I think you mentioned like CEOs aren't born, they're created. And a lot of your mission at Pair is to turn founders into great CEOs. And I'd be curious to understand like what aspects of that curriculum beyond bringing in incredible speakers with that real-world experience do you really focus on in the earliest days of cultivating those communities?
You're talking about something called the Female Founders Circle. Yes. My partner Vivian You know, spends a lot of her time running. So I want to give her all the credit she deserves. I'm more of the inspiration, I would say. But we've run this now for 4 cohorts. Every cohort is different, so we'll have different speakers in every different cohort, right? By having enough speakers, a lot of the same topics will come up. There may be some common sessions, like we have a public speaking session, which is fun, and a day to the spa, which is also fun. But, you know, the speakers are different. I think the themes for starting companies, though, are often similar.
