Top Posts

In this weekly "Top Posts" episode, Donna Callender walks viewers through the Maybe platform’s AI‑driven dashboard and demonstrates how to discover, analyze, and replicate the highest‑engagement social media posts across UK business sectors. She explains how the AI can instantly surface a brand’s top‑performing Instagram, Facebook and Twitter posts, and how that insight can inform future content planning. The episode then showcases a series of real‑world case studies – from Primark’s Barbie‑themed influencer reel, a restaurant’s pink Barbie‑night event, Nike’s "Goddess Awakened" dance campaign, a lingerie brand’s underwear‑flower bouquet, a local cheese shop’s live tasting, and a food‑porn breakfast bowl – highlighting tactics such as leveraging trending topics, strategic collaborations and tagging, creative product storytelling, live streaming, and high‑impact visual imagery. Donna also walks through the national‑days calendar integrated into Maybe, offering ideas for upcoming campaigns (e.g., World Alzheimer’s Month, Secondhand September, Tofu Day). Throughout she emphasizes actionable takeaways: use trends, step out of comfort zones, tag partners, add clear calls‑to‑action, and experiment with the AI tools. The video ends with a call to try Maybe’s 14‑day free trial, book training, and join weekly webinars.

Good morning, everybody. How are we on this lovely sunny Wednesday? Well, hopefully it's only where you guys are. My name is Donna Callender and I am here every week with maybe to give you guys lots of hint tip, hit hints, tips and insights into social media and how other brands do really, really well to learn from them and then to give you guys some ideas on how you could do the same yourself. Today, what we're doing is we're actually looking at top post. So what we do is we crunch the data for millions of businesses across the uk. We then pull together the best of the best and we actually do it by sector. So we look at different sectors, AKA shopping centers, councils, bakers, fashion retailers, and we crunch it down and we look at the most engaged businesses in a particular sector and then we pull that together in lovely lists for you guys so that essentially you guys can compare yourself to either a direct competitor or indeed specific. A specific sector, you can look at getting some inspiration. So everything from here is basically been taken from us looking at sectors and choosing what the best post was. And I'm going to tell you guys a little bit about why. So today what we're looking at is how using trending topics can help shape good content. We did talk a little bit about trends last week, but this is going to be very different. This is looking at, I guess, you know, the content side of things, or looking at how collaborating can be gold for reach, how stepping out of your comfort zone can make content even more clickable. And that's what it's all about. You want them to click on it and you want them to do the thing off the back of it. How going live can keep content going longer. And then we're talking about food, porn. We haven't talked about that in a while. Oh, it always wins. So we're going to look at why. Now, one of the things that we've been doing a lot of recently is we have been really working on our AI system. So when you go into the dashboard at the very top now, what happens is it gives you little prompts. So there's things from inspire me through to what are my best posts. Now, what I've done here is I have asked it. So the little AI. So when you click on what are my best posts? It comes up on the bottom right here. So in the little blue button, which is a little magic button. And what comes up this. So it says, I've clicked on it and said, tell me what my top posts are. And then the AI system goes comes back and tells me what they are. So it takes me into my content calendar, so here on the left and you can see all of my content. So you could see all of the content that maybe has scheduled and for the week ahead, you can look at the week previously and then I can compare that to any other competitor or any other business equally then if I'm looking at that and then I'm looking at here. So here are your top performing posts listed by platform, along with their links. I can very, very quickly, if anybod ask me how my social media is performing, not only can I look at the dashboard and give them like a really quick report, I can also dig in here and go, actually my best performing one was, I don't know, best Instagram post in the last three months. It was this one. It had X likes X comments and there's the link. Best Facebook one, best Twitter one, best Instagram post in the last seven days. It basically pulls together everything by, I guess the most engagement, breaks it down and then I've got a really quick snapshot and going, right, okay. Actually Instagram works really well, really well doing these types of posts. Brilliant. I can then look at the posts I've got scheduled in and then rejig it off the back of it. So it's so, so simple. So not only can you use the AI system to create content, it actually helps you analyze your content like literally at the touch of a button. So please feel free, go into, maybe have a little play around with the AI, because honestly, it is so, so clever and the more you do it, the more it learns. And I highly recommend it because this helped me then look at my content and went, right, okay, actually I should be focusing on X, Y and Z. So please go in and have a little bit of a play with it if you haven't already. And