In this instructional video, the presenter explains how a personal training studio can strengthen connections with customers by showcasing the people behind the business on social media. Using a concrete Instagram post as an example, she demonstrates how introducing a new personal trainer with a warm photo, clear bio, and personal hashtag creates a sense of community and informs potential clients about the trainer’s offerings. She then highlights the value of a comparative social‑media dashboard that lets the studio benchmark its performance against similar gyms, revealing which channels and content types are most effective. The video concludes with a brief call‑to‑action, inviting viewers to click a help button for further assistance.

Today we're going to talk about how to connect through social media, the people behind your business. Now, as you can see, this is true Personal Training Studio and they're always on Instagram and they do a lot of really, really strong branded images and videos and they're always showing things like, you know, I guess you know how to, how to do certain exercises. They give some really good reviews and testimonials. However, what I wanted to do is talk about this post here. So this is a new member of the team and it's a really great new way to introduce the new personal trainer into the squad. And it creates a real feel that almost like you're part of the team as well. So here he is, a very, very warm welcome to our latest or newest member of the team. Look, you'll be joining the PT team saying where and then very much looking forward to getting to know all of the members and then the. Their own hashtag as well. And people have obviously responded and I think what's great about it is that you've got kind of clear info about who he is and where he'll be working and it's a nice, friendly, kind of happy photo to go alongside it. So it just clearly sort of welcomes him into the family fold, if you like, or the team, as they've put it. And potential customers understand a bit more about, you know, what he's got to offer and that there's a new member of the team that they might be able to work with. So it's a great way to kind of connect with people through social media. The kind of, I guess the, you know, the people behind the business. Now, if I was true Personal Training studio and I would want to understand better how my social media is working for me. So I would go to my maybe dashboard. On the maybe dashboard there would be here. So it would be, it would be true personal training studio here on the left and then it would be literally like any other personal training studio or gym on the right so that they can compare, contrast, understand what, what's working for them, what's not, what channels they're using and really just start getting better at social media. And then as you can see underneath, they can start to understand more about, you know, their stats versus the, versus everyone else. They can start to look at what's working for them versus what's working for the other business and really just get to grips with how they are performing on social media. Now, as always, if you've got any questions at all, click on the little blue button. We love to help.
