Polly Barnfield shows how a personal training studio used Instagram to introduce a new trainer with a warm welcome, clear role description, friendly photo, and custom hashtag. Posts like this humanize the business, let followers feel part of the team, and help potential customers connect with the actual people they'll work with.

Today we're going to talk about how to connect through social media, the people behind your business. Now, as you can see, this is true personal training studio and they're always on Instagram and they do a lot of really, really strong branded images and videos and they're always showing things like, you know, I guess you know how to, how to do certain exercises. They give some really good reviews and testimonials. However, what I wanted to do is talk about this post here. So this is a new member of the team and it's a really great new way to introduce the new personal trainer into the squad. And it creates a real feel that almost like you're part of the team as well. So here he is, a very, very warm welcome to our latest or newest member of the team. Look, you'll be joining the PT team saying where and then very much looking forward to getting to know all of the members and then the their own hashtag as well. And people have obviously responded. And I think what's great about it is that you've got kind of clear info about who he is and where he'll be working. And it's a nice, friendly, kind of happy photo to go alongside it. So it just clearly sort of welcomes him into the family fold, if you like, or the team, as they've put it. And potential customers understand a bit more about, you know, what he's got to offer and that there's a new member of the team that they might be able to work with. So it's a great way to kind of connect with people through social media. The kind of, I guess, you know, the people behind the business.
