PearX is a twice-yearly bootcamp for pre-seed startups joining Pear. It started ten years ago when a few students wanted to stay at the office over summer, then evolved into a formal program that has produced several successful companies.
I would love if you could share one example of a program that's gone really, really well. Perhaps I'll start with something that has worked and evolved, you know, over time, over the last 10 years, has been our, you know, our PearX bootcamp, which we started. This is every pre-seed company that comes to Pear will be put in this bootcamp called PearX. We run them twice a year and it's like a cohort-based approach to pre-seed. So you're a pre-seed company, you come to Pear, We're almost like gonna onboard you into your journey by going through PairX. And we started this a little bit by accident. Some of the students that we had hanging around our office said, oh, we wanna stay here for the summer. So we're like, okay, you can stay. So it was very casual, not intentional. And then we realized, oh, there's actually really good companies coming out of this.
