What causes are you most passionate about regarding your work with nonprofits to set the stage for our conversation today? So the areas that I tend to work with people on, and this'll set the tone of other things that I'll talk about, are varied because we have so many existential issues that we're facing now. And you won't be surprised that climate change is one of them. But also very concerned about what I call the climate of our society, which is how we interact together or not in terms of working together to solve problems. I'm very concerned about the erosion of our democracy, and many of the people I work with are working on various aspects of that. And very concerned, I would probably say, under the guise of human rights. And that includes women's rights, women's reproductive rights, social justice, just equality types of issues. So that is a very broad set.
