I had the pleasure of attending your annual summit for Blackbird in Sydney this past November. It was incredibly inspiring, and I would love if you could expand on how that culture permeates throughout Blackbird, the way that you build the team and invest.
Yes. So I would also describe it as Blackbird's values lived in real life. And in particular, we created the Sunrise for founders to retell the early days of their journeys and how they got started, how they overcame the difficulties in the beginning, and really is to say that at Blackbird, the community is the heart. And in particular, I think aside from the sort of every VC saying they add value, Blackbird has always been about founders helping other founders and particularly not famous founders helping founders just starting out.
