The Hidden Reason You Feel Responsible for Everyone | Mitesh Khatri | Law Of Attraction

In this self‑help video, Paridhi Dhingra shares a personal story about feeling overwhelming guilt, pressure, and a "savior" responsibility toward two close loved ones. She recounts a coaching call with her mentor, Sahil, who helps her recognize that this sense of obligation stems from an "obligation" mindset and a metaphorical "hands‑on‑throat" dynamic, where she feels responsible for others' success. The mentor guides her through an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping exercise to release guilt, followed by a visualization practice that emphasizes holding space for the loved ones' own perfect, independent growth rather than trying to direct it. Paridhi reflects on the shift from trying to solve others' problems to evolving her own internal patterns, noting that the real issue was internal, not external. She outlines concrete steps: identify guilt, tap while affirming release, affirm belief in others' perfection, and relinquish credit for their success. The video concludes with an invitation to a 30‑day "Daily Magic Practice" law‑of‑attraction program, offering free introductory content and daily live sessions, while emphasizing that participants are not responsible for the program’s outcomes. The overall message encourages viewers to let go of savior syndrome, trust the natural unfolding of others' lives, and use EFT and visualization as tools for emotional release.

Today I want to share with you about a huge amount of guilt that I have been experiencing, huge amount of sense of pressure, sense of responsibility that I have been handling. And honestly, I had no idea that I was handling this guilt, I was going through this pressure, this responsibility. And when I spoke to my mentor today, I was able to release all of that. But he was the one who made me realize that I was going through guilt, I, I was going through a lot of sense of pressure and responsibility. And I'm sharing this with you because I believe that some of you could be going through the same amount of guilt, responsibility, disappointment, leading to a lot of rage and anger, which even I have been going through. And hopefully it helps you too. So here's a little bit of a backstory. There are 2 loved ones in my life who I love a lot, very close to me, very dear to me. I have the good fortune of supporting them in their career. And as I'm supporting them, I have a lot of expectations from them. And they're doing great. They're doing awesome from their side. But somewhere I'm not satisfied at the level at which I'm supposed to support them. And because I feel I'm not able to support them at the level at which I should, I feel I'm not able to get the best results for them. I hope you can get my hesitation in my voice as I'm speaking about how much I care for them. And as I was struggling with this, I called up my mentor and I said, you know, I'm really trying to help these 2 loved ones in my family, in my life, and I'm not able to help them grow at the speed at which they want. And I'm— what can I do to guide them more? What can I do to support them more? And that's where My mentor asked me a good question. He said, if you were guiding your Platinum members for their career struggles, what would you do if they were on the call with you? And I said, okay, that's very easy for me. He said, okay, tell me, what would you do? And I said, if a Platinum member was on a call with me, I would first make them realize that their life is absolutely perfect. There is nothing wrong in their life. Whatever little emotions that they are going through right now is Also a lie. It's a pattern that they're going through, and it's very temporary, and we can resolve that. But actually, their life is beautiful. Their life is perfect. And my mentor said, wow, why don't you feel the exact same thing about these 2 loved ones? And I said, I don't know. I, I feel that I am more responsible for them somewhere than I am for my Platinum members. He said, ah, the closer people are to us, we feel we are more responsible for them. And the word I realized he gave me was obligation. We feel like I'm obliged to them for helping them succeed in their life. And when we are not able to deliver that support to them, sometimes we feel this sense of pressure, and hence comes in a lot of guilt. And when we are not able to support them at the level at which we should, now there comes in a lot of disappointment, a lot of anger within us. And then all this anger comes out on whom? On the other person. So my mentor said, this is a relationship called hands on throat. Everybody take your hands like this, say hands on throat. And I said, what do you mean by that? And he said, It's like your hand is on their throat now. You better grow. If you don't grow, then I am responsible, right? Like, if you don't succeed at the level at which I want you to succeed, I am going to fail in my life. And I realized that is so true. So if you have been going through something similar like this, where you feel you are the savior of somebody in your family, somebody in your circle, in your friend circle, I want you to tell me in the comment section, who do you feel responsible for? Who do you feel like you're a savior for, and you feel guilty that you're not able to support them at the extent at which you should support them? And