we do all of this because 79.1% of consumers in the UK spent over an hour on social media every day and only 90% have of businesses have active social media accounts. So we want to bridge that gap. We want to help you guys essentially get better at social, get stronger at social. So this is what we're here for. This is what we do. Every single week. We help over 25,000 businesses get more out of social media. So we look at ways to compare your social media performance with any other business. We give you all the tools and insights that you need to use social media more effectively. AKA where you can run your ads from there. You can learn about your ads from there. And you can schedule in your content basically all the tools that you would need and you get access to expert resources and training to help you communicate even more strongly better with your end user consumer. So there we go. Now we're going to get into the good stuff, guys. So if you have, I don't know, been hiding in a little cave for the last few weeks and you haven't heard that there's a massive Barbie film out just now, come out of your cave because there's a massive Barbie film out, you cannot move from buses to billboards, to TV to radio, to bus stops, to various sort of like random marketing techniques due to big brands getting involved. And of course social media, people have gone mad for Barbie. Now this is Primark. And because people have been going crazy for Barbie and I mean literally everyone in their mum is running around either dressing like Barbie, wearing pink like Barbie, all their Instagrams are all like covered in pink. Every single retailer has gone crazy with pink, pink, everything. Everyone's rebranded their Instagram accounts. Barbican Tube station was Barbie can. I mean, that is how crazy they've gone with their marketing. So don't get wrong, they've spent a lot of money on it. However, this isn't really about the Barbie film. This is about Primark. Barbie is the trends or the big topic of conversation going on at the moment. And Primark have gone, right, okay, how do we actually engage with this? So let's have a little look at what they did. Okay. Slightly annoying, but I absolutely love. So ignoring the voiceover. You can choose anything, by the way, but this is brilliant. So this is A day in the life as Barbie. So they've obviously chosen an influencer here. So she's done basically a little real and she's put on various outfits by Primark. They're all pink. And the idea is that it's a day in the life of Barbie. So you know all the fun things that she would be doing. So she's going to Pilates class here, she's going shopping here, she's on a date with Ken, she's having a pajama party. So it is just, I mean, honestly, when I say simple works, keeping it simple is the best thing in the world because anybody could do this and you don't have to think about Barbie to do this. But literally if you did a day in the life of. So say for example, your end user is, I don't know, a 35 year old dad who likes to keep fit, for example, but you know, has a full Time job. Then think about what a day in the life would look like. And then think about how your products and your associates fashion can, you know, show the different ways that human baby wear your products in a day. There's no difference between then that and then taking, you know, like the inspiration from something like Barbie. But if you haven't got on the Barbie train yet, I highly recommend getting on the Barbie train because everyone's talking about it. Everyone is like, you know, everyone's buying pink, everyone is Barbie. Everybody's going to see all the different films and they are wearing pink to go. So if you're selling any pink stock, you've got anything Barbie related, take some inspiration from what Primark done because it's so simple. Couple of things to remember Barbie the movie here. So you can literally click on this audio and Barbie the movie, there are Thousands. So there's 273,000 reels at the moment, all using this audio. And look at the variation. So everyone's using it from influencers to people with their kids, to nail bars to people that are doing events, to people that are doing like couples editions. It has gone viral. So if you're looking for any audios, you can literally go in and save that one if you want to or you can find other ones. But I just wanted to show you how to do that. So if you're looking to create your own reels, that's already there, like or loathe it is in there. Hi Barbie. Hi, Barbie. Equally, there's also this. I mean there's literally the Barbie song and then there's tons of other little songs and bits and bobs that are in there. So look for the audios to match what you're doing and you will be golden with this. Okay. I just want to show you that because it's sometimes it's quite hard to kind of see the wood of the tree, sometimes with Instagram and I just want to show you where you can find it. As you can see, it's gotten tons of engagement and brought the Barbie all in one. Love it. Yeah, people are loving it. So if you're not on the Barbie train yet, get on it because even this restaurant has gotten on it. This is amazing. So this, they've, these guys have gotten a huge amount of engagement off the back of this because what they did was they hosted a Barbie themed night. So here you go. It says, come on Barbie, let's go party. Which everyone knows is from the song. And to celebrate the release of the Barbie movie, we're Hosting the pinkest party ever. Going along with at models management, who provided