I found online was that you've raised $73 million for your most recent fund. And as you've grown your firm, what has changed and what has stayed the same since the beginning for Precursor?
I think the thing that's changed is honestly how I spend my time, going back to the time management thing. In the early days, it was just me, then it was me and Sydney. I basically had almost no management as part of my job. Sydney's pretty independent. I had one person who worked for me. It was pretty easy. Yeah. I'd say now I spend a lot of my time thinking about the future, the future for all the people who work for me. What are their career aspirations like? Where are they in their development? What can I be doing better to support them? What do they need to work on?
