Soma Breathwork Testimonial - Zoe

Okay, we're rolling. So how was your SOMA experience?

It was amazing. So we did a few rounds of it, and on, like, the second or third, and especially on the third round, I started to see, like, this white, like, really small white light. And then it was, like, changing color and getting, like, blue and purple, and it looked like the solar system or something, just, like, this blob, like, in front of my face, and I just felt, like, super high extra.

And really spacey and, like, it felt a little bit like doing mushrooms or something. And, like, the bee and. Yeah, I just felt, like, the energy flowing through my body, and it was, like, a really powerful and blissful experience. So super grateful.

Amazing. Just from breathing.

Yeah. Wow. So cool.

Awesome. Thank you.
