How do we actually get a guest on, get something out the door and ship? So inviting guests at Seed to Harvest, once we identify a guest that we feel inspired by or that their best practices will resonate with our audience, we ask them to join me for a 45-minute recording session using Riverside. Riley is in charge of scheduling that. And we— I've gotten asked about this a lot, but I think like one key for us was batch processing. So I run Behind Genius Ventures and I'm a solo GP, so I need to spend the majority of my time on investing and running Behind Genius Ventures. So we actually batch process all the episodes, which means that I will record 6 to 8 episodes on one day a month. And that's why we're able to produce content so consistently. Every Monday at 5:00 PM, we post a new episode and that helps us plan ahead on how much backlog we have scheduled.
