In this short video, the presenter shares how hiring an executive coach was one of her best investments of the year, helping her improve leadership, communication, and personal prioritization. One of the best investments I made this year was investing in an executive coach who helped me become a better leader, communicator, and just prioritize what I wanted more. So today, one of my homework assignments from our last session is to do a 2023 reset. So I thought I'd walk through some of the questions. I think they're really helpful if you're a founder or if you are working at a startup or just want some questions to reflect on how the past year's been. So I'm gonna read them to you. The first one is, what were the highlights and lowlights of 2022 for you? Draw a timeline if helpful. The second one is, what's an important decision you made in 2022 and what guided this decision? Number 3, what were your most impactful learnings in 2022? So these are actually only 3 of the around 20 questions, but I thought I'd share a sampling of them to inspire you to reflect on the past year.
