In this video, the presenter explains how businesses can demonstrate a caring culture on social media to build trust with customers, using Perkbox’s employee‑recognition reel as a concrete example. Perkbox, a provider of employee perks, created a short video showing an employee receiving a compliment through their app, walking around visibly happy, and highlighting the company’s culture of daily recognition and an Employee Appreciation Day campaign. The presenter argues that showcasing such moments signals that the company values its staff, which in turn reassures client businesses that they are partnering with a supportive employer. He also recommends using social‑listening and insight tools to monitor the performance of this type of content and to replicate the approach for other brands seeking to convey a caring workplace culture.