then every time you talk to them, you feel guilty. And have you noticed that even though you want to support them, uh, you avoid them? Have you noticed it? I realized I was also Many times talking to these two loved ones, but internally I was kind of avoiding them, and I was wondering why. My mentor was able to help me release all this guilt, all this pressure, all this sense of responsibility, and was able to help me to resolve it and take it to a completely different emotional pattern. I'm going to help you do that too today, so stay with me till the end. And what I realized from this conversation again was, I went to him to solve a problem. He did not solve the problem. He only helped me evolve as a person. And the same guidance I tell other people ended up working for me, which is stop solving, start evolving. And evolution first is necessary about understanding why you are feeling what you are feeling. I realized— I, I'm hoping that as I'm sharing my realization with you, you will realize your own emotional reasons. I realized that I have this sense that I am responsible for their success because I love them, because I care for them. Do you feel the same? Yes. And then I feel guilty that I'm not able to do as much as I should do for them, right? So then I push myself a little more. But the problem is, the more I push myself, the more I push them. And when I push them from that fear of will they come up to my expectations, I'm always operating from fear and pressure. They make mistakes, then I get angry. And this disappointment, every time I call them or every time I meet them, internally I'm like, I wish you could do more. And by the way, they're already doing awesome. They're already doing amazing compared to what they should. But I'm the one disappointed because I have some other image in my mind about what they should be doing. So every time I call them or every time I meet them, I have this internal disappointment because of which I feel like avoiding them. And I didn't realize I was doing this until I spoke to my mentor. And the more I was avoiding them, I was creating this conversation in my head that, "Ah, कुछ नहीं हो सकता इनका।" Like, why don't they listen? Why don't they grow? Is it so difficult? Like they can do so much better. They have such big potential. And in my mind, they were stuck. So what's my manifestation now? My manifestation is stuck. Like whatever is their current position in my mind is like a stuck position in my mind, and that's my manifestation. And I asked my mentor, I said, "What should I do now? How should I help them?" He said, "You don't need to help them. You need to stop being the savior. You need to let go of this savior mentality and." Let go of your own what? Guilt. And the moment he said that, my body felt heavy. I swallowed and I started feeling this tightness in my throat. And he said, ready to evolve? I said, yes. He says, so should we release this guilt or do you want to go and help them succeed? I said, "नहीं बाबा, let's release this guilt first." So he said, "Okay," and we did this simple tapping exercise called EFT. So if you would love to do it with me, and I he just made me say this. He said, "These beautiful questions of am I ready to release this guilt that I am responsible for their life?" And as he was asking me the question, he said, "All you have to do is just say yes and take a deep breath." Is that okay? So, are you ready to let go of this guilt and release this guilt that you're responsible for these people? Yes. Are you ready to let go of all the disappointment that you have in your head that you have only created for them? Yes. Are you ready to let go of all your anger towards yourself that you're not able to do enough for them? Yes. Are you ready to stop pushing them in the direction which you want them to go? Yes. Are you ready to believe that they have a journey of their own? Which is perfect. Yes. Are you ready to let go of this idea that without you they wouldn't be able to succeed in their life? I really laughed when he said this one. I was like, okay, yes. And we did this for about 2 minutes, as we did with you right now. So take your hands like this and take a deep breath. And I felt really good after this. And he asked, what becomes possible when you let go of the guilt? I was like, wow, I never asked myself that question. What becomes possible if you let go of this huge sense of responsibility, and then this pressure that they have to grow, and then you hold their throat like, do this and do that. I said, what becomes possible if you could let go of this? And I said, the first thing that becomes possible is for me to believe that they're already perfect. द्रव्य दिया। and then I asked him, I said, but Sahil, my mentor's name is Sahil. I said, but Sahil, there's a fear coming up right now, and the fear is, but if I just let it let it go, then I won't guide them, and if I won't guide them, then what'll happen? He says, there comes the savior syndrome again. You want to be the Mother Teresa of the world. And I was like, yeah, that's true. So he says the problem is not that you care about them. The problem is every time you feel they will fail, it affects you. Oh, so I care more about myself as a mentor, as a guide. He says then you're focused on you and you're not really focused on serving. He said, do you do that with platinum members? I said, not really. With