24 Hours in Las Vegas | Must See, Do and Eat

In this 24‑hour Las Vegas travel vlog, hosts Josh and Rachael Fillbrandt document a day‑long itinerary that starts with an early‑morning check‑in at the Venetian, where they receive a suite and VIP treatment. They gamble briefly, winning enough to cover breakfast, then explore the Venetian’s Via Food Hall, sampling a $16 fried‑bologna sandwich and a $28 Italian porchetta focaccia sandwich. After breakfast they visit the Bellagio Conservatory’s seasonal Christmas display, offering a tip to visit early for fewer crowds. They continue to Aria, where they perform a luck‑rub ritual and view a Yeti candy display. The duo heads to T‑Mobile Arena for a Golden Knights hockey game, noting ticket costs and the atmosphere. Post‑game they stop for drinks and a $60 flaming cocktail, then move to the Sphere for a Backstreet Boys concert, describing ticket price (~$590) and the experience. Throughout the day they highlight several dining spots—Toca Madera, LPM (featuring the Tomatini cocktail), and a high‑end dessert taco with caviar—while noting prices, menu items, and personal reactions. They also share New Year’s Eve context, rain‑affected Strip closures, and a brief walk with friends. The vlog includes frequent calls to subscribe, channel growth goals, and light‑hearted banter. The video ends with a recap of the day as a “perfect 24‑hour Vegas experience.”

Hey everybody, I'm Josh.
And I'm Rachael.
If you only had 24 hours in Las Vegas, what would you do?
That's the question we're gonna try to answer for you today.
A few years ago, we made a video where we did 24 iconic things in 24 hours, covered the entire Strip from the top of the Strat to the fabulous Las Vegas sign, and we did it all without a car or hotel.
This time around, we hope to have a bit fewer restrictions, but we do have a few big experiences planned and even booked a night at one of our favorite hotels. Let's go!
Good morning and welcome to Las Vegas.
That was an early flight.
Yeah, it is 8:30 AM. We got— we're gonna spend about 24 hours with you today. First, we gotta go get a taxi. We're in— the big difference between this video and the last one is that we have a hotel room this time.
Yeah, exactly.
And so yeah, we're gonna try to drop off our stuff so we're not carrying backpacks and suitcases around because we do have a change of clothes.
Yes.
Even got to bring different shoes this time. But, uh, we always recommend taking the taxi. The rates are right there. I'll probably put them up for you.
It's always fast too.
It is. And like right now there's zero people in front of us.
Yeah.
So we're gonna get over to the Venetian, try to drop this stuff off. All right, welcome to Venetian. As you can see, we got a suite.
We did.
They're all suites here, but, uh, champagne. Yeah, that's the surprise. Uh, we did get VIP check-in, which was surprising. They wouldn't even let us check in at the regular desk, so Yeah, so we went to different desks, wrong desks, and here we are. This room is amazing. It looks like it is one of the renovated ones, and I don't know, I think we gotta drop our stuff off, probably gamble a little, probably a little breakfast. We got a lot of things to do today.
We're busy today, but we— I think because— let me check what time it is. It's only 9:15.
9:15!
We're here a lot earlier than we thought, so I do think a little bit of gamble.
Yeah.
A little bit of breakfast before we start walking the other way, right?
Plus, I'm putting scenes of this room over it right now. This room is beautiful. Our view sucks because we did say we'll take any room that's available right now.
But they also didn't charge us for early check-in.
Correct.
Like, it's 9:15 in the morning. Let's get going.
Dropped off our junk.
Unpacked, cuz that's priority.
Yes. And you know, this is because last time we were here, we ended up getting ready in a bathroom at New York, New York. Public bathroom, that is.
Freshened up.
Had to like brush our teeth, change our clothes, change our socks and stuff.
It was so gross.
It was gross. And we decided, you know what, even just a couple hours of sleep matters. And so that's why we got a room.
That's right.
But let's go do some gamble, eat some breakfast, and then we got an event. All right, before breakfast—
Yeah, we gotta have some gamble.
Let's see if we can get our breakfast money. That's what we're gonna try to do.
