In this instructional video, the presenter explains how construction firms can use social media, particularly Instagram, to showcase team spirit and strengthen their brand. Using Balfour Beatty as a case study, she describes a carousel post that highlighted three award‑winning female employees, noting the positive reactions from the team and external businesses, and how such content signals a progressive, people‑focused company. She then walks through a social‑media‑management dashboard, outlining features such as content scheduling, comment and mention monitoring, ad organization, weekly best‑post identification, competitor benchmarking, follower and engagement analytics, and an AI‑driven hashtag generator. The video concludes with a call‑to‑action to contact support for further help.

Foreign. Today we're looking at how to show team spirit through your social media. This is Bell for Beatty and they use Instagram very much as a way of showing, you know, the different kinds of work that they do all around the country. And in particular, they like to show off their team, as you can see here. And one of the things that they did recently was they put up this, which is a post with a little carousel showing them at an awards ceremony which. And as you can see here, it says three of our fantastic female employees were recognized for their valuable contributions to the construction industry at the. And the tagged in the awards last week. And then they've gone into lots of detail there about why they are. They're so great at what they've done. And I think it just really fosters that kind of like, team spirit. You can see how happy all the ladies are, how happy all the rest of the team are for them. So they feel, you know, really, really proud. And as you can see here, and lots of other businesses have commented to say, well done, well done, lad, well deserved here. Another landscaping company have commented as well, an events company. So it just shows you that people really buy into people, people buy from people. And by Balfour Beatty actually celebrating their team, showing that team spirit with a little carousel. And it really does just give you that kind of view of do you know what, that's a progressive company that celebrates the females in their workforce. And it naturally would make you much more interested in wanting to get to know them and understand them a little bit more. Now, if I was Balfour bt, one of the things that I'd want to do is I would want to make sure that I was 100% on top of my social media. Now going into maybe and going into the dashboard here, they can keep on top of everything. So they can keep on top of their content and including schedule it in, they can keep on top of any comments, mentions, they can engage with anybody who's engaged with them before and they can even start organizing their ads. And what they can do here, as you can see, is one of the best things, is that they can add themselves in here. So this would be their best post. So every week they'd be able to see what their best post was across all the channels and then they'd be able to compare them to anyone else. So literally any of the other, any of the other construction companies, they'd be able to do to start understanding what's working for them, what isn't. They can see their stats, they can see hashtags what's working for them. They can see how many followers they've got versus their competitor and then engagement. And the, the other great thing that they can do is they can start going in here and they can start to look at the AI tool as well. So even, like, if they're trying to discover what hashtags they should be using, they can click and the maybe AI system will generate all the hashtags that they need for their posts as well. Now, as always, if you've got any questions at all, click on the little blue button. We love to help.
