So what does storytelling mean to you and how do you think about kind of dispersing stories throughout your organization? Yeah, I think communication is the most important job of a CEO and it is really what I spend all my time on. I think, you know, at a minimum it's like repeating the same message so many different times, many times in the same way, sometimes in slightly different ways to slightly different audiences. But really, if you're not repeating the same message so often that you feel like you're just a broken record, you are probably not doing your job communicating. Yeah. And so it can be really like mind-numbing at times. It's like, didn't I just say this a million times in like just slightly different ways? But that's kind of the job.
