I remember one founder told me that each time your company doubles, it's like a whole new company. And they were completely right. So like when you go from like 5 to 10, 10 to 20, 20 to 40, like each time it's like this, it's like, oh my gosh, I'm at a whole new company. And your job changes as a CEO. And it changes a lot. Like as you grow, it becomes more important. In the very beginning, you know, you're recruiting, you're helping hire every single person. And then when you get about 20, you can't be that person who's maybe hiring every single one, especially at 40 as well. Yeah. You need to make sure you hired the right people who can hire the right people and like give them enough slack and enough trust that they can do what they need to do.