Oh, that's a good idea.
Yeah, and then we'll have to get lunch money, so feel free to win more.
Okay, breakfast and lunch money.
All right, all right, I think this is gonna do something over here. Not much, but it is a winner. Like I said, not much, but it's a first winner. First machines were a bust. We're going old school.
And I doubled my money! I got a $30 line.
There you go. And I got a bonus. So $2 denom pinball, we get 4 shots. That is $30 right there. Another $30. 2 more. Ah, another $30. I'll take that $25 or $40 though. Yeah. That's a ten. Shoot. That's pretty good though. Hundred and ten dollars.
That's not bad.
That was a four dollar bet. Yeah.
I got a top dollar. Oh, nope.
What are you going for here?
Try again.
What do you think? Forty, fifty?
Fifty, I would hope. Twenty, thirty.
Ooh, forty.
That's like triple my money.
What are you gonna do?
It says take offer.
I'm gonna try again. Oh my.
It's too early.
How many offers do you get?
45.
One more. Heck yeah.
I better take that.
I think you gotta take that one.
I'm gonna take that one.
All right, there we go. Old school machines for the win. All right, we did not pay for breakfast. We know those guys.
Yeah, we do.
We're gonna go say hi to them after this, but we're gonna grab breakfast over here at the food court. They got a couple breakfast sandwiches.
All right, buffets are no longer a big huge thing here in Vegas, but food halls are. And one of my favorite spots is the Via Food Hall here at the Venetian because Turkey and Wolf serves a fried bologna sandwich. Look at this thing, it's huge for one, and mine was only $16, made fresh.
I know people are gonna say only $16 for a bologna sandwich, but that does look like a pretty big sandwich.
Let me see if I can get it. Okay, I mean, it's looking like it's falling apart.
Yeah, you might as well. And I ended up going to the other sandwich place. This is the Italian sandwich place. You can see some porchetta, some spicy eggplant, and duja egg, and then it's on focaccia. And we got 2 drinks, so it was $28.
This is really good. It's gonna hit the spot as we get this day started. It's to die for.
Yeah, I am ready to eat. We've been on— we got up at 3 o'clock this morning local time, so we are ready. All right, so I was a little nervous about this because the eggplant actually looks like mushroom to me.
I thought it was mushrooms.
Oh my God, I would not order that, but it is spicy and it's good, so that's the key. The bread is nice, it's very crispy on the outside. The meat is nice and flavorful, but the indugia, I love. That— it just gives a nice kick to all of it. It's a good sandwich. It's, you know, I actually think the priciest thing was probably the sodas.
I would assume so.
They're from Italy, they're $6 apiece, but $12 for the sandwich, I can get behind.
Yeah. Uh, I just won $486 on a light hit!
Check that out!
On an 88-cent bet!
All right, that pays for breakfast.
That pays for breakfast.
Nice. And I think I just paid for my breakfast. As well. Oh my God, $1,000! I had never seen this game before. I wasn't recording, but it was a Power Blast bonus. Look at that, we are up, baby! Well, we had 10 minutes after breakfast. We were like, you know, we got 10 minutes to gamble, so we should. So we should. And boom, she hits for $500, I hit for a Yeah, that's a good way to start a trip. Legit pays for breakfast and then some.
I think our breakfast and lunch are covered.
Yeah, I think so too.
Yes.
All right, we are headed to T-Mobile Arena. We're going to a Golden Knights game. If you haven't heard, Las Vegas is now a sports town.
It is.
The A's are coming, the Raiders are here, but the Golden Knights were the original and they're just badass.
It's just fun too. It's an experience in itself.
Yeah, it's true. And The glass— what do you call it— guitar. Yeah, it's coming up, so you're gonna see that because this is crazy looking. It's gonna be so big. Yeah, look at that thing, and that's not even built all the way.
No, that's huge.
Oh man, that is going to take over the Strip.
But the one in Florida is so cool. I can't wait to see what this—
Yeah, the one in Florida is really cool, but it's off by itself. Yeah, like there's not really anything around. But on the Strip, this is gonna be nuts. All right, since she won a bunch of money, Rachael's ready to go shopping.