them, I'm just serving. He said, then here the reason is your attachment and your pressure of responsibility. Is leading to that guilt and that savior of I have to save them. True. He says, "Do you believe that your platinum members won't grow without you?" I said, "No, not at all." He said, "Do you believe they will grow even without you?" I said, "Absolutely, 100 percent. Like zero doubt about it." He says, "Can you hold the same space for them?" And my eyes lit up and I was like, wow, yeah, that seems amazing. So he says, then can you do that now? So that's what I did for the— for one minute. I just closed my eyes on the call with him. I was on the phone call with him and I just visualized that these 2 loved ones of mine are doing amazing in their life and they're very happy and they're very peaceful in their own way and they're successful in their own way. And for the first time, I did not try to visualize that they are successful in the way I want them to be successful. Like, I didn't visualize them like a coach like me or like a grand YouTuber like me or nothing like that. I just visualized that they're happy and they're successful and they're peaceful in their own life and they found their own path and they're inspired in their life in their own beautiful way. And as I visualized that, my mentor asked me, now tell me, how will that happen? And I said, actually, it doesn't matter now. Because it's already done in my mind. And he says, that's perfect. That's manifestation. Where you just hold the end result as a visualization, as a space, as a possibility. And now you allow the universe to take over from there. Where you just hold the space for the other person to be successful. Rest will happen on its own. And he gave me a beautiful guidance in the end. He said, Mitesh, just be careful of one thing. Don't hold them into a certain sense of direction. Just just hold the space that they've already reached there. Don't direct them too much because they'll have their own beautiful way of direction of something that they will become in their own beautiful way. Just let the flower bloom in its own beautiful way. Don't control the petal one comes first and the petal two comes second, the petal three comes third. He says, we don't know when it'll bloom and which bud will go where and which petal will come first and what color will emerge. He said, just be careful of that. I said, wow, that makes so much sense. He said, why does it make sense? Like, what are you feeling right now? And I said, wow, it feels very light. He said, because you're letting go of that sense of responsibility that you're responsible for their success. I said, yeah. He says, what else are you feeling? I said, now I'm actually feeling they're already doing perfect. They're already amazing, just like my Platinum members. And he was like, yes, that's true. So what is there to solve now? I said nothing. There was really nothing to solve after that. And I was so amazed that I didn't know that I was going through this crazy sense of guilt and responsibility, and I was trying to solve the problem of guiding them. Actually, the problem was not out there. The problem was in here. The more I evolved myself, my guilt converted into Faith for them that they are taken care of. And now I can actually be innocent in just not being responsible for them. Like, I'm not guilty if I'm not responsible for them. I'm actually innocent for not being responsible for them because their life is perfect. And now I can really hold that space for them. And I realized that somewhere I wanted the credit of helping them grow. Right? कि मैंने इनको बनाया, मैंने इनको बचाया। Now I won't get the credit, but I won't get the guilt also. है ना? So simple steps. Write down if you have any guilt, and if you have any sense of Pressure and responsibility and disappointment and anger towards somebody. Step two, just release that guilt. How do you release it? अरे बहुत सिंपल है. Just tap like this and ask, am I really? Am I ready to release this guilt? Keep saying yes. Am I ready to release this sense of responsibility? Keep saying yes. Am I ready to let go of this pressure? Keep saying yes. And then the next part. Am I ready to believe that their life is perfect? Yes. Am I ready to believe that they can grow without me? Yes. Am I okay to not take credit for their growth? Yes. I was like, how could I be such a nutcase? Like, already कम क्रेडिट मिल रहा है कोच बनने के लिए, तो यहाँ से भी क्रेडिट चाहिए। And I felt so light after that. I was like, wow, that felt so amazing. So that is my experience today, and I hope this helps you too, to let go of your guilt and become innocent. Let go of your sense of pressure and let them off that pressure. And take your hand off them and take your hand off yourself and just remember that their life is perfect and your life is perfect and everything is just beautiful in life. And now hold that space for them that their life is already amazing. Now, how? Don't worry about that. Life will show its own way to them. Now, if you'd love to do this with me every single day, if anything I've said has touched your heart and you'd love to release things like these from your system on a daily basis and evolve as a person every day, I'd love to invite you for my Daily Magic Practice, which is a 30 days of law of attraction course where you learn everything from What is law of attraction?
