized. And.
I don't know how that's possible, but the logic has come back into my brain. And as I'm telling you this, I'm discounting the experience already and it's only been four hours. But with all truth and clarity, what happened to me was probably.
Well, was. What happened to me was the most amazing moment I've had up in my life to date.
We were doing breathing exercises and I got to a point when I started to feel uncomfortable. This is maybe 20 minutes or so. It's hard to say how long into the class this was, but I started to feel uncomfortable. But I also thought that, you know, I completely trust what Neeraj is doing, and he's earned my trust, and I'm just gonna go with it. And when he says to breathe faster and deeper and harder, I'm uncomfortable. But he's earned my trust. And I believe.
At least for today, I believe I'm going to follow him and I'm going to accept whatever happens. My hands began to cramp up, my toes began to cramp up. As you're I guess super oxygenating your blood.
My lips and my face began to cramp up. I noticed that I could no longer squeeze my hands or curl my fingers in. They were completely immobilized. And my lips and my face were immobilized. I could no longer smile. But for some reason I trusted Neeraj and I kept with the breathing. I didn't back off. If anything.
It just reinforced that something is happening and let's see where this goes. So I put all my trust in it. I'm all in, so to speak. And.
I don't really know what happened next, but I. Somewhere along in this breathing, 30 minutes into it or something, I passed out and I had the most amazing dreams I've ever had in my life. Spiritual dreams.
Geometric dreams, mathematical dreams. Almost like I could see the world, a matrix. The Fibonacci sequence was a repeat visual that I had in purple and black. I could see the nature's number, so to speak. I could see spirals.
I could see a spiral shell. Basically the outline of the Fibonacci sequence and the Fibonacci shell. The spiral shell was twisting to the right and twisting back to the left. And it was on a.
It was in tune with breathing. So it was basically like nature breathing through the Fibonacci sequence. It was spinning to the right and spinning to the left and spinning to the right, spinning to the left. And this would repeat itself in flashing in and out of other geometric shapes and matrix type movie sequences and just the best visuals I've ever had. I can't even really put it into words and explain what happened to me. And I don't know how long that lasted in the physical world. It lasted for me what felt like a half hour. And.
As I came out of this dream state.
The last thing I remember was breathing. So I don't know how much time passed. But as I came out of this. Breathe out of. As I came out of this dream state, the first thing I was aware of is Neeraj holding my hand and saying, you're gonna be okay. And he's not just holding my hand, sitting next to me, he's holding my hand and floating in the sky. And he's got the aura around his whole body like you would see in a Mexican painting of Mother Teresa with all the colors outlined around his head. And he's tapping, he's holding my hand and he's tapping my hand going, you're going to be okay. You're going to be okay.
And then so I open my eyes and that's what I saw. I saw all the colors. I didn't see Neeraj there, whatever state he was in. And I don't truly even know if that actually happened. That could have been the dream state, I don't know. But when I opened my eyes, Neeraj was right there and he said, are you okay? And I said yes. Although I have no idea if I was okay or not. I was completely out of my mind. And so I said yes and he let me to it, let me be. I said yes and he let me be. And I immediately closed my eyes because I was still in whatever dreamy state was going on.
Dmt, spirit molecule induced. I don't really know what was happening to me, but I immediately closed my eyes and all of those visuals came back and I think they all stayed with me for at least another 15 minutes. I don't know the time.
I was too far out of my mind. But it seemed like those visuals and those dreams were there. And I was trying my hardest in my conscious mind to remember exactly what was happening because it seemed.
It wasn't like urgently important. But it seems like this is something that I need to remember and I need a pen and I need a piece of paper and I need to put this down on paper as fast as I can.
I'm a little bit late with that. This is four hours post dreamy state. So I'm just trying to slowly go through rehash what happened to me.
I can't, I don't, I don't know what happened to me. All I know is that.
In the beginning of class they said set your intention. And me being me, a skeptic, I set my intention to open my mind to the possibility that there is something spiritual in the world. Don't be so close minded and let whatever comes and at least.
At least give it a chance. So I set my intention to be more open minded to spirituality. And literally however many seconds passed, it was not long. The next thing I know, I'm opening my eyes. The next thing I know I'm opening my eyes and Neeraj is floating in the sky holding my hand with Mother Teresa colors like an aura glowing around his whole body.
So the intention, I think somehow worked. And I'm the last person to be. I'm the last person to.
Accept that even now, you know, four hours after. I think the me telling you this story right now is crazy. And I'm gonna feel like that person is crazy until I get back in class number two because I'm coming back.
No doubt about it. This has changed the course of my life for the future. The intention worked. It opened my mind. Neeraj can probably explain what happened to me better than I with a scientific explanation. I would love to hear that. What type of molecules are running around in my brain to make these type of hallucinations? But.
I don't even believe it happened. And there was no drugs involved. Although it was more enjoyable than drugs. There was.
It was. We just did breathing. We hyperventilated what seemed like a normal hyperventilation to me until I passed out. And then in the most dreamy state DMT state that I could have ever imagined.
Hmm.
What can be usable of this speech? You're gonna have to cut it.
Oh.
Yeah. I don't even know what to say.
But I'm a believer. I set my intention literally within seconds. Maybe 1,000 seconds. I don't know how many seconds. I set my intention. The universe responded in seconds and it will have changed my life.
So I'm ready for class number two.
