Today we're looking at how you can turn a negative into a positive on social media with really good content. This is magnificent, Stanley. It's an online printed and personalized clothing company. Their Instagram is a really engaged following, which is owed mainly down to their really excellent customer service and being very proactive on social media. Speaking in the first person here, this post is one of their best posts, and this is important news about red teas. So speaking in the first person, they explained that delivery timelines have been a bit of an issue. They ordered these teas back in June. They were running really low. And if you want one, you need to order it now because she can't get any more made by Christmas. So buy now if you want one. And then she's given lots of details about the size and recommended sizing down if your little one's petite. And then they've done all the tagging. I mean, honestly, it's a phenomenal post considering it's actually about something being a little bit late. So these. This image obviously would stop you in your tracks. She's ordered these teas from Portugal. She's ordered them a while ago. She's trying to promote it for Christmas stock, and she's saying she literally cannot get any more made in time for Christmas. Therefore, if you want them now, you have to buy them now. So what she's managed to do is considering lots of people wanted to order this and lots of people now can't. She's basically saying that there's finite stock. If you want to order the last few, you'll need to get them ordered now. She's managing to effectively say something's a little bit later than planned, but in the same post, create fear of missing out or FOMO by letting people know there's finite stock. So what this shows me is good, honest, proactive service directly from the business to the consumer is a tactic that any business should emulate. And also, even if there was nothing to do with the T shirts being, I don't know, being a little bit delayed or anything like that, for me, this shows that actually what we should be doing is we should be explaining to our customers things like, you know, having exceptional quality. We should be telling them, you know, that something maybe sizes up or sizes down, give them some detail and help them actually make some decisions about physically purchasing. But honestly, it's such a good. Such a good post because it really does show that. That kind of frenzied fear of missing that suddenly everybody would want to go and buy them as you can see there's been lots and lots of comments and people absolutely love them. So now we're going to look at the insight somebody because if I was magnificent Stanley, I would want to be having a look and really understanding and getting to grips with how I'm performing on social media. And I might even want to look at how some other brands and maybe products that I stalk are performing as well. So what I would do is I would go into maybe insights, listening, insight, summary and I can look here at my own. This would be magnificent Stanley. And then I can look at all of my followers, posts, engagements, posts per day and best posts. I can even view my own content calendar. And then in here I can go in, I can view my own conversation which shows all of my posts across all the social media channels. I can view my insights that goes into a really deep dive report on all of these items and I can even view my ads. I can start looking at reporting. But I also might want to compare against how some of the products that I promoting, for example, in my business are performing. So I would create a little group which literally you can add in here and they add business, create a group and then you can click here and then you can monitor all of the individual businesses and you can see what their followers are doing, how many posts they've got, how many engagements they've got. You can start going and basically understanding how you know the brands that you're, that you're representing in your business, how they're performing as well. Now if you've got any questions whatsoever, click on the little blue button. We love to help.
