How behind the scenes footage can give people insights into your business

Big Pond Digital uses behind-the-scenes reels to show their work culture, client meetings, and networking. They stitch short clips together with hashtags to attract potential clients, then track performance through a consolidated dashboard showing follower counts, engagement per post, ad spend, and top content.

Foreign. The scenes footage can give people insights into your business. This is big pond digital and as you can imagine, they are a digital marketing agency and they use social media very much to give, I guess, you know, like a little window into what they do, how they do it and obviously to attract people to want to work with them. Now what they've done here, I really, really like this. So this is a day in the life of a marketing agenc. So it's a sneak peek behind the scenes going on, I guess, you know, going on into what being a marketing agency entails. This is them traveling for a conference to meet some clients and do a bit of networking and let's have a look at what they did. So you get a bit of a feel for that there. They've created a reel out of lots of different tiny little snippets and images and videos of the entire day. Networking, going out, meeting clients, going to see people. So it gives a real feel for, I guess, you know, like how glamorous it is, you know, being a part of their agency. It shows you, you know, like basically, you know, that what they're enjoying a little glass of wine there at the end of it. And so it's saying hasht Iceland in 2023 was very busy. Ari made his way down to the conference last week and did a brilliant time meeting with clients, networking CEO again soon. So I guess it just shows you, you know, like I guess what they've been up to and gives a real insight into their, their agency and of course the type of clients that they might be working with as well. And by tagging in the or hashtagging the conference as well, then any of the businesses that were following that might be following them and then start attracting new people to them. So if I was these guys, I was wanting to look at my reporting and start to understand what's working for me and what's not at a glance because obviously they're digital marketing agencies so they need to be on top of their reporting. So I would go to the maybe platform, go to listening and go to insight Summary here they would click on their own business and at the click of a button they can easily toggle down and they can see their full conversation. So across all their social media channels they can view their insight. So a deep dive into their report and, and they can also view their ad spend. But the great thing is here they could see how many followers they've got across all of their platforms, the number of posts that they do across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram they can even start going into things like engagement, engagement per post. So that's understanding. If you're doing, say, I don't know, seven posts a day, and you're only getting maybe one or two or three engagements, then you know, are you doing too many posts, you're not doing enough. So it gets. Gives you, I guess, a kind of understanding very quickly of how you're performing so that you can have a chat to your team about it. And of course, you can view your calendar and their best post there as well, so they can start making more of the right content. Now, as always, if you've got any questions at all, click on the little blue button. We love to help.