some of the film starlets. And so they've got the date there, they've got the drink, Pink to wear pink. And prepare to step into your very own Barbie dream house with guests including models from the movie. There's a live DJ catwalk, two courses, Barbie Teenies, £35 per person and a la carte menu. DM to reserve a table, free bar entry. This is not a screening of the film because they've had to obviously make sure that people know that they're not screwing it. People have absolutely gone wild for this. So let's talk about. First of all, they've used the trend. The trend is Barbie. The big thing is Barbie. Everyone's talking about it, can't get away from it, so let's embrace it. They have themed up an area and basically created Barbie's dream house as an event space. They have got pink balloons everywhere, they've got a pink bathtub, they've got the feathers, they've got the Instagram area, which is basically having like, you know, a sex sexy cool mirror which you can take selfies in with your mates. Because they are a restaurant and have worked with the event company, they, they've gone all out. They equally have paid to have the models management or they've done some kind of partnership with them where people who've been provided to look like amazing Barbies or like Barbie friends in the movie have been brought in so that you can take, I imagine, take selfies with them and, you know, all that kind of thing to really make it feel like you're part of Barbie's dream house. So the image itself is the bit that captures you. It's the bit that makes you go, oh, this is all pink. This is incredible. I want to see what this is about. Then when you realize actually what they're doing. And then of course, they have tagged in, they've tagged in the business here, which is exactly what you should be doing. You should be tagging in the business. You should be who. Apologies, guys. I thought I had my phone on. Do not disturb. Clearly I do not. There we go. Apologies. So here you've got. They've tagged them in and they've got 97,000 followers themselves. And then what they've done is they've tagged in the models management there, they'll have a whole load of followers. So naturally when you do a collaboration, you're going to have that joined up reach. So it is the best way of really pushing it. Then you've got the drink, pink, wear pink. So you're telling them what to do, you're giving them all the detail, which is exactly what you should do do when you are really promoting your service, when you're really promoting something that you're doing, make sure you've got all the detail. And then you're telling them just to DM you. So that means you're taking that engagement back through to dm. So you're not even taking them back off Instagram, you're keeping them on Instagram, which clearly is where their clientele are. So when you're thinking about, I guess, how you can leverage trends, it isn't just by, I guess, you know, creating fun reels and things like that. You can use it to drive physical football. So think about that if you're going to do any theme nights, if you've got a pub quiz that you're doing, people have gone crazy for Barbie. So it might be Barbie, might be another film that's coming out, for example. But it's just a really good way of taking that inspiration and looking at, okay, who can we collaborate with? How can we work? How can we create the really cool space? Making sure that you've got an area where you can take selfies and things like that if it is something like this, because that's an absolute must. And then making sure that you've got all the detail in the post as well. This nothing to with Barbie, completely different, right? This is Nike and they are obviously an absolutely massive brand, Massive sportswear brand. They normally do a lot of athletic based posts. So here you can see most of the things that they do is very much focused on either women in sport, men in sport, it is kids, it is people of all nationalities, races and everything, all enjoying sports and in, I guess you know, their athletic wear. That's what it's for, is to promote their sportswear, to promote their sports. And obviously they do huge sponsorship deals, they do massive deals with massive brands and, and also do big collaborations with influencers, celebrities, etc. However, this is really different and this actually got them more engagement than quite a lot of that other posts. So here it says Goddess Awakened takes the stage in Paris, created and directed and choreographed and then the tagged in the person. She was joined by a collective of Nike athletes and partners to tell a story of feminine expression and style through the medium of dance. Awaken your goddess within. So this was a creative partnership to create this amazing show which was all geared around so to bringing together athletes and I Guess you know, dancers and like bringing that whole kind of like theme together to celebrate feminine expression and style through the medium of dance. So it is something really, really different for Nike. It's not something that they normally do. So naturally, if you see this image, you go, wow, what is this? I mean, look at that. It is beautiful as striking. Using a carousel is amazing because I'm immediately clicking through and wanting to find out more. It looks stunning and there you've got obviously the branding there, but it is gorgeous. Wow, it is powerful. So even just looking at those images, I don't even need to see the video. I am hooked and already interested. So everyone's gone. You know, where