Today we're looking at how businesses can add value and create trust through social media. So this is Jam On Toast Marketing. She is, runs her own marketing business based in Buckinghamshire. And as you can see, she uses Instagram a lot of ways, you know, to really show off her personality and show up her skills. And I guess uses Instagram as a little kind of shop window, if you like, into what it would be like to work with her. And what I really liked about this one was it's a little bit different. So this was she's saying that she hosted a small business network which was 1 in 4 within the area as part of a pilot scheme with. And then she's tagged in at Britain Small Biz. She's explaining that, you know, she took the dog and it was really nice. There's free tea and cakes. It's a win, win and you know it. I think the image of it itself just shows how lovely it was. You know, it was a gorgeous day. Clearly, you know, they did a bit of networking, a bit of walking, you know, like it was, you know, really lovely walk in the wood. And I think for me what that does is it gives us a really warm impression of her, you know, that it makes me think, wow, you know, that it really shows her the support and this passion that she has for small businesses like herself. It gives you the impression that she really wants to help other businesses get off their feet by networking and not just, I guess, you know, herself getting herself known. It's actually about, you know, that wider community and support. So I guess, you know, like, it is a good way of showing, you know, I guess that human element of your business. So if you are doing anything like this networking or anything that makes sure that you're sharing or any, you know, collaborations or discussions and, or, you know, help helping, you know, of suppliers even that you're doing with other businesses, make sure that you're always sharing it because it really does create that trust on social media. Now if I was Jam on Toast, I would want to be really looking at, you know, my posting schedule and looking at how I can get more value by, you know, get more time, I guess by scheduling in all of my posts ahead of time. However, one of the best things that you can do through this plat is she can do that and then at the same time she can choose to literally compare herself to any other competitor. So here she could add more and basically she can type in any business. So she might want to do something like marketing. So this might be a marketing business. It might be a marketing agency, but basically, she can literally click for that to be her comparison. And then she not only sees her own calendar, but she starts to see theirs. Now, what does that do? That not only helps her, you know, you know, obviously here she's scheduled in her own, but she can get to see, you know, what they've actually, what they've been posting, what types of content they've been doing, how well, you know, how well received the, the posts are, that kind of thing. And she can start to compare, she can start to contrast, she can start to learn. And it's not only good for inspiration, but it's really good for, I guess, you know, to kind of benchmark where she is with her own social media. Now, as always, if you've got any questions, click on the little blue button. We love to help.