No.
That's not even true.
Not here?
No.
All right, well, maybe, maybe later.
You, you won more than I did, so.
That's true. Might need to win a little bit more to get a Louis Vuitton though. But there is something here at Bellagio we should probably stop at.
Yeah, we haven't seen it for a while.
Yeah, everybody's got to show it, and we are those people as well. Bellagio Conservatory.
It's usually so pretty, and I'm glad we still get to see the Christmas one.
I know, I love the Christmas This one. And here you can see we've only been in town for— what is that, 3 hours?
3 hours.
Pretty good, pretty good start to the day. This is free. It changes 5 times a year, each with each season and with Chinese New Year.
Oh, look at that gingerbread house!
Oh, that's pretty. I think that's where they have the, um, The Mille.
Oh, okay.
So you can rent it out. It's very expensive, but it's really pretty. Here's the conservatory.
So many people.
So many people.
Secret tip, go in the morning.
Like super early. The earlier the better. Like after 3 AM, probably. Also, there's a chocolate fountain right here. You can check that out. But, uh, yeah, we're just making our way to the game. Is there anything else we gotta do before we get there?
Um, if, if we go through Aria, which we might—
Which we will.
I would like to see theirs because, uh, they have like a Yeti display or a candy Yeti.
Plus there's a spot to rub for good luck.
That's right.
So, to Aria. All right, Aria's got a little ski lodge thing going on here.
It does. I've seen a few things online and I'm excited. And of course, you always need luck in Vegas, right?
So yeah, even though we've done good, I'm gonna rub the toe. I'm gonna rub the toe.
Yeah, I'm gonna go for that route.
I'm gonna go for the nose.
Oh, okay.
I've never done that one before.
Well, maybe it'll bring us luck, right?
This is cool.
I think it's all made out of chocolate. I believe so.
If I remember correctly. Look at those guys.
Oh, it's so cool.
So cute. That's like life-size too, if those were real. This is right over here by the chocolate fountain.
Did you just say it's life-size if those were real?
Yeah. Well, I mean, I guess they're not super big, but it's still pretty good size.
200 pounds of fondant.
There we go. No, 600 pounds of materials.
Of edible materials, because even the ski boots, the sugar branches, and the mountain.
So there you go, 680 pounds of candy.
That's pretty cool.
That's cool. And since we're at Aria, I figure we should come check out the lobby. I love this lobby. I think it's like arguably one of the better lobbies here in Las Vegas, and it's not as busy either. And here is a new restaurant. This is a Michelin star-rated Indian restaurant from London called Gymkhana.
Oh goodness.
We do plan on being here before too long, so there should be a video up within a few weeks or months, but you can't even see inside of it.
No, that's so cool.
Oh man, I can't wait to get in there.
I can't either.
And in case you're wondering, here is the menu. No prices listed.
It wasn't listed online either.
Really? Yeah, I can't wait to try it though. And there's an interesting colored Rolls-Royce right here. Yeah. All right, we are here at T-Mobile. They got a little I don't know, rave music going on out here, but we are headed into the game. A beer and a soda was $28.09. We're losing. Okay, one last round, $40. Cheers.
Always though.
All right, the Knights lost.
They did lose.
And it's now 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
So we're gonna have to make a decision whether we have coffee or Or more alcohol. $3 margaritas over here at the Center Bar at Excalibur. We're gonna try them out. They taste like $3.
I just told Rachael we are about to hit a grand, so I gotta record this. Watch this.
Grand!
Come on!
10 cents!
Instead, that's a dollar.
$1. All right, so probably the best entrance into a casino you can have is here at New York-New York.
I have to agree with that.
Although yes, we had $3 margaritas.
Which were terrible.
They were not the greatest. They were three dollars, though.
They were three dollars, and it prepared us to go have thirty dollar margaritas. Yeah, they better be better than the three dollar ones.
Yes. Also, Vegas is very busy. We haven't said this yet, but it is New Year's Eve.
It is busy.
Very busy.
Busy, busy.
