In this presentation, the speaker analyses a thank‑you video created for the Cotswold Cup held at Banbury Castle. The video publicly thanks the events team, volunteers, officials, and sponsors, and tags the relevant partners. The speaker explains why such public gratitude is valuable for B2B marketing: it showcases partnership strength, highlights supplier performance, and encourages reciprocal appreciation. The video also generated a flood of positive comments from attendees, reinforcing community goodwill and increasing engagement. The speaker concludes with a practical recommendation: whenever you have someone to thank on social media, do it openly and tag them to maximise reach and relationship building.

Foreign. Looking at how gratitude can help connect on social media. This is here, as you can see, the Cotswold cup and here they've done a little video. So we're going to watch the video and then we're going to have a chat about it. So here, as you can see, what's happened is this is them saying, what a weekend at beautiful Banbury Castle. Hats off to the Musketeer events team who are tagged in, who are some of the best in the business when it comes to putting on top class events. They're talking about how grateful they are to giving them a chance to run one of the most fabulous eventing venues in the country again this season. Huge, huge thank you to all the volunteers and officials that gave up their weekends to head to Bambity. We couldn't run the series without the support of so many incredible people. And then there's the list of sponsors. Now this is basically the Cotswold cup and this is them thanking everybody that got involved in particular the events team who they're, you know, obviously giving a massive shout out to. But there's something about this, it's a great way to show that show A how they can partner with people, B, it shows, it shows that they thank their suppliers and I think showing gratitude to your suppliers who've done a good job is huge when it comes to B2B sort of marketing and business. And also it kind of gets people, you know, like chatting. As you can see people saying here, thank you for a well organized and friendly event, beautiful location, thank you to the whole team. It was super helpful. Lots and lots of people commenting on just how incredible it was. People are very, very pleased with how thankful and how thankful, I guess, you know, the team are, which has made people equally as thank. So I think, you know, gratitude breeze, gratitude when it comes to social media, if you've got anyone to thank, make sure you do it and make sure you tag them in.
