The real driver behind passion projects is the energy you get from working on something you love with people you trust, not the pursuit of status or titles. It's about telling stories that need telling and taking action when no one else will.
I realized that doing projects you love with people you believe in, there's just like, you know, so much more energy, at least for me personally, that comes with that. And that's what drives me. And so it wasn't really out of choice, it was more out of nature. And I think like the founder path is for certain people and not for certain people. So it's almost like when I was in film school, some people were like, I wanna be Steven Spielberg versus other people were like, oh, I really wanna tell these stories that haven't gotten made and I have this idea and this idea. So I think it's more just like, It's not about the title, it's about the action of, do you want to see certain things happen? And unless someone else is going to make it happen, then you have to make it happen.
