Today we're looking at how celebrating your team can drive more engagement on social media. So this is Denston hall farm shop and here you can see that they've congratulated Meg who's completed her butchery apprenticeship and achieved with passion, excellence. And then they're even talking about how you can become their next apprentice and how to apply. And then they've got a wonderful picture of Meg here looking really happy with the farm in the background with her achievement here. So using social media to celebrate the successes and achievements of their team is really important to Denston as well as obviously supporting providing the local community with an opportunity to consider future careers and jobs with them. Now that's amazing. And any business that can promote that is really, really good because it shows that they're ethically minded, it shows that they want to support young people in the community and that they're going to keep growing their business using the local community, which is wonderful. But then it also shows that they really value Meg, they really value their apprentices. And you know that anybody that gets taken on by them will go through an amazing training program and come out obviously, you know, with a job and feeling, you know, that they've got a real career opportunity which they might not have had before. And then what they've done here is they've also used local hashtags so they've got like Denston Hall, Denton Farm Shop, Denston and the whole jobs. And as you can see they started to then go into the job related hashtags. So this increases the discoverability of their content. Which basically means if you are in Denton or in the area and you're looking for anything to do with Denton hall, then that will come up. If you are looking for jobs or apprenticeships in the area, then again you're much more likely to pop up for there. Or again indeed, if you are looking for a butchery apprenticeship and it might be that you live a little bit further away, you're much more likely to find this when you have a look. And look, people have said, you know, well done Meg and they really celebrated it. So I guess any business can do this. It's all about celebrating your team. So whether it's someone's birthday or whether it is, I don't know, someone's passed a test or you know, they've passed an exam or, you know, maybe they're pregnant or, you know, they've had a baby or they're getting married, it doesn't really matter. It's all about celebrating your team, showing people you know that you support your team and how much they support you. And again, if you've got any job prospects or any apprenticeships, make sure that you share them and make sure that you show people, I guess you know, that you're supporting the local community and you want the local community to support you. Now, if I was Denston Hall, I would want to start understanding a bit more about, I guess, you know, like, you know, what's performing well, what's not in terms of social media. And what I can do is I can go into, go into insight summary. And what this does is this gives me insights into me. So this would be Denston Hall. So this gives me all of my followers, all of my posts, all of my engagement stats, how many posts I'm doing per day, engagements per post, engagements per post per day. It also gives me my best, my best post within this date range and then also gives me my calendar so I can view my own content calendar and go in and start scheduling based on that. But I also might have groups, so I might have created little groups of, I don't know, other butchers that I want to have a look at. Or it might be apprenticeships or colleges, for example, so that you can support them and then they're much more likely to then support you back. And what I can do is I can click there and choose those groups and anyone within those groups will start coming up and it will give me all of their followers, all of their posts, all that engagement, their posts per day. They will give me all their stats as well. And it means that I can really start to keep an eye on. So say it was other farms or other farm shops I could start to keep an eye on. You know that well, how many followers have they got versus me? How many posts are they doing per day versus me? What's their best post versus ours? Ours is on Twitter, theirs is on Instagram. You can really start to learn what's working and then you can also go in and view their calendar to start understanding what kind of content they're doing versus what you're doing. And it basically just gives you a really good view into what other people are doing in your industry. Now, if you've got any questions at all, please, as always, click on the little blue button. We love to help.