If you want your chocolate martini, it's going to take you a while. But let's get to Choca Madeira. That's. That's the plan right now. All right, as we're walking to our next spot, I do want to point out, because you're probably halfway through this video, if you're watching 15, 20 minutes of us, you probably enjoy some of it. So do me a favor, hit that subscribe button, because about 70% of our viewers are not subscribed.
And it's free for you.
It is free.
It really does help us more than you can even imagine. And our goal in 2026 is to hit 75,000 subscribers. We couldn't do it without you. So hit that subscribe button. We appreciate your support.
Yeah, if you enjoy more Las Vegas videos, we have over 200 restaurants, dozens of hotel reviews. We go on cruises, we go everywhere. Yeah, hit that subscribe button and you'll help us pay for Toca Madera next. Just kidding, we don't get paid by subscribers, but it might help us afford these, which we just bought for $5.
2, 2 of them for $5.
And I think this is gonna come in handy tonight because we have a New Year's party that is gonna be hard to beat.
I— it— well, we've had one super spectacular New Year's party.
Yeah, we went to New York.
Yeah, that is never gonna be beat.
But this one's gonna be tough because I don't think we even told you yet.
Josh has a cowboy hat on.
Oh yeah, this looks good, right? I was just acting all casual. But we're going to Backstreet Boys at the Sphere in a couple hours. But before that, we gotta eat, we gotta drink, probably win some more money. What else are we doing?
I think those are the 2 top priorities. Yes.
Eat, drink, win money.
That's the 3.
I'm hungry. Check out that girl in the hat. It is a good-looking hat. Oh boy! It's pretty in here. All right, don't adjust your screens. It is that dark in here. But Rachel is going to do this miso rana, which is a tequila drink with serrano pepper and cucumber. That sounds really good. Doesn't that sound good?
I think you should just have this.
That is my style of drink right there. Actually, I do have an idea.
Okay.
I think I'm going. 2 pages over here, this watermelon margarita. And because it's New Year's Eve, we do not have happy hour, but I bet we're gonna get some good drinks. And it's pretty— I'm talking about you!
Whatever.
And we took our hats off because we're respectful. All right, there's no happy hour, but we are doing this flight of tacos. She's gonna have some fish, some steak, some mushrooms, which Rachael will eat, and some chicken. And it allows us to have more later on, but there is a full menu here if you want to come here. And it's beautiful. I think I said that.
I think you did.
What did you get?
Who caught me?
Busted!
All right, Josh let me get a mushroom taco.
Yeah, we're getting there. Uh, so this is your taco flight. You can see it looks like a nice masa tortilla.
I think that's Chicken tinga.
Chicken tinga. This is steak.
Yep.
This is mushroom.
Yeah. And then fried fish.
Fried sea bass.
Ooh, yum.
I'm really excited for that. And we had to get a side, uh, because we were like, we need something like to support all this alcohol. So some street corn.
Yeah, looks good.
Does look good. We just ordered a $60 drink.
It is for 2.
But it's shareable. It is for 2. It's strong, he said, and they light it on fire.
We can't wait to try it.
Yeah. And what is the liquor? So it's an overproof tequila, Frangelico, and then we use Don Julio. Okay. And what does lighting on fire do? Since it's an overproof tequila, it'll burn off— it'll burn off a lot of the alcohol, but then it'll still leave the flavor.
Oh, okay. Unless you guys want No, we're good with the normal. Burn off that alcohol.
We're good with whatever it's supposed to be.
Yeah. Oh, you can smell it.
The liquor?
Yeah, you really can. You can definitely smell it.
So here it's just gonna be, uh, cream that we sweeten with a little bit of sugar and vanilla.
Ooh. It's like a sweet cream.
Yeah, that'll be perfect.
It'll be so good.
All right, we're drinking our coffee under a flashlight. Yeah.
Oh my God, that's good.
It's super good. It's super strong.
It's warm. Yeah, I love that it's Warm. Like, I truly am like, oh, that's good.
I love the foam on it too. That's tasty. That's gonna be a good ender here.
That is gonna be a good ender.
