Summer Holidays

Donna Callender shows social-media managers how to boost summer engagement with six case studies: ASDA's travel-insurance reel, Blackpool Council's free activities, Dunelm's influencer garden festival, Dogs Trust's pet workshops, and others. Key tactics include staff-centric content, clear headlines, local hashtags, and strong calls-to-action.

Good morning everybody. I hope you're all really well. My name is Donna Callender and I am here on this lovely sort of sunny, ish slash rainy Wednesday. And I am actually here today to talk about how brands are capitalizing on the summer holidays. So as we know, it is currently meant to be summer and I don't know where you are in the UK at the moment, but it has been raining and horrible for the last couple of weeks. So I'm hoping we eventually get some summer. However, what I'm going to talk to you guys about today is how brands have capitalized on the summer holidays and how they are talking about it on social media and then give you guys some ideas on how you might be able to do the same and kind of like break it down basically from the case studies. Oh, as always, if you've got any questions, just pop them in the Q and A. And because I'd love to hear your just what you think, if you have anything in particular you would like me to cover in the next couple of weeks, do let me know, of course, as well. But yeah, any questions, just fire through and I will come back to you. So what we're going to cover today is using staff in your content can make it more relatable. So we're going to talk about how a brand did that, keeping it simple because we need to using influencers and in all manners of influencers that can make things more relatable. How you can use images to sum up your captions, remembering that family means different things to different people during the summer. And so we're going to talk about that. And people need reminding, so never forget to remind them what you've got, what products you've got and they will come. So remember when you come onto the maybe platform, one of the biggest things that you can do is you can look at a comparison. And I know not everybody knows, I guess, you know, like they don't always have a direct competitor. That can be really, really tricky. So one of the things that we suggest people do is they go into the baby platform and they look at hashtags, they maybe look at hashtags. It might be for bakeries, it might be for butchers, it might be for, you know, a specific type of business, beauty business, for example, maybe nail bar. And that's a really good way of seeing, you know, the types of content that is coming up within your sector and then that way you can actually look and see. So you might not have a direct competitor, but there might be someone you Know, you might be Norfolk and you might have someone up at Glasgow that's doing something really, really well on social and you can learn from it. And equally you can see what kind of hashtags are being used by other people within your sector as well. And remember on maybe the other thing you can do is you can actually look at the best in sector. So we've now got a little section in there where you can actually choose a group and you can look at the best in shopping centres, the best in councils. So one of the best ways that you can prioritize in your channels is by learning from your competitors. So make sure that going in there and using some of those tools. And we do this because 79.1% of consumers in the UK spend over an hour on social media and 90% of businesses have active social media accounts, which still blows my mind because it's 20, 23 people. And so that's why we do this. So I come on here every single Wednesday, we have drop in sessions. We've got loads of great things that we do for you guys to get you guys more connected with your end user, aka your customers. Whether that's B2B or B2C maybe helps over 25,000 businesses get more out of social media. So you can, as I said, you can compare your business with any other business. You can use all the social media tools and insights to use social media more effectively. So literally our new AI system can help you write content, you can learn what your best posts were and why, and then you can start to build up your content from there. You can also access expert resources and training. So I'm here every Wednesday, we've got the rest of the team who are here every other day doing something similar, chatting to you guys about various topics. And we've also got amazing training resources as well in the, in the back end. Right, that's my spiel. I'm going to tell you all about what as I've been up to. So this is Azza, everyone knows who as it is, so I don't need to introduce you, but obviously supermarket and they are really good on content and the interesting thing with them and people always ask me, you know, what should we be doing or you know, which channel should be using on social media and ASDA use theirs very differently. So on Instagram, taking a quick look at this on Instagram, you'll see it's a lot of product related stuff and they also quite like doing kind of funny content. So it says, you know what your favorite Ice cream says about you. And so that's kind of really taggable kind of content. But on Facebook, they literally just use their Facebook page to shout out about their staff. So it's all