How creating strong video content can drive bookings via social media

A Baroco venue birthday video shows how personalized, phone-recorded footage drives bookings on social media. The key: candid moments, a custom greeting, and a clear caption explaining how to book. Strategic engagement with nearby businesses amplifies reach.

Foreign. Today, we're looking at how creating strong video content can drive bookings on social media. Now, this is Baroco, Wales. I'm going to show you the video and then we're going to talk about it. Okay. So as you can see, this is an amazing video that is all about showing off someone's birthday. So they are following them as they sort of come into the. Come into the venue. They're showing everybody enjoying themselves, having a good time, how welcoming it is. And it's just such an innovative way to show how good a party and celebration could be if you booked at this venue. So it shows, I guess, you know, the opening clip as well. You know, we're saying that Happy birthday, Jack, I think, is really lovely as well, because they created that one themselves and, you know, so they've really personalized it. So you kind of follow Jack's journey on his birthday. And as I say, it kind of shows, you know, a sample of what a party could look like. And the caption here clearly explains, you know, how you can book. There's so much detail, but ultimately it is the effort that they've gone into with the video and how to create, you know, really strong video content. And that's what's going to drive the bookings. But the caption basically just, just, I guess, adds to it. So, yeah, it's just a really great way of a venue showing off, you know, like, how good it would be. And. And actually, you know, not even, you know, you wouldn't even have to do this from a professional perspective. You could literally add that in as, you know, like on, you know, recorded on your phone as well. It's just someone walking around and taking video footage, clipping it all together and adding in the little personalization at the beginning as well. Now, if I was Broko, I would want to be really, I guess, engaging with other businesses in my area to drive more of the right local people to my feed. So what I would do is I would go to my maybe dashboard, I would go to Engage and go to Location. You would type it in. So say, I don't know, so say it was in Cardiff or something like that. So you would type in Cardiff and then in there. You would then go to local. So I'll go to Local. And then what comes up is all of the businesses in, say, Cardiff or whatever the venue is that has strong engagement on social media. So I would be liking it, I would be commenting on it, because guess what, if they're going to this boutique or they're going to this creative shop and then they live locally, then they might also be interested in coming to your venue as well. Now, as always, if you've got any questions, click on the little blue button. We love to help.