do we watch this? I can't wait to watch this. My favorite choreographer, creative genius. Where can we buy the stuff? So people are already looking at it off the back of it and going, how do we buy everything off the back of it? Amazing. Another chapter in your book, best part of being your niece. Oh, that's really sweet. You need to add the dancers and the credits. They worked hard. That is a very, very, very good point. You should also tag in and put in the credits. As many people involved in it. It should be about production. It should be about, you know, anybody you know, I don't know, like, it might be anybody who is involved. If it's not a show, it might just be in who's making your product. It might be all your local suppliers for. But always make sure you do include them. But I think what I like is that it's not only. It's not only shows off their products in a different life. It shows you more about what the company stands for and supports. This piece in particular is obviously about feminine expression. And given the quotes, awaken your inner goddess, it's a great way to attract and please their female following that's already there and attract new female following just by focusing on what this is. So, and of course the tagged in as many people as possible, but I do think they could have tagged in more. So I agree with that. But it's a really, really lovely way of showing how images, even though video is king most of the time, images can be really powerful. If you've got this kind of stunning photography, use it. But to me, it's about attracting new clientele separate away from your usual thing, but focusing very much on it on, you know, a certain demographic. So if you are doing anything like that, think about really honing in on what it is you're trying to do, who it is you're trying to attract, you know, the. The story you're trying to tell, the message you're trying to get. You make sure you get that kind of thing back. But, yeah, it's really, really powerful. So well done, Nike. I just want a reminder that all of these posts are from the top in each sector. So we've looked at fashion, we've looked at, obviously, sports and retail. We have looked at restaurants. So that is why this is how I found them. I'm not looking at, you know, the goddess awakening and I'm not looking at Barbie. These just happen to be the top posts on the day that I've looked at them within a sector. So if you're interested, get onto maybe and go on and have a look and see if you can find some of the. Some of this amazing content. Because, honestly, it is fantastic. Right? This is lounge underwear. This is. It's just really cute and I really, really like it. And it's so random and it just shows you the power of social media and how you can really have fun with it when you've got product. This is lounge underwear and they, funnily enough, sell underwear, as you can see, super sexy. All these beautiful, beautiful models and showing off how gorgeous they are in the lounge underwear. So generally that is what, you know, this is what their Instagram's all about. Just beautiful, sexy, amazing. This completely different. And I just love it. So what they've done is they've had their little bouquet of flowers created out of, basically out of the knickers, really, like so of the underwear. You can see the lines, which I think is really cute, but it is, it is really simple, it's really sweet, it's really fun. Here we go. And then it shows you how to do it. Doesn't have any sound, so you are. It sees you, her rolling them up. There you go. That's step one. Adding it on. And then, then this is what it looks like altogether. So, I mean, right, what is the likelihood of me or you going away and taking a bunch of underwear and then turning into a floral display? I mean, it's highly unlikely, right? But 100 points for creativity. Loads and loads of points for catching my attention on social media, because it certainly does. And there's a reason why that's a top post in that sector. But what I really like is those blooming, gorgeous blossom bouquets. And from now on, the only bouquets we will be accepting swipe to see how you create them or maybe a gorgeous gift for someone else and people have really loved it. Look how Cute. We need a tutorial of how to do this. That's what they did. My dog chewed through my Gabriella thong. Too much washing for one person, unfortunately. Can I get it replaced without buying the entire set? Well done, marketing team. That's what this is, right? It is clever marketing. It's promoting something that they have is basically their basics. It's their bits and bobs and they've just found a different way of creating it. Someone has sat there, they've sat around a table and gone, what Instagram content can we create to get some more engagement? I know, let's turn knickers into. Okay, so what it's, it's. To me, it is testament for what can be achieved on social media if you get a five minutes to just do a bit of a brainstorm with somebody else. So get together, have a chat, think about your products and think about, you know, what does it remind you of? What can you. What can you create? Is it to do with crafting? Can you show, you know, you putting something together? Can you give. It's really all about inspiration. It's having a bit of fun and it's more likely to get people to tag in. So that's what this is. It's not really about selling, it's about promoting what they already have and capturing attention in a different way. And that's the stop scroll effect. So if I'm sitting, looking