Yeah, it's an interesting question. Like, I— so I've invested in a bunch of women founders and I have one company that we just announced recently, Beek, B-E-E-K. The founder's name is Pamela. And, you know, she is just like 10 out of 10 founder, like super phenomenal, hard charging, like high energy, really sharp understanding of like growth loops and like how to create network effects in a flywheel. And she's like taught all of this to her team in a way that's just like, it's so awesome to see the learning permeate through the whole company. She's also just like such a learning machine and uses like every resource around her to learn as much as possible.
