And the analogy I would use for founders is a lot of times there's a lot of pride and ego to, I'm 50/50 and I'm this. And it's like, it worked for Blake and I, 'cause I knew he had more equity than me. I knew it was, he was the leader and I was there to support him. My role was to add vision, to find product-market fit, to do my stuff, to support and motivate the teams to follow Blake. Blake was the leader. Mm-hmm. And I think you see a lot of great entrepreneurs, founding groups, Eventually start to fray and split because they're all trying to fight for control or they're not realizing what their role is inside of the founding group, like inside of the founding, your roles. And for Blake, and I tell a lot of founders this, I'm like, what's your role? If you think my role is to be the leader with them, no, one person is calling the play. Who is that person? And make sure you know at the beginning of your journey who's in charge, what that looks like, just so the ego doesn't come into play down the road, create a divorce, which happens a lot.
