With all these portfolio companies we have, I always assume that sometimes I'm probably like, they need less of me than I think they need of me. So we've instituted a process now where once a year, and I feel like, you know, with the power dynamic between founders and investors, it's better if I ask. So we now have a policy that anytime someone raises a new milestone round, or at least once a year, I go back and say, hey, I have really enjoyed spending time with you. If you feel like you've gotten to a place where you need less of me, I just want to create space for you to say so. And if you don't, we'll just continue going. And it's been really positive for me because I don't want to, you know, force someone to show up for a monthly meeting where they're like, I kind of only need you once a quarter.