through, I'd look at that and go, that's not flowers. What on earth is that? And I'm much more likely to then click and then have a look at what she's done. Am I likely to make it personally? Probably not. But am I now interested in their brand off the back of it? 100%. So that's the way to look at these things, guys, is thinking about inspiration. It's thinking about what would stop you schooling. Don't get me wrong, as much as these amazing ladies would 100% stop you schooling, it's all the same, if that makes any sense. This is the interrupter post. This is the bit that would go, oh, what's that? So, yeah, it's just a little extra one there for you. This could not be any different. I just like, I just love it. Right. I'm just. We're going to go into it and we'll discuss it. This is about going live and it is fun. And this is a local independent cheese shop. So they're just having a WeChat here. Right. Okay. You get the gist of what this amazing, amazing couple have done. Now, I'm not gonna lie. I want to bring these guys on and interview them because I absolutely love them. So this is local cheese shop and they went live to host a cheese tasting event. If you. I. I don't know how. How to describe it. Right. This is gold. Please go on and watch this. It is great. So I said 251 comments. I'd love to show you some of them. I'll just. I'll keep. I'll get there. We video going in the background and I'll meet them for a second. There we go, guys. Right, people are chatting. Evening all. That is quite a cheese. Few more comments. It's had one and a half thousand views. People were going crazy for it because do you know what? They are just great. It is comedy gold. They are talking about their products. It makes me so much more interested in the brand itself because I. I'm committed, you know, that I'm very, very interested in what they've got to say. People are loving it. People love the reds. This cheese is delicious. Nice with olives. Thanks for a great evening. We'll do this again with our foodie friends. Jordan's very good, but he did not have the cheese from the last pairing. He got it all from us. Japanese wine, we loved it. Blah, blah, blah. People have gone crazy for it because you know what, people like wine and they like cheese. So when you think about, like, you know, a niche business like this, what better way to get people interested in what you've got to showcase than having a glass of wine or maybe, you know, a couple with this and then. And then engaging with people directly. So did you hear her say about that? So she was saying they've got the live. So they had one camera with the live or one laptop with the live. So they're looking at us directly, all live. Then they had one that was recording so that they could then, I assume, use it for snippets and maybe something later so it would be a bit more polished. And then I think they had another one going, which I'm not sure what that was for, but she was saying that she could see herself three times over. So you can do that. You can stream to multiple platforms. But one of the great benefits of going live, guys, and doing something like this is exactly this. So they all, everyone who followed them already would have got a little alert to say that they've gone live. And everybody then who was then commenting and getting involved with them, seeing all the other comments. So immediately you click on it. You click on your phone and then you go on and you go, oh, okay, they've gone live. Then you can interact with them directly. They can talk to you. It's all great. And which I'm assuming is what was happening then. Then as they. So once they've gone live, you then get more notifications to say, did you know that they've gone live? So if I'm not clicked in it already, then I would get it maybe 20 minutes later and go, oh, okay. And you can go back in. You can either watch it where they are, you can watch it from the beginning so you don't miss it. You can watch it later. So when they've gone live, it stays there as a. And you can see all the comments, you can see all the commentary and you can still go to make comments afterwards. So going live is so, so powerful. So I cannot stress enough. If you're an independent business, please go live. If you are hilarious like these guys, go live because you will sell so much product if you're an independent business based on this. So honestly, I cannot describe to you the benefits of going live and doing something like this. It could be as simple as I've. I've gone on. I've gone live before. Sorry, I've gone on to lives before and I've seen people do lives. Fashion shows. I've seen people do auctions. I've seen people doing cocktail pairings. I've seen people do top tips for things like anxiety. You can do anything live as long as you've got the personality for it. And as long as you keep people engaged, you are winners. But this I would take snippets out of, I would use it for ads. It is phenomenal. So big, well done to these guys because as I said, you know, this was one of the top posts in their sector. So there's a reason for that. And it is just, you know, they're called love cheese and wine because they are. They officially love cheese. Just they're amazing. And then in complete contrast, I love this. So we're back to food porn. This is mortgage oats and coffee. And this would just stop anyone in their tracks. I've had breakfast already and I am starving looking at this and that's because it looks delicious. So look at their Instagram. Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. It is beautiful. Now, the reason why this got more in engagement. So you can see here 94, 19, but no comments, 43 some comments. The reason why this got more is because of the topic. So people love seasonal Dishes. So you're coming into. Well, you're in summer, obviously it's been a bit rainy and whatever, but, you know, you're in summer. So having seasonal dishes is a big thing. Recipes and telling me what's in something is adding value. So, yes, I can come and I can come to your, you know, your restaurant or whatever and come and eat this. That's amazing. Or I could make that myself. Don't get me wrong, if I made that myself, it would not look like that. But the point is, it's adding value. So you're telling me everything that's in it, which does two things. It makes my mouth water, makes me want to come down very quickly. It makes me go, oh, okay, I can make that home. And that sounds bloody delicious. So. And here it is all about the image. It looks delicious, it looks inviting, it is sexy, it is yummy. If you are hungry, you would want to dive into bowl of that. So it's the M and S effect. This has been going on for years, since Ms. Started bringing out those really sexy food adverts, which was, you know, it could be all about cheesecake, it could be about breakfast, but that's. That was the effect. And it stayed. And Instagram, TikTok, all of them is all about food porn. It's all about that image that makes you go, oh, yeah, I want a bit of that. And that's why it's called food porn. So when you're thinking about your food and you've got delicious meals, anything like that, think about how you frame it. I mean, they do it really, really simply. So it's all about the dish. So they always have. It's more about the branded colors. They've got the yellow in the background, but it's literally, it would just be like a yellow, bit of cardi, yellow counter, yellow sheet of paper. They've always got, you know, like the same bowls so that, you know it's them, but then the food, you know, it's all different. But the point is, is that it's dressed beautifully and it's simple, it's kind of rustic and it really makes you want to just go for it. So think about your image and inviting people in, then thinking about making sure that people know it's, you know, it's seasonal and put a recipe in there if you can. And then, of course, there's the, you know, essentially, it's a call to action, but, you know, now available on our breakfast menu and they've given me all the details, then you've Got the hashtag. So it's breakfast bowl, breakfast time, porridge ideas, oat porn, oatsagram, vegan food here. The other thing that I would have probably done now once they've tagged in themselves as being in Birmingham there I would have done as many Birmingham based hashtags as possible because people search by a location as well as by topic. So done lots of topics but that would invite, you know, I could be in America and see that, you know and whilst yes you've given me some inspiration and I might get some extra engagement, I'm not going to come and buy that from you because I don't live there. So thinking about making sure that you use, you know, it might be hashtag Birmingham, hashtag Brummy business, hashtag Birmingham based businesses, hashtag indie business, hashtag Indie Birmingham. So you know there'll be loads of ones that are like that so make sure that you use those as well. If you have a football led independent small business that is in an area but otherwise please take, take some notes from these guys because they know how to dress a plate, they know how to keep it branded. So you always know that what you're going to get with them. You would know that to stop scrolling that suddenly that it was them. And you're much more likely to tag in people because it looks absolutely delicious. So stock can't wait to try these. So excited to try this. The people have gotten behind it as well. So sometimes it is, it's going back to keeping it simple. And again these guys came up top of the canal. You know, it was, it was like breakfast places, coffee shops, that kind of thing. So again if you are a business that does something similar, look for other people in your sector and look for the top performing post on, on in on maybe because this is how we find this content, that's how we find these absolute gems because otherwise we wouldn't find them. So thinking about what's coming ahead. So one of the great things with, with maybe is that now we've got the, we've not only got the AI system and we've got the top performing post, we've now got the all the national days and all the national campaigns all plugged into the calendar. So we've basically taken this and we plugged it into the actual maybe system now and now you can actually see all of the national campaigns that are coming up ahead. So we know that we're already in the summer holidays. So lots of people are talking about the summer holidays at the moment. Barbie is a Massive one that wouldn't have been in there because funnily enough, we didn't know that Barbie was going to be a thing. But we know that all these things are going to be topics of conversation. And the great thing about a national campaign is that it's a topic of conversation. It's something big that everyone's talking about in that moment and you can leverage content off the back of that. So thinking about World Alzheimer's Month is in September, so we're already just going into August. That gives you a little, a few weeks to prepare. If you want to do something off the back of it, perhaps