about their team, all about, you know, great things that they've done. You know, someone used a defibrillator last week and save someone's life. That's amaz. Someone phoned a taxi for an elderly person. They use that so they understand how their target demographic works and they use the channels accordingly. Now this is something that they've been for the summer holidays and I'm just going to show you guys and then we'll talk about it. Okay? So here, what they've done is when you start your annual, when your annual leave starts tomorrow, travel insurance sorted. And then this is, this lady is in their office and she is just being booking her travel insurance through them and sitting there in her inflatable unicorn, her hat, I mean, looking hilarious, let's face it, right? But she clearly holiday ready going on holiday tomorrow. The idea on annual leave. Oh my goodness, we completely forgot about travel insurance. Oh my goodness. I didn't even know as I did travel insurance. So what they're trying to do is trying to capture your attention with obviously the image which is fun. So I would have assumed from that that they were promoting, you know, their poops stuff. You know, like, you know, pack this new suitcase, take it with you. I would have assumed it was that. But actually it says, turns out inflatables aren't part of the office dress code. And then they've done an eye roll. Even more reason to get that sunny getaway sorted and covered with our handy travel insurance. Also get 10% of our award winning travel cover. We use this promo code and up to three kids go free per adult holiday mode activated. And then they've done the T's and C's. And so I think what's really good about that is they've captured my attention with the real. So I again genuinely would have assumed that was promoting their products and it wasn't. I had no idea that they did travel insurance. Now I do. That's great. Then they have got our attention even more with, you know, a fun caption. You know, turns out inflatables aren't even part of the office dress code. That's just funny. Even more reason to get it sorted. I would have probably separated that so that it's not just one big paragraph because when you are scrolling through you only really get the top little bit. So you Kind of want a headline. You want something quite strong there. So I would have literally said, travel insurance sorted or something like that, just so that again, I know. Oh, great, great. You know, the. The caption correlates, or the headline, if you like, correlates with the real. But it's a really good. It's a really good caption because it kind of sums it up. And knowing that three kids go free per adult, that's brilliant. And they've done some emojis, they've kept it really light, but I just. I really, really liked it because it's something a little bit different from asda. They don't do it very often. They've used their team members. There's something a bit of fun and you can use the reflection of the person filming it in the background there. They've used this as an audio, which, again, you can save if you want to use that audio yourself. And it's all there. So, yeah, travel insurance as the summer holidays. So basically, they're using the reel to capture where people are at that holiday mindset. They've used it to draw me in and they've told me to do a thing to book travel insurance. Again. Another thing that I would have added in there is how. So I would have said go to our website or, I don't know, go into your local store, something like that. So again, if you want people to do a thing, make it as easy for them as possible. So say link in bio, something like that. If it's on Instagram, obviously, on Facebook, you can do a link. So back to the webinar. Clicked on the wrong thing there, guys. Right, so next thing, it's a council. Love talking about councils on here because I think councils get a really bad reputation for having, I guess, quite, you know, dry social media content sometimes. And the reason why is because generally, you know, you've got to tell us about all the hard stuff. Like, you know, the bins collection has been changed, so that's going to create a lot of issues. I don't know, there's a road closure, you know, stuff like that. So generally speaking, you know, you know, councils get quite a hard rep, quite a bad rep when it comes to social. But actually, there's a lot. There's a lot of councils that smash it on social and do really, really well with the rest of it. So I just wanted to show you this one. It is really, really simple and that's the reason why I wanted to show you. So here it does what it says on the 10 it is literally free summer activities with the little kind of like, fun winky emoji and the sun. It's the summer holidays. There's tons to do in Blackpool this summer. We've created a handy list of some of the great events and activities happening during the summer holidays, all of which are free. Keep the kids busy during the break with a range of sessions from swim and sports to crafting and storytelling, plus loads more on offer. And find our calendar here with the link. So the reason why I'm showing you this, and you're probably like, how's that really good content? It's. The point is it is capturing my attention because who are they targeting here? They're targeting parents who are on holiday. Everyone's penny pinching at