SOMA Testimonial Glen, Thailand

Glen describes a profound spiritual experience he had through breath work and music facilitated by Nish in Thailand. He credits the peaceful environment and the practice for creating a transformative physical and spiritual encounter.
Really profound experience. Reminded me of the first time I had a satori like nirvana experience where in my temples they were buzzing along with, you know, other parts of my body I could feel at my shoulders and my solar plexus and in my hips. That's just the way that I experience.
Doesn'T necessarily have to be true for you, but I mean that as I was just explaining to Nij a minute ago, I mean, it felt like there is a very physical, tangible sense of energy. I'm not talking about energy in the woo woo sense of the word. I'm talking about energy like electricity, like you stuck your tongue in a 9 volt battery. You can feel that. I could feel it like that in my temples here. And just an overall kind of tingling sensation throughout the body, which is partially, you know, to be. In all fairness, it's partially due to kind of the hyperventilation, you know.
Part of the, of the breathing process. But it was way, way, way deeper than just hyperventilating. So it was profound in the sense that is very physical and simultaneously, deeply, profoundly. I hate to use the word spiritual, man, but I mean, because it gets so twisted. But it was very. I had a very deep sense concretely connected to spirit. And I think that probably a lot of you, if you have an outcome or a go associated with it, then that's probably the kind of experience that you're looking for. And first time, condensed version for me, had that experience. I can't wait to dig into the material and do the practices more because I really believe that with practice it can be even deeper and more profound. I'm a strong advocate of allowing myself to be led by spirituality, spirit and just being open to the movement of. I come from a Christian background with the Holy Spirit in and through me as a vessel. And you know, thank you, Nish, for sharing this profound experience with me. I mean, the music, the breath work and just, you know, being in the, in this, look at this environment, you know, being in this beautiful environment where it's already charged with, you know, such peaceful energy and everything was just an awesome experience. So thank you very much. Thank you, Glenn, for taking part. Peace. See you later, guys. Peace.
