In this instructional video, Polly Barnfield demonstrates how the Maybe platform now captures Instagram Reels data alongside other social media posts in its Reports and Insights sections. She explains why reels are valuable—generating 67% more engagement than standard Instagram videos—and walks viewers through the Maybe dashboard, showing where reels appear under the Reports menu, how to filter by date and engagement, and how reels are displayed together with regular Instagram posts. The video highlights the ability to compare reel performance with other content, enabling businesses to identify top‑performing assets and refine their social strategy. Viewers are reminded to use the blue in‑app support button for 24/7 assistance and are directed to Maybe’s video hub for additional bite‑sized training on reels and other social media topics.

In this video we're going to look at how maybe collects the data for reels now in your reports and insights alongside your other posts. If you have any questions, please use the blue button inside. Maybe that's this one here, bottom right as it connects you to us 24 7. So reels are very popular. You won't have missed them on social media. In fact, the Instagram Reels feature generates 67 more engagement than standard Instagram videos. So it obviously could be argued that every business should therefore be posting them to connect with and engage their audience. And obviously like anything you post on social media, you obviously want to see what works best so you can do more of it. So excited to say that maybe now report on reels as well as your posts on social media across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. So you're reporting within maybe you can obviously look under reports. You've got your report, your ads, etc so you'll find your reels reporting either under your report or obviously if you're looking at insights just here, your fun reels included there too. But what we're going to have a look at here for the purpose of this video is we're going to have a look at your report under reports. And just here is obviously where you can see all the insights and reporting for your own accounts. And you can obviously pick what you want to look at by selecting options from the menus and the options down here on the left. So what I've got here is just a number of reports for maybe tech and we'll just have a look at a few examples of where you can see your reels. But basically what you will see is your reels posts are included alongside all of your other social media posts as well. So if we have a look at, we'll click into a couple of these just to find kind of how the reels show. But if you have a look for example under what maybe tech is saying obviously for Instagram, what we'll see here, I'll just take some of the other feeds out just so we can just see Instagram just here. But basically when you click through here and this is obviously to look at the most engaged posts on social, I'll expand the dates a little bit just so we can see a nice variation. What we'll see here is we will see our Instagram posts and our reels that we've posted too. So obviously it's good to see what's performing best across, you know, posts that you post to your Instagram feed and posts that you actually post to your reels. So this one here is a reel so you can see it's very much reported in amongst our other Instagram posts. And if I go back to your reports, we'll just click through on some more of the grass just so you can see where your reels actually appear. So what we'll do, we'll just have a look. This one just here and there you go once right at the top so you can see you've got, you've got all the posts on that particular day that I just clicked through for. And this one here is a reel. So obviously it's great to see what posts are performing best for you, how your reels are performing. So you can obviously decide what works best and do more of it. So I hope that's been useful.
