So I would love if you could talk a little bit about your vision for eSquad in the next 5, 10 years. What does success look like to you?
First of all, getting rid of pen and paper in all the operations, but not because pen and paper is bad, it's because it's bad for the person in the field because they need to transcribe data or even if they're using some software. That doesn't sync well, then they end up transcribing data. But I mean, that's the reason why customers start to use the product most of the time. But when they experience the savings and the benefits and all of that is at the other layer, when we already have all the data collected and we eliminate tasks for transcribing information for compliance or transcribing information for HR systems or transcribing information for finances.