the moment, everyone's struggling for cash. You know, we're, you know, tough economic times at the moment. So they want us to know that there are three things that the council are putting on for kids in the. So come on here and take advantage of it. So they want to keep people in the area, they want to keep people happy, they want to keep businesses going as well. Because obviously, you know, if you go into one of these activities, naturally you'll buy a tea and a coffee and blah, blah, blah. But that's. That's what's great about it. They've kept it simple. So sometimes it is just about being simple, just telling me exactly what it is you want me to do. They've given me the link, they've captured it with free stomach activity. So I know exactly what's going on. They've put in some fun emojis, which is always really cute and does capture people's attention. And then they've done, you know, there's tons to do, they've created a handy list. And again, if you've not done something that is near a council that's watching, why not? You know that if you have. Even if you're not putting anything on yourself, if you just have a look at what's going on in your area, and again, a good way of doing that is actually going on to the maybe platform and going on to location. So you can literally go into location on black. If it's choose Blackpool and then you see everyone's content that's being put up, so you'd actually be able to really easily collate and create a list of all the great stuff that's going on in your area for. For the summer. So if you haven't got one already, obviously, and then if you have got one Already, this is how to promote it. It's as simple as that. Pop it on your Facebook page, get it on your Instagram, send it out in an email and people will come. But yeah, just keep, keep your captions really, really simple. Everyone's looking for something free to do with kids over the holidays. It captures my attention. It's it, it. And then it gives me a really, really clear call to action. It's just taking a little second. There we go. This completely different. So this is donelm. Dunelm do really good social media. And that is because they really understand their customer. They understand what makes them work, what makes them tick. And they're pretty good on the collaborations as well. Now, I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday about exactly this, about collaborations. Now, a lot of people worry about using influencers because the idea is obviously you're asking somebody who's got a big following to promote your product. Now do you gift it as in, you know, send them the product, for example, or the activity as a freebie and hope that they will review it, for example, or do you pay them as a contract to do, say, I don't know, x amount of stories, X amount of Instagram posts, etc. So there's ways of doing it and there's micro influencers that you know, would just do something for a gift, for example, and then there's huge influences. You would have to be thousands of pounds. Now, I don't know which one Daniel have gone for here. However, they have worked with people who, I guess, who their end user would identify with. So it's thinking about who your target audience is and who would they be following, who would they be interested in, you know, who would they identify with with and then working with those. And as I say, there's various ways of working with influencers equally. You don't have to just work with a traditional influencer. So say I am, you are a shopping center, for example. It could be something to do with, you know, the event that you're putting on. We were talking the other day about Comic Con. Say we're putting on a Comic Con event. It could actually be that you are looking for a child that has someone that I guess is mega, mega into all things Comic Con and they do a bit of a social media takeover. You know, there's ways and means of doing it without having traditional influencers. However, I digress. This is Dunelm and they are going all out for the summer holiday season. So let's have a wee look and then we'll talk about it.
Looking forward to, but slightly worried about how you're going to entertain your kids for the whole six week holidays. Yeah, me too. One easy way to entertain them. Tell your kids you're doing a festival at home. I don't know about you but my bladder is not up to festival levels anymore. So, yeah, kids got a bit of FOMO about their friends going to Best fall and all these other cool things. But what's better than a festival with all your mates? A festival at home in your garden. Yeah. Get them to help with the setup. Let them name it. Melania's gone for Kid Cella. She made a sign. Loves it. And then snacks, obviously. Look at these individual trays they've got. They were having at the time of their lives. And then we went for some garden games again. Get them to help you set up this bit of lawn croquet with some cartwheels added in as every 7 year old likes to. I won naturally. Then a bit of dancing and a bit of rounders. We put some tunes on and had such a fun day just hanging out in our garden. One of us had a little bit too much fun, as you can see. And then the good thing about this setup is then they go to bed and you can sit in it at night time. Look at that, it's beautiful. Strongly recommend doing a mini festival in your garden. Looking forward to.
