Feeling Like You’re LOSING IT? Do This Before You Break Down

In this livestream, Paridhi Dhingra addresses the pervasive feeling of desperation that blocks success across various life domains—weight loss, relationships, career, finances, and more. She explains how desperation creates a low‑frequency, fear‑driven mindset that keeps people stuck, even when they achieve their goals. Paridhi introduces a simple, repeatable technique to shift from desperation to inspiration: (1) write down the specific thing you feel you need; (2) tap on an EFT point while repeatedly asking, “I need ___… Is it true?” to challenge the limiting belief that life depends on that item. She emphasizes that the answer comes from the heart, not the mind, and that the goal is to move from “I need this” to “I want this, but I don’t need it.” The talk differentiates desperation (need‑based, fear‑laden, unstable) from commitment (desire‑based, stable, willing to act without needing the outcome). Paridhi illustrates the method with anecdotes about a high‑level political client, coaching cricketer Harmanpreet during the World Cup, and examples of Elon Musk’s willingness to accept high failure risk. She also notes that most fears are hypothetical (≈99% never materialize) and that questioning them reduces anxiety. The session ends with a call to practice the two‑step process—question the need, then commit—to transform desperation into inspiration and achieve goals without being driven by need.

There are two different things that I want to teach you today. First is about desperation. Why are we desperate all the time? That is one emotion that blocks a lot of our success. Every time you want something, you're in a state of hurry, you're in a state of desperation, and that desperation makes you compare yourself with other people in life. Type in yes in the chat window if you're going through that many times. different areas of life. You want to lose weight? You're desperate. When will it happen? You want to buy a house? Will it work? When will it work? Again, desperation gives you fear. Career. You want a job? Desperation. When will I get the job? Why haven't I got the job yet? Why haven't I got the promotion yet? Money. When will I increase my income? When will I have 100 crores in my account? When will I have financial freedom? When will I have financial security? We keep asking ourselves these questions, and because of that, we keep going through A lot of desperation in our life, and we keep vibrating at lower frequencies of life. And then we wonder why when we get up in the morning and we write our goals, or we read our affirmations, or we do hope nope nope, or we do EFT, or all these techniques that we follow, why are we not getting results? Because you're constantly vibrating at desperation. So stop vibrating at desperation and evolve yourself at inspiration. Write down the word inspiration. Now, how do you inspire yourself is what I'm about to show you. It's a very simple step. It's a very simple technique. But I want you to promise me something. Tell me that you will follow it. Come on, tell me in the chat window right now, in the comments, that I promise I will follow this. If you follow this one thing, it will change your life because it will help you to stop vibrating at desperation. And it'll help you to start vibrating at inspiration. So here is how we do this technique. First, write down, I need fill in the blanks. Now, whatever goal that you're desperate about, it is about needing something or needing somebody or needing someone, correct? So write down, what do you need? I need— write this down. Whatever you have written, tell me in the comments also. What do you need? Do you need a car which you're desperate for? Do you need a house that you're desperate for? Do you need a life partner that you're desperate for? Do you need to lose weight that you're desperate for? Do you need to— would you agree you're feeling that? Like yesterday, I was coaching a VIP client of mine. I can't tell you names for confidentiality reasons, at a very high political level. and is probably going to be— their position is going to be taken away. And he was talking to me about feeling insecure. And I said, is the real problem losing the position, or is the real problem who will I be after losing the position? What will I do after losing the position? So you see, he's— he was really desperate about, no, no, I don't want to let go of this position. Every time you tell yourself you are nobody without something, you are nobody without someone, if you have it, you will still be desperate. If you don't have it, you will still be desperate. That is the worst part about desperation. You're not only feeling desperate before having it, even after you have it— take it from me on stamped paper, guarantee written— you will feel desperate even after having it. Because it's a pattern. Type in G for guilty if you're realizing this is a pattern. Correct? So how do we break this pattern? Here is how. I want you to write a simple question as a technique from today onwards that you will practice for all your needs, all your needs, all your goals that you're desperate for. You will use this one particular question for the rest of your life. Try to use it always. I use it every day. Every time, by the way, do you think as Mitesh I get desperate? Do you think I get hit by desperation? Of course I do. And every time I get desperate, my mentor Sahil talks to me and asks me the same question every single time, and it brings me back on track. And here is the question. I want you to tap like this with me. This is a beautiful tapping point, right? EFT tapping point. You don't even need to know EFT for this. Just keep tapping with me and repeat with me. I need this. What does that need? Say it loudly. Like, I need the dishwasher. Okay, I need the dishwasher. Is it true? I can't live without this. Is it true? My life is nothing without it. Is it really true? If I don't get this, my life will be destroyed. Is it really true? Like, you've convinced yourself it's true. The problem is you're not questioning that belief. It's a limiting belief, and you're not questioning that limiting belief. That's the technique. Question it. Create doubt in that limiting belief. Crack it by asking again and again, I need this, but is it really true that I need this? And then you know, whatever we are desperate about, it leads to fear. Everybody write down desperation leads to fear. Why? If you have it, there is the fear of what? Losing it. I know. If you don't have it, the fear is what if I don't get it? I want to manifest that house. What if I don't get it? Well, ask yourself this question. What if you could multiply that fear by ten