Can you share a bit more about like your background, what you think your superpowers are in terms of like helping founders?
I think I'm really good at helping founders lean into and take emotional risks and not let themselves get in the way of the company. So if that's something that you want to work on, then I'm your person. If you are someone who is willing to do the thing that feels safe emotionally at the expense of the company, then you're probably gonna fire me, and that's totally okay.