So this is brilliant in a hundred different ways. So here, this is obviously an influencer and what they've done is they wanted to promote their garden products and so Danelle wanted to promote the garden products. They want to, they want to sort of identify with and work with people who are going to identify with an end user. Their end user for their garden stuff is going to be families. Families need something to do over the summer. So if you can't afford to go to a festival because, I mean festivals are expensive. Can't afford to do something like that. And also, you know, you could, you know, on an average Monday afternoon you're going to have to do something to entertain the kids. You could do something like this. So it is a genius idea. Honestly, I actually might steal it myself for my 5 year old. It's a genius idea first of all. But second of all, it's an amazing way of showing your products. So kind of play in the background while we talk about it.
Slightly worried about how you're going to entertain each other.
I'm just going to put on mute. Lovely lady. So here you've got Coachella. Who. So Coachella is obviously massive Massive festival over the pond. So here she says, Claude's gaffer brings the fun with her very own garden festival. Kitchella. We have a sneaky feeling this is going to keep all the family entertained during summer holidays. And then these are all the feature products. So immediately I'm going, that bunting's really cute. Oh, great. It's only 17 quid. There's, you know, mesh solar lighting. That's only £9. That's brilliant. Okay, I need some of that in my life. You would be going through all of this stuff and if you had to actually add it up, it's a hell of a lot cheaper than obviously going to a festival. And you can create it at home. And you've got it at home for life, that you got it. So I think what is really, really about this is the fact that it is showing off all of their products. It is the end user using them, AKA families using them. It is meeting people where they are, which is, you know, people are struggling a little bit for cash. So, you know, it's showing them that they can save money by doing things at home and that, you know, their garden can look great while they're doing it. It is meeting people where they are in terms of people needing to entertain their kids at home. It does all of the things. So it is identifiable, it's. It is empathetic, it is funny, because she's obviously funny and she's got quite a dry sense of humor, which always works well, especially with parents. So it is the perfect collaboration. So when you're thinking about content and you might be thinking about doing any kind of collaborations to show off your products, think of this. This is a genius way of doing it. And again, something like this wouldn't cross the earth equally. If you don't want to do a collaboration, why not do something like this with a member of your team? Think about, you know, activities that kids can do at home. Think about Quizz, think about, you know, like, anything that I guess that you can do to add value for your customers on social media will reap dividends on the other side. So, yeah, it's just such a good way of showing off their products. Okay, so then we've got Highfield Adventure Playground. So we click and see. So again, I've gone for keeping it simple on this one. So I want to show you the different ways of doing it, guys, because not everybody has a marketing department. Not everyone is able to go and pay an influencer to do stuff, right? So this is an adventure playground. And what They've done here is this Summer at the Playground. Summer holiday activities start from the 25th of July. They're all free, there's no need to book. Just turn up so few things. They've gone crazy on the emojis, which obviously capture your attention. Anyway, everything's all in cap, so you're like, wow, right, okay. In my face. That headline has captured my attention. So it's all about that caption. Then the hashtags. These are all the hashtags that anybody would be following looking for stuff today. So here you've got Sheffield super, you've got Sheffield Healthy Holidays, summer activities, and you've obviously got the playground itself. So they've used local hashtags, which people are going to be looking for things to do. And then they've used all the summer holiday activities as well. Well, for people who are looking for things to do within the area as well. But actually it's the image, so very, very different to what the council did. The council, if you remember, did a little image, just, you know, it was kind of like quite a general image of people looking very, very happy in a park. And this is an image of every of loads of great activities that's going on. So straight away, I look at that and go, brilliant. My kid would love, I don't know, dance. My nephew might like the photography and film workshop. Great. And then I would then want to, to. To share that on my Facebook page with other people so that I can be that mom. Because, let's face, everyone wants to be the mum or the dad or the someone who's in the know, someone that's sharing all this great stuff. So they've collated it all and then they've put all the details in. So, I mean, this is what I mean by keeping it simple. Sometimes it is just about keeping it simple. You can do things like this on Canva, literally go onto Canva, they'll have a template for this. And then it's just putting the pictures in, putting the detail in. And you can see there. So it's had like 30 shares. And then someone said, my girls would be