All right, hats are back on.
And those— that was amazing.
Yeah, we needed some fancy cocktails, some fancy food. It was delicious. Bartender was fantastic. You'll notice on the bill there was a $60 drink that he took off.
Yeah.
You know, he had some issues. Poor dude. The coffee fell over once. One of the creams got lost. Definitely did not need to take that off, but he did. And so we ended up— we tipped way over.
I will tell you though, not to be a spoiler, and you'll have to go back and see this anyhow, but that might be one of the best drinks of 2026.
It was delicious.
It was so good.
And that Uh, spicy drink that Rachael got. It does say the spiciest drink on the menu, and it is.
It is.
It's quite spicy. If you want something more regular, go for that watermelon one. It's got some tahini, so it's got a little bit of heat. But yeah, I think, I think the coffee drink at the end was a good choice.
It was warm, and like, maybe it was because it's the, like, winter. Yeah, that it just felt so cozy.
It's kind of what we needed.
Yeah.
Um, but I don't think we're done with dinner.
No.
Or drinks. I think we're gonna get more. Yeah, we gotta go.
Yay!
All right, we are headed over to Cosmo. Uh, I am starting to feel very good that we do not have plans to be out on the Strip tonight because it is raining.
I mean misty.
It is. There is raindrops. It is Sure. But, uh, yeah, we need to get some more drinks, I think, right?
Maybe a little bit more to eat too.
Okay, deal.
To get us to midnight.
Yeah, we're going. All right, welcome to LPM. This was the runner-up for my favorite drink of the year, 2025, the Tomatini.
It really was. Yeah, I think I would say it was probably my, my runner-up as well.
It was so good.
It's a good drink.
It is the essence of LPM. It's— don't think Bloody Mary, think martini with a tinge of tomato.
Yeah.
It's so good. They do have a happy hour going. I'm not sure if we're gonna get anything, but we're at least gonna get the Tomatini. We gotta have that.
$12 for a cocktail, that's not bad.
I agree, and it's beautiful.
My hair still looks damn good from 3 days ago.
Mine too, from 3 o'clock this morning. Cheers, tomatini!
God, that's so good. Why is that so good?
Yeah, it's sweet, it's fresh, it's got pepper on it.
It's sweet but savory.
It's got a little bit of foam on there. It's tasty. You got to try this.
Yeah, if you haven't tried the tomatini at LPM, get over here. Yeah, happy hour, 5 to 7 PM. $12.
All right, yeah, it's actually $18, but it's worth it. It's very different than anything you've ever had before, and delicious, and a beautiful venue.
Hello, can we sit at the bar?
All right, we need a little more food.
A couple cocktails.
All right, we walked across the, uh, floor.
Happy hour happens.
Yeah, I don't know that we're getting happy hour prices.
No, but they do have a New Year's Eve special.
Right. And so we're gonna grab some bacon-wrapped dates, some chicken croquetas, and some mushroom things that Rachael wants. Yeah.
And then— Josh can eat everything else.
We got a full bottle of cava sangria right there.
He did say that we can take it to go.
As— well, I mean, maybe. Maybe we'll see where we're at. Chicken croquetas, béchamel chicken fry, fancy chicken nuggets, fancy chicken nuggets by us. And this is bacon-wrapped dates, and there's some other goodies inside there. Yeah, delicious. Okay, Rachel, this is some kind of pepper mushroom.
Yeah, yeah, dish. I do see some mushrooms in that one, but I think you should try Okay, these, I love them.
It is like the creamiest chicken nugget you've ever had. It's so delicious.
These are super rich.
Yes.
Super rich, but super good.
And there's like a whole almond inside there, right?
Yeah, they're so good.
An almond inside a date wrapped around bacon, fried, and some sweetness going on.
Yeah, they're so rich.
Delicious. All right, and here is our Dessert. This is a José taco, which is Iberico ham, caviar, gold flake, seaweed.
It's one of my favorite dishes ever.
And it's stupid expensive, but it's so good.
It is so expensive, but it's so good. Yeah.
