In this sponsored video, Josh and Rachael Fillbrandt discuss why they needed a second treadmill for their home gym and answer the recurring viewer question, “How do you not gain weight?” They introduce the Yesoul T1M Plus, highlighting its lightweight (88 lb) design that one person can carry and assemble in under an hour, a stark contrast to their previous 300‑lb treadmill. The hosts walk through the unboxing, included tools, and the ease of setup. They showcase the treadmill’s 15‑inch swivel monitor with screen‑mirroring capability, built‑in soundbar, and the Yesoul fitness app, noting the app’s $75 annual subscription versus competitors’ monthly fees. Pricing is broken down: the T1M lists for $699 (discounted to $599 with their code) compared to their old $1,600 treadmill and a $2,700 Peloton‑style option. They discuss pros such as portability, compact footprint, and multimedia features, and cons including a shorter, thinner belt, limited speed buttons (5 mph and 7 mph) and a manual incline up to 2.8°. Height compatibility is addressed—Rachael (shorter) finds it comfortable, while Josh (nearly 6 ft) feels the stride is constrained. The video concludes with a recommendation that the T1M offers strong value for home users seeking a budget‑friendly, easy‑to‑move treadmill, especially for smaller spaces or winter training.

Hey everybody, I'm Josh.
And I'm Rachael.
If you've been watching our videos for a while now, you know that we like to travel and we like to eat our way through new destinations.
One of the most common questions we get asked is, how do you not gain weight?
Well, we are both very conscientious of this and strive when we are home and working our normal jobs to eat right and exercise.
We have a home gym, and since we both train for runs throughout the year, the treadmill is our go-to, making our partnership with Yesoul a perfect match.
It's hard to train in the winter, especially when we live in cold, windy, and dark places.
We work the same hours and have a smaller house.
What we found with Yesoul is a portable, lightweight, and budget-friendly treadmill to help us meet our exercise goals. All right, so as you can probably guess, we do have a treadmill, but this is now our second treadmill.
No, now we have 2 treadmills.
We do have 2 treadmills, and the nice thing about this one— we're going to talk about a little bit of the difference— this one I was able to carry into the house on my own. It is 88 pounds, so it is much lighter than our other treadmill. We brought it in, we Put it together in less than an hour.
And that was very casually putting it together.
Very casual pace.
Yeah.
The instructions are very easy.
And like many do-it-home projects, all the tools are included, including the nuts, bolts, and the screwdriver to put them all in.
Now, if we had 2 of them, I probably think we could have been done in about half the time. So feel free to do that if you need to, but you don't have to. That's the nice thing about it.
That's right.
Comparing this to our previous treadmill, we had to unbox it in our garage. and then carry pieces down to our basement because it almost weighs 300 pounds. So that's where the 88-pound piece comes into play here.
Where we put this second treadmill is in my work-from-home space. So it's a compact, small little office space, and we needed a portable compact treadmill if we were going to get a second one. And this just fits perfectly because it does fold up nicely and is easily stored.
What I think sets this treadmill apart is the screen. You can see it in the background here. It connects very easily. There is a multimedia wire that is supplied by Yesoul. Plugs right into your phone and it allows for screen mirroring.
Yes.
So you're playing it off of your cell phone. We can watch our favorite YouTube channels. We can watch movies. You could watch sports.
The other option with Yesoul, which is very similar to its competitor, is there is a fitness app. This app is so convenient. It's one of my favorite things. While Josh likes to watch YouTube and videos while he's on the treadmill, I like that prompting and that coaching from a class. And then that's what this offers. So there's many options for the treadmill and for off-the-treadmill classes such as yoga, stretching, and strength training. The nice part about it is the app itself. There's some free options, minimal free options, but there is a $75 charge for the subscription, and that's a year compared to the competitor, which was $12.99 a month. Yesoul's app is about half the price of the competitors.
And the nice thing is the monitor does swivel. So if you are going to do, say, yoga or some stretching or even strength training, you can turn it to the side and still be looking at your coach while you're doing it.
Yeah.
The other nice thing is at the bottom of the monitor, you can see there's an extra soundbar and the sound is very good.
It is very good.
I know it pulled me in. I did not have any issues with hearing it. And our prior treadmill, which cost Almost triple, doesn't have anything like that.
The other thing I like about the app option is if you just want to get on there and run or walk, you can do that by going and looking at different scenery. I think right now there's one for China on there. So it gives you a 45-minute run through China. I've seen that on other treadmills and bikes, but I've never experienced it myself. So to me, that was pretty fun.
Let's talk about price. So the Yesoul T1M is listed at $699, but if you use our code, you could save $100. So bringing it down to $599. The treadmill that we used prior and bought several years ago, we paid $1,599 plus shipping plus taxes. So we were up in the $1,700, $1,800 range. If you wanted a Peloton, which is similar in size to our treadmill downstairs, plus having a monitor, you're talking $2,700. And that's before taxes and delivery.
Yes.
So for you to be able to do this for $600, And I think it's great that it is able to be set up by one person.
Yeah, and carried in really by one person. Maybe 2 if you're struggling. But truly, you carried it in by yourself and I didn't even know it was in the house.
So yeah. Now I will say there is one downside that I noticed is that it is a little bit thinner as well as shorter. So for me, I'm almost 6 feet tall. So my stride ends up being a little bit longer than Rachael's. I don't feel the most comfortable running on it.
Yet.
I'm also a little bit bigger than her.
I didn't feel so uncomfortable running on it. I, I want to say as well, I do think the belt is much shorter and thinner than a normal commercialized treadmill, for example. But for a home workout, I think it works good. Again, as Josh said, he is much taller than me, so for my legs it worked well. I've ran on it. There's 2 other things that are just a bit different than what I'm used to on ours. Our current treadmill, you can hit just a quick button to jump to specific speeds, anywhere from the 2 miles an hour mark all the way up to the 11 miles an hour mark. And on this one, it only has 2 speed buttons. It's a 5 and a 7. And otherwise, you're pressing the side button, which works really well to move your speed up and down. And the other is ours has an automatic incline. This one does not. It has a Manual incline from flat to about 2.8 degrees.
Yeah, I think yeah.
Now for where it's at, and if I had to, I could move it into our living room easily by myself because there's wheels and it's not that heavy. I love that part of it. I can move it around in just my little office space.
I think when you talk about the price, talk about the ease of use, talk about the maneuverability that you get from it, I think it's pretty dang great. Me too. And I'm so glad that Yisoul is working with us.
A big thank you to Yisoul for helping us make our exercise goals. more of a reality and for us being able to answer that ever infamous question of how do you not gain weight.