happy to join all these activities and especially the dancing with the Cherokee dancers. So it's. It's just such a checkery, but it's just such a really good way of. Of, I guess, pulling together a bunch of things that everybody needs to know about, putting it all in one place. Just great. Really, really well, well done. This is a dog's trust. And again, you wouldn't necessarily think about what these guys are up to particularly would you for, you know, the summer holidays. But I think it's important to remember that family means something different to everyone. So the summer holidays obviously generally speaking is about kids because you know families, because you know, like the kids are off school but equally is thinking about, well, who else is in your family. And actually a lot of that's the pets and this is the dogs. So here you've got, they're actually putting on free summer holiday workshops for families. They've done the link there so that I know then I can go and book it and find out more. And then they've done the details. So the face to face workshops are packed with engaging dog related games and activities. They're designed to teach children how to stay safe around dogs when out and about and how to behave around their own dogs so their furry friends feel safe and comfortable with them. So if you've got children 7 to 11, click on the link to learn more and get booked onto a session near you. So it's brilliant because I just wouldn't have thought about it, you know, like if you're looking for things to do, if you've got a dog and kids and things normally you think about, okay, I'll find a park, I'll find the woods, that kind of thing. So I think what's really lovely is that, you know, there's a charity, they're putting on something for free and it's about promoting, you know, being safe around animals, being looking after your dogs better. They appreciate that dogs are obviously a massive family member so they're capitalizing on the summer holidays and in doing that they're naturally going to be raising awareness of what they do. So it might be that a dog gets rehomed, it might be that people are more inclined to donate. That's a 36 shares. That's brilliant. 113 engagements, which is more than quite a lot of their other Facebook posts. So I think when you are thinking about the summer holidays, don't you don't always have to think traditionally it might even be that you're a cafe deli and you do dog friendly things. The dogs are all part of, you know, everyone's family. I mean my dog certainly is. And so think about how the other members of the family all fit into the summer holidays. When you're thinking about how you can capitalise on it, it might be local dog walking routes, it might be doggy meetups, things like that. Oh, the other thing to think about with regards to that, actually, while I'm on that subject is that again, not all kids are looked after by their parents. So when you're thinking about the content, think about the fact that grandparents look after the kids, aunties, uncles, things like that. So when you're not everything is designed to be aimed at parents. You remember that, you know, a lot of people are very lucky and they've got family members that can, you know, that can get involved and help out over the summer. Babysitters, nannies, you know, like whoever. So just think about your content. Not everything has to be aimed at like a traditional mum and dad sort of setting. And then this, this is just, it's really, really cute. So this is Dottie's Doodles. I think it is Dottie's Doodles. Yes, it's Dottie's Doodle Doodles. And basically as you can see, they make really, really super cute personalized kids items. So they've got like their little backpacks there, they've got little bottles. They're really, really cute. My daughter would love these. And what they've done here is thank you so much for your orders last night. When Back to School launched, if you've got a little one starting in September, now is the perfect time to choose their things. Please help a small business out by liking commenting Sharing this post. Your support is so appreciated. This is fantastic. It's fantastic because if you look at the timing, so that was done on July 1, thinking about it, that would have been, you know, let's say just after half term people go back to school. But I mean I, I, I was, I mean I know what I was doing in July and I was thinking about, oh my goodness, the summer holidays are upon me. I was thinking about that. I wasn't anywhere near thinking about uniforms or anything like that. But actually now we're getting into into August, people are 100%. They're all thinking about uniforms, they're thinking about the cost of it, they're thinking about shoes, they're thinking about bags, pencil cases, all the things as well as stuff to entertain the kids with during the summer holidays. You're thinking ahead. So now is the right time to remind people of what you sell and what you do. If it's anything that they can use for Back to school. Think about it. It might be you are a barber and you want to promote the fact that you do kids haircuts. Great. Same with hairdressers. Brilliant. Get booked in for your school, you know, your priests going to school, you know, hair so that you don't miss out. That Kind of thing. Let people have that fear of missing out and know that they need to pre book. Because I would, I would book in Grace, my daughter now, now I would book her in for say, you know, the end of August so that I know that she's definitely getting done. Which reminds me, I probably need to. But