I was gonna say, was there like a breaking point for you? Was there a point where you're just like, I'm so frustrated right now?
So a lot of times it would resort to like our PM and like designers and researchers just going onto Instagram or YouTube and like just finding emails and sending cold outreach emails. And of course, like we would just try to DM them and be like, hey, we work at Patreon or we work at TikTok and we're looking to talk to creators and you, you're like the ideal persona. We're paying, you know, $50 or $100 Amazon gift cards, like, will you talk to us? And most of the time, like, once creators saw it and we actually had the conversation, it was the best. Like, creators loved having the conversation with us, having and forming a relationship with someone at the company. And at the end of every call, I think every product manager, designer, researcher can attest to this, but like, after you talk to a customer, the immediate thought after you hang up is we need to do more of these. They are so valuable.