All right, beautiful Las Vegas. It is wet, it is nighttime, but the Strip is The Strip is closed. Look at this, check this out over here with Ja Rule in the background. This is meant to be. Oh man, we might need to see the Bellagio Fountains, you know that?
Oh, we should try.
Let's go check them out.
It is seven, seven o seven. So no, not yet. We still have five hours.
Holy crap! I haven't seen you for like years.
Hello, you're right. Oh my God!
How's it going? How you been? Good, good. How you been?
Good.
I see you're oh man.
Hydrated.
Hydrated. We ran into Up Up and Our Way and we're getting Melissa.
They're doing a live show.
Check it out, we're live on YouTube.
We ran into them over at the Bellagio Fountains. Bellagio Fountains rocked, and we're just hanging with them. Yeah, 24 hours in Vegas.
We're staying until midnight.
Just kidding, 24 hours.
They're going to Backstreet Boys.
Yeah, you should go with us.
It's 7 PM right now. They're gonna hang out with us until midnight.
For many hours.
That's not true.
We have to change into white.
All right. Check these guys out.
Yeah, an upscale one.
I think we should do a 360.
All right, let's do it.
How's that work?
Okay, we're just turning, we're turning, we're spinning. We're gonna get you dizzy.
Who needs to pay for a 360? Yes, you can do it here for free. This is— we're in the middle. Am I still here? There you go, there you go.
On the Strip, on the Strip, on New Year's Eve, 360 action. Yes, we did it. Oh, he does it much faster when it's just the two of us. So I'm like, I, I don't, I don't drink a lot. Oh, look how sweet.
Let's, let's show the chat the picture of the other one.
Oh yeah, let's show them.
So Josh just took a picture of all—
he's a professional.
Look at this, look at—
but amazing.
What a pro. Perfect.
All right, we are walking with our friends, Millicent and Enrique. But, uh, yeah, the road is closed down. We are here walking down the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. It's fantastic. It's so cool. It does close down around like 6, 7 o'clock PM. There's Rachael. But this is, this is sweet. So 3 AM wake-up.
Yeah, that's rough. And you're still going. Look at you. Look at Rachel, she's still going.
Well, we were at a point where we were like, do we take a nap, do we drink some coffee, or do we just keep drinking?
I mean, see, my problem is if I were to drink, I would be asleep.
Margaritas and we take some ibuprofen?
Yes.
I would be asleep.
I think we need to change clothes.
We do.
Get rid of these hiccups.
I want one of those.
Wait, let's do this. Boom!
We are ready for some Backstreet Boys.
Backstreet's back. All right. Wait, is it Snyder? All right. I don't know. Backstreet's back. We're going to Backstreet Boys. Don't act like this isn't cool.
It's the coolest thing we've ever done.
Yeah, you know you want it this way.
Want it that way.
We are row 416, which is way up at the top.
Yeah.
But we're dressed for success.
We are.
4, 3, 2, 1.
All right.
Last night, what— I don't know. I think after that sangria—
Uh, we ran into some friends.
Yeah, we ran into friends. It was a great time. Thank you, Melissa and Enrique, for letting us hang out with you. Just walk the Strip. The Backstreet Boys was fantastic.
Yeah, so we were pretty big naysayers at first about the Sphere, and now we've been to 2 different things, the Wizard of Oz and Backstreet Boys, and I'd say if you can afford it, do it. Definitely do it.
It's still very expensive. I think our tickets ended up being a total like $590. Um, but it was, it was fantastic.
Yeah.
Even if you're not like a super huge Backstreet Boys fan, which neither of us are.
Yeah.
Uh, it was just a great time.
It was a good, very good time. I would say like to me that was almost one of the perfect days in Vegas.
Yeah.
For us, a perfect 24 hours.
That was a Vegas day right there.
Yeah. Now the only thing that would have been better, it had the I mean, that energy gets pretty down when they're losing.
Yeah, it was so high when they were 2-0.
Yeah.
And then all of a sudden it was like 3-2 and then 4-2, and it was just bad. But yeah, overall I had a fantastic day. Hopefully you had a fun time coming along with us.
Yes.
