In this commentary, the speaker explains how Pond Digital, a digital marketing agency, leverages behind-the-scenes "day‑in‑the‑life" reels to showcase its culture, work processes, and client interactions. By compiling short snippets of travel to a conference, networking, client meetings, and casual moments (e.g., a glass of wine), the agency creates an authentic window into its operations. The reel is posted on social media with relevant conference hashtags and tags, allowing the content to reach existing followers of the event and attract new prospective clients. The speaker highlights the strategic value of such content for brand positioning, credibility, and lead generation.