it is, this is the great way of doing it, is reminding people to think that, you know, they're thinking ahead. Reminding people that they've got to do these things, they've got to get it sorted. So it is just a lovely way of reminding people what you do and reminding people when they need it, if that makes any sense. So what I also really liked was the thank you you. That was really nice. It was very personal and came it very felt very heartfelt. I also really like the fact that they're open about being, you know, really small indie business. And please help us out by liking, commenting and sharing this post. Your post, your support is so appreciated. Again, that's lovely. Now, ways to elevate that. If you're watching Dossies and Doodles or anyone else who's a small independent business, hashtags, use the hashtags. I know that they've done it down, further down, but make sure that you use them from the beginning. So you're allowed up to what, 30 hashtags. Make sure that you go nuts on the hashtags on this one. Because especially if you're an independent business. So here they've done first day at school, personalized school bag, personalized book bag, Pandemic baby. I suppose so. Born in 2019. Born in 2020. Now, I don't know where Dottie Zoodle's based. I would have gone crazy on the local hashtags because again, local businesses, local people want to support a local business. So I would have done that. And I would also think about things like the more traditional back to school, starting school, back to school. You could even tag in some of the local schools if you really wanted to. You could tag them in to say, you know, like, you know, support an independent business. You could take this, make sure that you're sharing, if you do it on Facebook, make sure you're sharing it in every single local community group because there's loads of mum groups. I know that. Like where I live in Aylesbury, there there's a mums group that has something like, like, I don't know, it's like 8, 000 people or something. 8,000 mums in there. They would all want to support a business like this and I know that they would go crazy for these bags, but they don't know unless you go in and promote it and you go in and share it. So. And you don't know to find it unless you really use the great hashtags. Hashtags are all about sign posting people to you and then tagging makes people. Obviously I get an alert that there's a post and I've been tagged in it, then I'm more likely to share it it. So think about tagging your hashtags when you're doing this. But I really, really like it. I think what's lovely is that it's just personal, it's from the heart. It's clearly, you know, one of our kids or something like that. That's. That's in the picture. It's really, really sweet. So I think it's just thinking about not just the summer holidays and what people are doing over summer. Think about back to school already because honestly, people are. And people are already planning what they're going to do. So I'm definitely going to bookmark this because I. I absolutely love this little brand. It's very cute, right? We just find my webinar there. We are so thinking about that. Obviously, one of the things that we do on maybe is we have integrated this, which you're about to see, and this is the social media content inspiration calendar and we've integrated it with maybe. So when you go in and you're scheduling in your content content, you can actually now see all of the national days that are coming up. And the reason why we talk about national days if you've never used them before is because it's a topic of conversation. You get national dog Day, national bring your kid to work Day, you get national diabetes awareness Week, all those kind of things. And so it usually creates a topic of conversation that lots of people are engaged in about a thing. So it's about, it's about a thing, that's all. And one of the things that most businesses say to me is I don't know what to do about my content. I don't know how to plan in my content. Not sure what to do. This is how if you're really struggling for what to say or what to talk about or what to do, you know, if you never done a real before and you don't know what to do if you're first real, use this as like a bit of inspiration because that's what it's designed for. So let's have a look at September. They're brilliant one. So September the first is organic. September 2023. Then what we've done is we've also put some content in there for you. So it's an aim to raise awareness of organic process products, brands, producers and farmers who bring them to us in the uk. That is brilliant. So if you do anything organic, promote it using that hashtag, promote it. You know, maybe you're going to do a pure organic menu. Maybe you only get things from organic producers. Maybe your entire ethos, your entire business is made up of everything being organic. Or maybe it's just something you're passionate about and you want to talk about. So that is a great one for anybody that does anything organic, Nick, then you've got. Let me have a look. Let's see. International Day of Charity. Now that's brilliant. So it says it's part of the United nations agenda. The UN has recognized the importance of eradicating poverty in all forms. So basically, it's a global challenge to promote sort of global solidarity. So essentially, International Day of Charity. I mean, there's so many different things that you could do. It could be that you have an event on, on that day. It might be that you get, you know, if you're a council, you got all the