When did you first experience the problem that you're solving and how did that happen?
Yeah, so early on at Patreon, I, as a product manager, one of like the main best practices for a PM is to obviously talk to your users. In our case, just talk to our creators. And after doing that for so long, we inherently just like found these challenges that you might think that are like counterintuitive of the difficulty of just talking to your own users. Specifically at a creator-focused company, there's a lot of relationship management where there are creator-focused teams, whether you're like the creator success team or creator relations team, and you really want to be careful around, you know, pinging creators and the asks that you kind of provide them. So as a PM, we're constantly working on new designs, new strategy, new ideas, and we would find ourselves in these meetings with the broader product team or leadership team.