you do have a lot of elderly customers, perhaps you already do something for Alzheimer's and for one of the charities, perhaps you are, you're already trained in Alzheimer's and a lot of your team are. For example, you know, there's a lot of shopping centres with accreditations in this and they're Alzheimer friendly. So if you are any of those things or indeed want to be, then that month is a great time to get involved in that topic. It would support people because most people know someone with Alzheimer's or have been touched by Alzheimer's. It's similar to cancer in that way. You know, it's just a disease that people, you know, struggle with and it touches so many people and so many people it can so for, for social media purposes, it can encourage conversation, it can encourage connection, it can show the human behind your business. It might be that you want to raise money. Use this as like a little tool for you coming up with ideas for how you can connect Second hand September, brilliant ones. Secondhand September here. As you can see, we've even got the content in there for you that explains what it's all about. So to help people buy second hand items for 30 days for the month of September and it's about people being kinder to the planet. So again, if you are an eco business, if you do second hand clothes, if you are an arts and crafts, could you only maybe use, I don't know, second hand materials for a month and show how you can upcycle. And we, I spoke to a shopping center the other day and they are doing a big clothes swap. So you know, can you, you know, I don't know, swap, you know, one baby item for another baby item and do a swap? Because actually, you know, it is all about, you know, you might have baby clothes that are for six month old and your baby's now a year but someone else can use them rather than. It's about saving money, saving the planet. There you go. That is literally off the top of my head a couple of ideas just based on this. We give you the hashtags, we give you the, the events there. It's all there to use. So just take it in and see what jumps out at you, see what you think you can do. And then there's like really fun ones, like you know, there's, I mean those are two kind of, kind of opposites. But there's tofu day and there's international Bacon day. Whichever is your preference, you love a bit of bacon. Focus on bacon day. If you are a vegetarian for example or something like that, want to focus on tofu, you could show all you'd for one day do all of your recipes with tofu for example or you could just give some inspiration. If you're a nutritionist you can use these things, so many ways to do it. But just think about those when you're planning your content for the next couple of months because it's all there. And that's what we want to do is help you guys connect better and give you ideas for content. Because that is actually one of the toughest things at the moment is coming up with content. And again we give you all the rest of the tools and so you can schedule, you can do your advertising through it, you can do your reporting, you can learn from, from competitors. And then we've got this, we've got all the drop in sessions. So every Wednesday you're with me but you can learn how to use maybe on a Monday, social media basics on a Tuesday right through to every day. And there's always on demand training. So we create a ton of content on our video hub and where you can go in and you can look at how to do a thing or you can look at case studies, you can look at ideas on how to get your content even better. So key takeaways for me are keep on top of the trends in pop culture because they provide oodles of content AKA Barbie collaborate on social media to drive more engagement. So think about the fact that they use the Barbie trend but then they created an event out of it and then they teamed up with another business. Step out of your comfort zone to try something different on social media. So think about Nike and yes, you know, you might not have the multi million pound budget of Nike but think about, you know, what could be a little bit different? How could you capture more attention? And that again goes back to I guess that product placement and arrangements, thinking about the underwear as part of, you know, the sort of flower arrangement you know, that is so random but would capture your attention. It gets you engagement on social media, which is what you want. Go live, especially if you've got loads of personality, please go on and watch that. Like they're amazing. Go back and watch that live. And I would highly recommend sitting down with a glass of wine and some cheese and enjoying watching them again. Obviously get your cheese from them, but yeah, they're brilliant. Food porn always wins to take plenty of beautiful photos of your especially, you know, if you've got really good chefs, you've got really good baristas, for example. Take pictures of your cocktails, pictures of the drinks, take pictures of the food. It might even be, you know, the dog biscuits that you make for. You know, if you're working a pub or something like that, there'll be loads of things you can do and that's all about that food pour and think about the M and S effect and you'll get the idea. And just make sure you set up your maybe account and get started. This is what we're all about. So now you can get all of this when you go on. But to get the AI working properly, just go in and do your 14 day free trial. Because in there it means that the AI can start learning from you.