charities in your area together to do something. It might be that you do some kind of challenge as a business to do something on that day. It's a really, really good one. And then actually, next to that, which I love, is National Read A Book Day. So again, it might be that your school, it might be that you are a bookshop, it might be that you are a library, or indeed, it might be that your coffee shop and you've got one of those little book corners. Take some content. If you, you know, someone there, someone's sitting there, maybe the day before with it, you know, it might be one of those little swap bookshelves, it might be that you haven't done that yet and you want to introduce it. It's great. You know, so if someone sitting, having a coffee and a donut and they want to sit and read a book, then, you know, that's a really good way of introducing it. So think about. The idea is, is that these are, these are just ideas. They are, you know, these are things that people are going to be talking about at a particular point in time. And then I'm looking at that straight away and going, oh, I could do this with this. I could do this with this business, that kind of thing. So, you know, it's just a really good way of sparking some ideas for your content. Okay, so remember, we do this day in and day out and we want to help you. So on a Monday you can learn how to use. Maybe on a Tuesday you've got the social media basics. So you know basically all the basics of social. Wednesday you've got maybe me. Thursday you've got ads for beginners. So it is literally how to set up an ad campaign, how does it work, that kind of thing. Friday, advanced ads. So again, that's more, you know, if you've already done, say Facebook ads or Instagram ads or something like that and you want to learn more, then that's a great time to go on. And it's a webinar just like this where, you know, you can interact and always on. So there's lots of on demand training. So if I've covered anything and you're going, not quite sure what that is, or she mentioned, I don't know, hashtags and I don't know how to use them, click in there, put in the little blue button at the bottom of your screen and maybe ask it a question. It will come back to you with either blog, set you up with training or even the AI will start developing content for you. There's loads of great stuff in there. And remember also the rest of the tools you can schedule, you can do your advertising from there, you can report from there and of course you can learn from any other competitor as well. So the key takeaways for me, get your team involved in the fun. Can really help your engagements. Think Asda, think. That was so. So, you know, it's just banging on some products really and going with the camera. But it caught my attention, raised awareness of the fact that they do travel insurance. I didn't know that they did. So brilliant. Really good way of doing it and getting your titles and your captions right. So think about a newspaper, headlines. Think about, you know, the Blackpool Council when they said that they, you know, it's free kids activities that, that would have caught my attention as a parent. I straight away, I'm going log, you know, you've, I've locked in. I know exactly what I want. I want to go in there, I want to download the calendar, you know, that kind of thing. So capture people's attention, think like a newspaper. What would capture my attention. Collaborate where possible, whether that's with influencers or other businesses or indeed, you know, even just through your team and use content that meets people where they are. So thinking about it's people Are maybe, you know, like struggling a bit for money. They need something to do with the kids over the, over the summer. Think about anything you could do. Top tips. Think about that little mini garden festival. It was really cute. Meet people where they are. Make sure your image sums up everything if you're running an event. So thinking again, like the playground, they literally had, you know, the full running order in the image. So I knew straight away and I would have more likely to have tagged in friends on Facebook and they would have seen it at a glance without having to go and actually go into say a website and download it. Remind, reminder, remind. So even if you feel that, you know, September is miles away, it really isn't. When you are, say a parent and you're thinking about, about back to school stuff, you're thinking about the summer holidays. Think about that equally. It might be that you, your target market isn't parents and actually thinking about, well, you know, they're all probably going to go on holiday in September because they wanted to avoid the school holidays. So think about, you know, it the other way around and then just set up your account and get started guys, because this is what we do day in and day out and we want to help you. So make sure that you take advantage of all of the products and tools that are there at your disposal. And then tomorrow you'll get an email from us with the links on it to book for any of the training. You'll get some great social media inspiration from other case studies. You'll find out any great new things that we've built onto the platform. There's loads of good stuff in that email so keep an eye on it and that's it. So we help businesses get more out of social media. I hope that that was helpful, guys. And we are going to be back next Wednesday at 10 o' clock. But yeah, if you've not got any questions then I will let you get back to day, so have a lovely one.
