Arkady Kulik, a founding partner, says the best technical founders aren't defined by deep-tech expertise. What matters most is resilience: the ability to persist, adapt, and find new paths when something isn't working instead of repeating the same failed approach.

Are there any like specific traits that you really key in on or you think make a really talented technical founder?
The only pattern that I am ready to identify right now has less to do with deep tech and more to do with entrepreneurship in general. However smart or emotionally intelligent or good in sales or good in culture the the founders might be, the biggest indicator of their success would be their resilience and their ability to just keep on going. Not, not doing the same thing, not just being stubborn and doing the same stuff, but be resilient and finding the new path to achieve your goal. Right.
