Today we're looking at how using the right hashtags can drive the right people to your Instagram feed. This is Taxa accountants and they remain really professional throughout all their social media profile. As you can see, everything is all branded up and everything is designed for the end user. Now what they do is they always make sure that they use quite a confident and appropriate tone. And this will post in particular is all about, I guess, encouraging people to find a local accountant and it has good engagement on it. And this is likely to be laid at the feet, I guess, if they're consistency in messaging and tone because they always create a trust in their professionalism. However, although it got engagement for me, it's all about how they then drive new people to their feet because that's what this is all about. They want people to find other local accountants that they can trust and they want to I guess, be like the bridge the gap. So bridging between those two, so bridging between the customer and the accountant. And they do that through these hashtags. So it's London accountants, London accountant, UK business, UK accountants. So anybody, I guess any small business, I guess here, like this one who's looking to use an accountant anywhere in the uk, but then they also focus on East London as well, which is where they are based. They're based in Manor Park, Upton park, so they make sure they focus on that. And then again, if you're looking for an accountant, the likelihood is you might also be looking at your vat, your VAT returns, business tips, that kind of thing. So it's basically looking for any business that's looking for an accountant and their job is to link them up. So by doing this and then doing a post like this, it basically tells you, you know, if I'm following London accountants looking for an accountant, I would go in here, I then find them and go, great, so this is exactly what you want me to do, contact you today to get more information. Brilliant. So any business should be making sure that they keep on top of their hashtags and know the right hashtags to, to be driving the right people to their feed. Now if I was Teqsa, I would be going on to the baby platform, going on to engage and then I'd be going into groups because you can go in there, you can create a group. So it might be a group of accountants that you work with locally, for example, it might be that you, you just add them in here. So it would be, I don't know, to say accountant one, you simply add them in there and add in all of their. All of their social feeds, or it will pick up automatically, and then you turn that into a group. So for you, it would be accountants, but here I'm just going to pick bakers. And then in there, it would be choosing a lot of accountants that might be influential. So it might be ones that have good accounts, or it might be ones that you particularly want to work with. And then you can go in there and all of their feeds will start coming up for you, and you can start going and engaging, sharing, commenting, liking. And that's going to drive more of those accountants, for example, back to your feed, and more likely to get them to be sharing your content as well.
