You had a recent post on the 5 pillars of building developer communities, which would be knowledge sharing, education, trust building, genuine human connections, and designing with empathy. I'd love to spend some time diving deeper on what you mean by design with empathy.
It's so interesting because I, I thought that these 5 pillars of community building were unique to kind of HashiCorp, but I actually think it applies to just like any person building communities, especially like developer communities. So I always think like the most important pillar, especially if you're kind of introducing a new workflow, new way of working, new kind of like terminology, is the education piece. It's those blog posts, it's those workshops, it's the training, it's the tutorials, right? It's really kind of, I think that is like the most important kind of like foundation of like how do you educate people on kind of this like new product that you're launching, right? Yeah.