times and check? Will everything that I believe will happen? Will it really happen? Example, tap with me again. I may never get my house, and my life is nothing without it. But is that really true? If this person leaves me. My life is meaningless. But is that really true? If I don't get this job, all the studies I did is no use. But is that really true? Be willing to ask. Like, don't stop at that statement. Ask, is that really true? And you know, the amazing part I've realized about this technique is The answer is given by your heart every single time, not by your mind. Your body and your heart gives you the answer. And every single time, you know what's the answer? Is it really true that my life is nothing without this person? Is it really true that without a dishwasher, I won't be able to survive? Is it really true that without that new laptop, I won't be able to grow? Is it really true? No, it's not true. It is not true. So now the question is, am I willing to achieve what I want to achieve even without it? Can I remove this as a limiting belief that I need this in my life, and if I don't have this, then I won't get it, then my life is nothing? Now I know what many of you are thinking, but Mitesh, are you saying I should give up on that goal? How many of you are getting that question? Type an I. Are you saying I should not want the house? Are you saying I should not want the job? Are you saying I should not want the dishwasher? No, I'm not saying that. Write this down. Ask for it without needing it. That's what I'm saying. Manifest it without the desperation. You remember I told you about coaching Harmanpreet for Indian World Cup, and during the World Cup match for cricket, I always told her, I said, "Be willing to lose because you don't need the World Cup." But World Cup तो हम ही जीतेंगे. But match तो हम ही जीतेंगे. Do you see the difference in this? I can say it with me. I can lose, but match तो हम ही जीतेंगे। If I lose, nothing will happen. But match तो हम ही जीतेंगे। See, there is a little bit of madness in this. Write down the word madness if you agree. It's a little bit of madness in this. Are you willing to be a little mad? Because I guarantee you one thing. All the richest people in the world are mad. Happiest people on this earth are mad. Let's take Elon Musk for an example. Do you think Elon Musk knew that his project of SpaceX, of sending rockets to the moon and all this stuff, can fail? Yes. In fact, do you know that when people like Elon Musk take money from a company, they have to give a projection rate? Projection of what are the chances of success versus what are the chances of failure. Elon Musk had clarified that the failure chances of SpaceX project were more than 80%. The success chances were very low, and he knew that. But he said, "I'm going to take the rocket to the moon. I'm going to take the rocket to the Mars. I'm going to take the rocket to the space, and I'm going to bring it back." How? I don't know. But is he desperate or is he committed? Write down the word, please. Is he desperate or is he committed? There is a difference here. Commitment has a sense of stability. There is stability to it. Like, commitment is not today here, tomorrow there, right? Commitment is you're just there. There is a certain stability to it. Desperation is like, when will it happen? When will it happen? If it doesn't happen, then I'll go here. If it doesn't happen, then I'll go there. If I lose it, then what will I do? Then where will I go? Be committed. Now, does commitment mean that you will never fail? Hello? No. No, it doesn't mean that. But it also doesn't mean that you need it so badly that you are nobody without it. So from now on, every time you feel you're desperate, I want you to first say it with me. Come on, everybody say it with me. I need this. Is it true? And keep saying it until you don't need it, until you can break all these thoughts that this will happen and that will happen and that will happen and that will happen. Remove all your fears. I would say release all your fears by asking again and again, is it true? Because I guarantee you one thing, 99% of fear is hypothetical. 99% of life, all your fears are hypothetical. Look in your past. You have been scared so many times about life. Has all your fears come true? Come on, seriously, give me the answer in the comments. Have all your fears always come true? No. In fact, if all your fears actually came true, the world would be a very crazy place because many times you have been scared that there is a volcano in your house. Like how many of you've seen dreams of being naked and running on the road and you forgot to wear clothes? How many of you've seen those kind of crazy dreams and you got out of it and you got out of scared, right? Hey, did that dream ever come true? Did you ever leave the house without wearing clothes? नहीं ना। Telling you, 99% of your fears will never come true because they are hypothetical. Our ability to generate fear is extraordinary. So 99% of them are hypothetical, and that is why you need to ask again and again. Is it true? Is it true? Do I really need this? I need this. Do I really need this? Until you get to a point where you say. I want this, but I don't need this. I want this, but I don't need this. And then you go to the second and the last step, commitment. But before you go to commitment, one more clarification, one more example. This is very important for you. If a girl is finding a man who's very desperate to achieve her, very desperate to have her, ladies who are watching this right now, who are with me right now, Tell me in the comment section, are you attracted to a man who's desperate? No. A desperate man is never attractive. So listen, a desperate person is never going to attract a goal. Okay, so just being desperate towards a goal is not— not only not going to work, it is not going to work. Okay, so let's move into inspiration. But for that, you have to let go of your needs. I need this. Is it true? Not true. But you have to do it. So can we do it 2-3 times more right now? Come on, do it with me. I need this. Is it true? Is it really true I need this? I need this and I'm nothing without this. Is that true? My life will be destroyed without it. Is that true? Do I really need it that much? It's I need it like I need oxygen. Is that true? Now repeat with me. No, it's not true. I don't need it. Do I want it? Yes, that's the part two commitment. I want it and I'm willing to work for it. I'm willing to go all the way, one hundred percent. I'm going to do everything in my power. to achieve this goal. That's commitment. Practice these 2 simple steps, and I promise you, it will be easy for you to go from desperation to inspiration.
