How to sum up what you do using social media

Learn to build a social media reel that states who you are, what you do, and what people should do next. HubSpot's example shows how to add hashtags and links. Then segment your audience by type, like bakers or cafés, and engage with their content regularly to build trust and get organic recommendations.

What you do on social media, There you go. That is HubSpot and they are a CRM system and I'm not going to play the music again, I'll just let you watch it. But as you can see, what they're saying is, hey, we're HubSpot CRM. We make easy to use tools to connect your teams and customers. We help millions of businesses grow better and follow us to learn more. I mean, could that be more simple? That is literally a guy sitting at his laptop. They've made that really easily through the likes of reels that would have taken them minutes to pull together. And it is just a really succinct way of saying this is who we are, this is what we do. Follow us to learn more. It is easy peasy and it's something that literally any business can do. And it's just a really good way to sum up very quickly what you do, how you do it, who you do it to, and then give a call to action. Now other ways that they could have boosted this would be again, extra hashtags. It would be maybe given a little bit of commentary on Facebook, you can leave a link. But to be fair, they're a big company, they don't necessarily have to do that. But it's just something to think about if you were going to do something like this yourself. Now if I was HubSpot, one of the things that I'd want to do is I would want to be going into, to create groups of people that I can engage with. So it might be lots of my customers, lots of people who are using HubSpot. And what I would do is create all the groups here on maybe so you would have say like maybe you might do it in terms of topics or, or sorry, categories if you like. So might be bakers, it might be cafes, things like that. You would add everybody into an individual group and then what you can do, you can engage with them all all at once. Now engaging with the groups basically means that you're constantly showing that as, you know, as their partner, if you like, or as their person of choice or their business of choice, you're constantly monitoring them, you're making sure you champion them and they're much likely more likely to recommend you. And it just builds up that sort of two way trust. Then what you do is all of their convers come up here. So basically any of the last posts that they've done and all you do is like them, you can comment on them, you can even repost them if you particularly want to. It's just a really lovely way of supporting your customers. Now, as always, if you've got any questions at all, click on the little blue button. We love to help.
