Today we're looking at how using customer content can be the best way to drive engagement. This campsite is the ideal location for the adventurer, traveler to hike or climb in Snowdonia. This Instagram feed showcases a lot of different photography and a lot of it is actually from visitors and adventurers as they summit and explore the iconic location so the followers can be inspired and connect with one another. This post in particular had an amazing photo which was courtesy of someone who'd actually stayed at the campsite. And they have. The team here have reposted it on their feed and written a really lovely caption around it. What's great about this is how timely it is. So as you can see, it says it's last night. So this person here who they've tagged has clearly posted this tagged in the campsite. Then the campsite have seen it straight away and then they've reposted it and talking about last night's wild weather. So this just shows you that they are on top of their content. They're keeping keeping tabs on who's tagging them in and then they've reposted it straight away. So any business can do this. It's just about keeping on top of who's mentioning you and then ensuring that you tag them. So a great way to ensure that you're keeping on top of your content is actually on, is to schedule it all in and schedule it ahead of time so that you have time to be engaging in this sort of activity. So what you would do is you would go to content and go to your content calendar here. And then in your content calendar, what you can see is you can actually start to, you can monitor your paid ads, but then you can also start to add in posts. You can add them in for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and you can schedule them in throughout the whole week so you can see what's already been posted. And then you can also see what is coming up as well. And then you can start to monitor how each post is performing as well. Because you can see here, once they're posted, you can look at the previous week and you can also then here you can look at what you've got coming up. So to add in a post, you could just click and add post here. And then once you've added it in, you can start to create the content here. So you can add in any photo or video and you can make sure that it's on the right channel, channel as well. And then you just start typing, add in your hashtags and then you can click here to schedule in the post or add it to queue, or you can add it in for someone else to mark off. So it might be that, I don't know, a member of your team, for example, wants to post it and you want to sign it off, for example. Now, it's just a really good way for someone that's, you know, used to posting a lot of content to keep on top of it. Schedule all in. And then it means that, that they've got time to be able to spot any really good customer content, and they can go in and they can create some engagement and post on it in a more timely manner.
